I went to Heritage today to get a second opinion about my cats teeth. I was told by my previous vet that I would need a very expensive teeth cleaning, where I had to put my cats under anaesthesia. This didn’t make sense to me as they are quite young, and have been on dental treatments for the last year. Our vet Jesse was great, and let me know that my cat didn’t have periodontal disease at all, and his teeth looked totally fine, which has saved me a couple thousand dollars! My cat Vince had a great time, and everyone was so friendly. The person at the front desk was so welcoming (Andrea?) and gave him treats and pats. I’ve never seen him so relaxed at the vet, he was making biscuits on the examination table. Jesse also gave him his booster shots, and a free sample of the Hills dental food. All around a great experience, I definitely recommend this vet, and I’ll absolutely be coming back! Thanks guys!

To Vet (Dr Rob) and his wonderful staff thankyou so Much for the kindness and compassion you all bestowed upon me and my best friend Lucky at the age of 19yrs Dr Rob was ask to do a task to help my beautiful little fur babies journey to cross the Rainbow bridge an easy transition for him which is not easy fir a veterinary to do so thankyou again Rob.then there was the amount of time in which l was able to spend time with my boy to say goodbye and for that again thank you Rob and staff for the comfort and time l was able to do that and thankyou for the quiet on going support of the little things such as a card l received again weeks later showing support yet again that means so much to me it shows Lucky counted and his little life was important and that others knew that l will be forever grateful to Heritage Clinic Coburg and to the wonderful staff and Dr Rob thankyou ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐❤

Sadly had a terrible experience here. The reception lady was soooo lovely but Dr Rob was awful. We took our rescue dog that we had had for a month for a vaccine - she is a 5 year old dog and is exhibiting reactive behaviour so we pre warned the clinic and also took her with a muzzle. He had terrible bed side manner, was rough and grabbed her by the scruff while my husband held her still, he also kept making rude remarks about her behaviour and even told us that our "nice hearts had gotten us in a bad position". We all left there feeling rattled and helpless. I definitely wouldn't recommend him, though sounds like the other vet is nice and the reception staff also were lovely. Instead now we are seeing Project Underdog, a fear free vet clinic and they are lovely and supportive and have time for all of our questions and concerns.

I'm not talking about his friendliness or attitude. I'm talking about his incompetent medical practice! Never go there for Rob Krelke BVSc. if your little buddy needs some serious helps. His incompetent and careless misdiagnosis made my cat go through a major surgery instead of a normal one. My cat chewed a length of thread. We took her immediately to him. His careless examination didn't see that the thread was just underneath her tongue. Instead, he gave her two injections and asked us to wait, which resulted in missing the best window for a surgery, for THREE days! The photo is her after a 2-hour surgery in a professional hospital. Fortunately, she is tough and survived, however suffered a lot.

My visit to this clinic was unfortunately due to my former dog Bronson losing function of his back legs and loss of bowel control. It was a very distressing time. My second visit was to end his suffering and to retain his dignity. It was the most painful experience in my life and his loss still weighs heavy on my heart. The staff there were so empathetic, kind and accommodating. It made a very difficult time more palatable and recently I received a card sending me condolences. This is a beautiful gesture considering I had only been at the clinic twice. Thank you for your care and attention. It has meant a lot to my husband and I.

I used to take 4 of my pets - 2 cats and 2 dogs - to Heritage for years. Louisa was our preferred vet and I dreaded seeing Rob. He had the worst bedside manner and at one point was very unprofessional. One of my cats was going through a rough time with struvites and also a bit of trauma after being repeatedly attacked for just sitting in the garden by a stray tomcat. It became financially stressful for me as a freelance worker and Rob told me "maybe you should get a real job". I've never been back since. Our pets are now given much better care by a professional vet hospital!

Yesterday had another great experience, been coming here for years. Called because my dog had injured herself trying to do extreme sports up our back fence, they managed to squeeze us in on the same day to get her stitched up. Vet and supporting staff made me & doggo feel very safe & cared for & price was extremely reasonable. Special shoutout to Andrea at reception who can always be relied on to be kind & funny (sometimes both at once) at the right moments. It's clear everyone at this place loves animals so much, it's the best possible environment for a vet.

It’s a great clinic and my dog love’s it there.They have affordable prices that at some other clinics you just can’t find. When I first took my dog to get vaccinations I was worried she would develop a bad reputation with the vet but she didn’t. Instead now when ever we walk past the vet she try’s to pull us in side. Their is also a lovely vet nurse who my dog adores (Andrea) who is very helpful and caring. They take great care in pets and I would suggest heritage to any body looking for a clinic.

Our family had been taking our 15 year old staffy to Rob since she was a puppy. He has been by far the best vet we have ever dealt with! Great surgeon, lovely to deal with and honest. Pricing is very reasonable and the team have always been great. If you are looking to take your pet to a vet, I would not hesitate in taking them here. I will continue to take all of our pets to him. We we're referred to Heritage by a friend many years ago. We have been taking all our pets to this vet clinic since then, and stuck with the team because of their love for animals and genuine care, which is hard to come by. Rob and his team are all lovely to deal with. They take great care of our animals. Very fairly priced as well which is so hard to find these days. Great work Heritage Vets. Highly recommended by our family.

