They dealt with a surge of customers following the pub unexpectedly closing its kitchen (for the second day in a row) and while we had a short wait for a table and our food, it's was worth it... It was our first visit to Heritage Valley Cafe and it was utterly delightful! All of the staff were so smiley and friendly, made us feel very welcome and were so helpful finding us a table and with the menu.
