Years ago I had a Hertz Gold Card, had a Service Issue and did not use Hertz anymore until now here in Phuket. I rented a Toyota Yaris for a Trip to HuaHin. The Car broke down and the problem’s started. First, I had a hard time to reach someone at Hertz, finally I had a person on the Phone and to my surprise, help showed up from a local Company, but they could not Fix the Car. Hertz Bangkok called me and informed me that they have to bring me a car from Bangkok which will be with me the next day after 10.30 a. as I needed the Car at 9am for an important Doctors appointment. Hertz told me that it is not possible to have the Car at 9am in Huahin, due to the lookdown I Thailand which ends at 4am. What a joke, they cannot Drive in 5 hours from Bangkok to Huahin, with very heavy Traffic it takes 3 hour. The Car delivered then the Car shortly before 10am and I had to reschedule my appointment. As the Car broke down in the Center of Huahin, I asked Hertz how I get home as I was staying far away from the Breakdown location, they offered me a Hotel Room which they would pay me for around 1000 Baht, which I turned down, a Friend then organized me a Tuktuk for 500 Baht which saved them some Money and gave me the approval. As I rented the first Car in Phuket I had to return the Car at my Hotel in Phuket. I called the Hertz Phuket for the Pickup and also aske to be reimbursed for my problems, I was offered 500 Baht for the Tuktuk. I did not had a Car for more than a half day and other issues, I asked Hertz to give me the Car one extra Day free of charge, this was turned down from the Phuket Staff, she told me then to contact Customer Service, which I did, but the friendly Computer hanged up on me, this happened before to me in Huahin. Over all this years, Customer Service had not improved with Hertz, cannot recommend Hertz at all, the don’t care at all. Stay away from Hertz or pray that your Rental Car will not break down

Rented with "child" seat. Only baby seat available so 2 year old in back with seatbelt. Had accident outside Bangkok - monkey jumped in front of car smashing radiator - random insurance guy came and we were totally baffled by the process. No real help from Hertz. Pickup came an 1.5 hours back to Bangkok SITTING IN THE CAR on the back of the trailer. Whole business took all day and completely unprofessional start to finish. Basically just leave it all up to you. Replacement car had warning lights come on second day. Again, total chaos and confusion. Was told to drive it to a garage to fix it. Garage called and said we'd have to pay. Hertz said no. Then a load of faff asking for pictures of warning lights. Two days completely wasted. You pay more for a reputable company to avoid this kind of messing about. Hertz has clearly just sold their name to a Thai company and there is no international level of service. Accident was not their fault. Broken car and terrible service was.

First, HERTZ is a bit hard to find, and my taxi driver dropped me off at the wrong hire car company. That's even after discussion with the hotel bell captain and with my booking paper (in English) in hand. Second, it is actually easy to find if you use Google maps for the Kronus Building in Sathorn Road to guide the taxi or walk. When you arrive, it looks like a 6 star high-rise residential apartment with no HERTZ signage, OMG. Don't worry, enter the building, keep far left in the foyer, and at the far end, you find the HERTZ desk. With restrooms! OK, the rest is easy. Helpful staff, good English. Paperwork done. Next, go through a door, and your car is waiting outside. Fight your way onto Sathorn road, and you are off. I booked a cheap and cheerful Yaris, which had low kms and performed faultlessly on a country trip. Unlike recent experiences with another company. Next visit will be a breeze.

Friendly service staff and solve the problems quickly. But the Thai driver we had this time has a very bad and unacceptable attitude. The Thai driver didn’t answer my questions in a good way and showed me the bad facial expression, influencing our travel mood badly, and tried to charge us more oil fees after we paid the oil fee on the way we went to the destination and came back to BKK. Money was a small case, the attitude was unsatisfied and is a big issue! Hope you guys take my experience, clear everything before departing, verbally confirm the trip points every time because he may don’t confirm with you even you sent him the viewpoint you wanna go ahead of time. No need to treat the driver meals. He( my driver) doesn’t remember it.