Excellent place to take unwell little pets. They managed to fit us in first thing in the morning for an emergency with out an appointment. The staff were friendly, understanding and so helpful. The vet was great and the little pup is on the mend. Cannot recommend this place highly enough, if you want loving service, helpful staff and reasonable pricing then this is the place to go. I used this vet for over 15 years. I was always very happy with the level of advice I was given, their willingness to fit me in if I needed an appointment and care of my dogs. The cost of the appointments was always very reasonable and one of the reasons I travelled to this vet for treatment. When we lost our 17 year old dog last year, the team were extremely thoughtful, caring and considerate. Highly recommend.

By far the best vet clinic North of the city, Dr Rob is so friendly and professional he instantly reassured me that my puppy was going to be ok, I didn't have an appointment but as it was an emergency they were more than happy to fit me in, the girls at reception made me feel so welcome and not at all annoyed that I had made them finish their day late. Rob and his team have looked after my 3 dogs for years now. They always get the best care there . Have been available at the drop of a hat for urgent things and they ultimately really care for my animals well being before anything else. It's a great clinic that really cares about their pets. Suzie is my vet and she's looking after my dog Ozzy regularly. They have good advice and guidance for me as a first time dog owner. My dog had bad diohrea and they nursed her back to health and helped her quickly. In addition, they communicate well over the phone and by email which is something my previous vet didn't do.

This Vet clinic is supreme! Professional, loving and very precise diagnosis of issues and illness. My girl Pepper had meningitis and lived longer than expected because of the care and accuracy of medications prescribed. They have a delicate and sensitive way of treating a sick ageing dog. I now take my new puppy to Heritage Vets for all her health care needs.

This is a good clinic. The reception staff are pleasant and polite, and I think this comes from a genuine love for animals and their jobs. We've had a few issues with our dog, and when they can fit us in (given how busy vets are these days) it's always been, in my opinion, a good experience. If you live in Coburg, I would recommend going to this vet clinic.

This is the best vet I’ve ever been! Rob is an AMAZING animal doctor. The reception ladies are very friendly and nice. My cat Pichu have been sick for a week, we have visited some other clinics, but my cat still sick, Rob cured him for one single consult. My cat is very important to our family, thanks Rob, and thanks ladies. Me and my family appreciate.

My first visit to Dr Rob at Heritage was about a month ago, l found him very nice, helpful , caring and reasonably priced. My dog Tofu was a first time patient and very sick , Dr Rob saw Tofu the same day which l was very appreciative, the front counter staff are also a credit to his practice.l will be definitely going back .

I have been coming to this clinic for years with both my previous dog and current one. The front desk staff and nurses are so friendly, and the vets are pragmatic, caring, and fees are reasonable. Would definitely recommend. Vet Susie, in particular, is absolutely delightful and my dog is always happy to see her.

Very greatfull they fitted us in on New year's Eve our regular vet was closed and my 20 year old cat was unwell. We saw vet Rob and he was marvellous and got my old girl sorted and comfortable. I would definitely attend here again and the price was very reasonable. Very pleased with the service we received.

Excellent Vet! I went there with my newly adopted rescue cat and the vet did a check up as well as administered needed vaccine. They were gentle with my kitten and got everything done quickly. The nurse is very friendly and bubbly. Very pleasant experience, will definitely return.

Absolutely amazing vets with a great, friendly staff that make an effort to get to know you're pet. One of our cats had popped a stitch and when we took him back to have it looked at all we were charged for was a new cone. These guys care and I highly recommend them

It's not like I cherish going to the vet... But my dog does. They've done things to him, I'd be in his bad books for, for a long time. Yet he loves going there. Always friendly, efficient and just the right answer to his problems. My choice of great family doctor.

Lovely staff and great vets. My cat, who's usually terrified of vet visits, felt very calm and at ease at this venue. And the vet was also very gentle and thorough with her checks, which was great to see. Will be bringing my cat back for sure

Friendly vets, going above and beyond when it came to end-of-life care for my cat. The vet came to our place to euthanise our old and sick cat when the time was right, which really helped us and the kids to grieve for him.

Could not get into my regular vet and my cat needed to see one asap. Heritage was happy to see him. They were thorough, gentle and so kind to our baby. True genuine service with a smile and didn't kill the hip pocket !

Fees are reasonable unfortunately there were a lot of dogs around (got my pet quite angry and vet had to calm it down)a nd didn't like way the vet pick it also but will be back possibly in the future

My dog had treatment here after a traumatic event. The vets know what they’re doing and the reception staff are warm and kind. I’m extremely thankful to Heritage for my dog’s speedy recovery.
