The culinary journey we embarked on at Heritage Lounge was nothing short of extraordinary. Each dish was a masterpiece, meticulously crafted with a harmonious blend of flavors and presented with artistic flair We had the grazing platter and there was so much food. To complement the event the sommelier created a mocktail named diamonds and pearls to celebrate our pearl anniversary. The extensive bar list offered a variety of options, ensuring there was something to suit every preference. The attentive and knowledgeable staff made sure our glasses were never empty, enhancing our overall dining experience. What truly set Heritage Lounge apart was the impeccable service we received throughout the evening. The staff was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. I’m definitely not the winging type (usually wouldn’t bother) but I am observant and willing to say what I think. Booked for 4 with a note of a +2 arriving later. We were given 3 lounge seats and a chair. A larger booth became available, staff seen me suggest we move, quickly told its taken. 2 people sat there then no one. Had high expectations, high end cocktail prices and menu items, location is great but the running of the venue is amateurish. Certain patrons seem to choose music and volume, and change songs halfway etc. Not worth a revisit IMO. The overall experience didn’t match the prices and menu selection. Perhaps we are just not the target customers.

Heritage Lounge is by far the best bar in Sydney! The staff and owner’s knowledge are unmatched, they crafted an unforgettable scotch journey and paired the perfect cigar to compliment the drinks. The atmosphere is amazing, and everyone is incredibly friendly, we have had conversations with everyone and they all have their own tastes and recommendations, you are sure to find the perfect drink for you!! Thank you to everyone at Heritage for an amazing experience, we’ve been every night that we spent in Sydney and i am sure we’ll repeat that pattern every time we visit!!

Highly unprofessional, and I'm not talking about the bartenders. They were nice and made a nice old fashioned for me to unwind after a gig. I assumed there was something else happening, looked like a little Christmas party group. My complaint is towards one of the other staff members, she must've been the host or manager because she was controlling the music and serving drinks. I wanted to dance and at least join the party, and she jumps in front of me me as I start dancing saying that they don't want to dance with me

Heritage Lounge in Parramatta impressed me greatly not only for great food and liquor, but also the style and culture offered, and the warm services that provided all the comforts and luxury elements to create a beautiful lifestyle. The restaurant has creative and hearty food and their passions on premium boutique wine brands showcase their unique taste that’s driven by quality. A place where we will indulge ourselves often for sure.

I cannot say enough good things about this bar! I come here every year and couldn’t dream of coming to the area without visiting. Not only is the entire staff amazing, our waitress Vivi is LITERALLY the sole reason I return time and time again. This wonderful, fun, attentive gal deserves a raise. I wish I could bring her everywhere with me. If you visit the Parramatta area do not leave without spending time at this classy, fantastic establishment.

The restaurant food is amazing and worth every cent. The staff made sensational food and quantity recommendations. The cocktails were some of the best I have had in a long time. They've worked hard to create something for everyone's taste and the staff are extremely knowledgeable. I'll definitely be returning and for those that have reviewed and complained about the cost, a cocktail costs an average $25 anywhere!

Very sleek & modern place to have late night drinks in downtown parramatta. The staff are very friendly & attentive, so that was very much appreciated. The complimentary nuts are quite a nice touch. Unfortunately the cocktails were a bit disappointing. They seemed quite sickly sweet & just had too many overpowering elements that were cancelling each other out, so was hard to finish. The venue itself is very nice & very much has city vibes to it, so would be good for casual drinks. Quite pricey.

Great new place for drinks at Parra! Love the ambiance and the customer service was exceptional. Ordered the small cheeseboard for $45 and I expected way way less than what I got so I was very pleased. Cocktails were standard city prices ($20++) but we’ll worth it. On a separate night, I walked past and saw a saxophone player so I’m keen to go back just for that. Great place for catching up with friends or taking a special someone out for date night. Can’t wait to go back.

Such an incredible atmosphere at Heritage Lounge! Loved their drinks and vibe also can’t get over their new restaurant Oribu which was the best Japanese cuisine I have ever had! I was beyond amazed by the quality, taste and attention to detail in every single dish. It was pure art on a plate matched with explosions of flavour I definitely recommend coming to Heritage and Oribu if you haven’t already, 10/10 ❤️

Food is great but go in with your guard up. Waiters receive commission and consistently try to upsell you everything without informing you of the price. When the waiters say ‘do you trust me’ with ordering for you. Definitely don’t trust them. As they will order the most expensive drinks/food on the menu as well as over order.

Absolutely amazing From food through to experience the heritage Lounge provides for an exemplary experience. Highly recommend the king fish on the menu and the Japanese wild grape liqueur. Their selection of whiskey and cigars can also not be outdone. Cheers Chris

Not a bad place for a somewhat cosy atmosphere but the small crowd numbers as of late hinder the overall experience, nice if you don't like crowded places , all in all , I do find my self to find it enjoyable . Staff are energetic and great to deal with and crowd is mature . Service is good. Added cigar lounge is a bonus .
