Make sure you call first, that you can work with their limited hours, and check if they are going to charge you more dispensing fees when they are unable to fully fill your prescription and make you come back an extra time. Other than those things I’m sure they’re fine. Oh wait, make sure they can figure out how to put your insurance through, that can also be an issue. Update: your staff were there and can do the labour of explaining the situation to you, thanks!

Heritage is my husband's pharmacy. Great service, very friendly we are greeted personally by name. They get prescriptions ready asap and will get in anything that they don't have on hand. We have got help and advice when not available from our GP. Emil administered COVID vaccines and boosters to my husband, mother and myself and it was so gentle and comfortable. 100% 5 stars

I went here with my husband to get my flu shot. My husband mentioned to the owner (who administered our shots) that I'm a bit scared of needles, and he was very kind and gentle in his approach, which I truly appreciated. I would recommend this lovely little pharmacy! Next time I have a prescription I will have it sent here instead of the Shoppers down the street.

Just called to see if they made deliveries on prescriptions and was told that they do. According to their site they go as far as Pickering. When I was asked about how far I was located, I told the gentleman on the phone that I was close to Warden and Danforth. I was then told that I was located too far. Needless to say, not great customer service at all.

Wonderful people in the pharmacy who are extremely helpful. If I ever have any issues all I have to do is call and talk to Mr E. Saad and it is all fixed. My family have gone to this pharmacy for years and will for years to come.