I arrived in Bangkok Airport with my trusted service dog only to be told by Hertz that I could2 not have pets in the car and they refused me service. i explained that I was disabled and the dog was not a pet. The staff was very disinterested and refused me a refund as well. They referenced the legal ease in their terms and conditions and would not refund me the whole prepaid 10 day rental. It was like pulling teeth just to get them to stop staring at their phones and help me out. They couldnt care less. Very very poor service and rude employees. The worst part of Thailand is the poor customer experience, addiction to phones and treatment of people with disabilities

Have rented more than 5 times at different occasions and always received 5* service. The cars were clean and always ready when went to pickup. Highly suggested to always buy SCDW and PAI so you ride worry free as in case of accident insurance will take care of it. There is also no deductible which is another plus. I particularly like their flexibility that they let you return the car after the working hours at their drop-point and doesn't charge for few extra hours incurred. Become Hertz Club member to get 1 day complimentary rental on your birthday and that too with full insurance.

There’s additional term at hertz Thailand: you have to pick up the car within 1hr of your scheduled time, otherwise your booking will be cancelled and be charged no show fee. We have no problem picking up our car at other places’ hertz if we are late.(fight delay& cancellation are so common during Covid, 1 hr is unreasonable to us…) Also the term wasn’t noted on the contract when we booked the car on official website, seems it’s local hertz rule … Very unpleasant experience, just beware of this term when you are going to book a car here.

Kronos office building 정문 들어와서 왼쪽, 안쪽편에 위치해 있고, 렌트 시 간단하게 중요한 내용 설명주고 예약자의 신분확인과 신용카드로 보증금 결제 후 차량 인수하였고, 과장에 있어서 문제없이 진행 되었음. 렌탈카스닷컴에서 예약하면서 풀커버 보험을 들었고, 사고시 보증금 및 사고처리비용이 선 청구되고 보험사에 나중에 구상권 청구하는 방식이라고 설명 들었음. 차량상태는 2천키로밖에 안되는 신차를 받아 매우 깨끗했고 차량상태 매우 좋았음. 주유상태는 가득 찬 상태로 받아 반납 시 주변 주유소에서 가득넣어 반납했고, 가솔린 95로만 넣었음, 인수 시 91, 95를 넣으라고 설명들었으나 조금 비싸도 연비따지면 95가 나은것 같음. 구글맵 네비게이션 이용을 위해 차량용 핸드폰 거치대는 미리 준비해 가서 유용하게 이용했음. 반납과정도 차량에 문제가 없어서 빠르게 처리되었음. 사톤지역이여서 지방으로 여행하는 경우 방콕시내 심각한 교통체증을 그나마 피할수 있었으나 워낙 정체구간이니 반납시간은 여유있게 설정하는게 좋음.

When I drive car go back to Hertz and go next trip. After one hour. The shop assistant call me : time to return the car... I think WTF ! What do you mean? I didn’t return the car? After they check and call back. They have the mistake... Finally I think this shop need more training. If customer go back their home on the airport way. They will be very worry about your mistake! Please check the car back or not. I love Thailand next time i will rent hertz. Don’t give me bad memories again. Thx!

I always have a great experience everytime I rent from this branch..fast pick up and return, if you are a member they will allow you to have atleast 2 hrs late return with no additional fee and 5,000 deposit from your CC, less than 2weeks you get your full deposit back.. smoking, stinky smell, pet are not allowed or else you will be fine 10,000baht. All cars are brand new, cold ac and smells good. Highly recommended...if you want to be sure not to pay for any damage, get a SCDW insurance.

Très bonne expérience pour nous sur 1 semaine à Bangkok. L'assurance couvre tout, ce qui est très appréciable en tant qu'européens dans la folle circulation de cette ville ! Beaucoup de monde sur les routes, une conduite différente de la notre, des sorties de parkings très étroites ect ce qui multiplie le stress de rayer la voiture ou d'avoir un accident. Nous sommes très contents d'avoir choisi de louer notre voiture à cet endroit, tout s'est très bien passé!

Hard to find this counter. Their official site showed this counter was shut down. Because no other choice nearby, i had paid higher amount for renting 2 days. Having asked the breakdown then I learnt that the staff quoted me price with full coverage insurance premium. She also didn't mention the return location of Sukhumvit Airport. Lastly i found it hardly. It was very far from the airport. Luckily, their staff drove me back to the airport.

Hertz 我永遠不會再用這租車公司，我們訂了兩部車，從香港飛到泰國，取車時間是pm11:45，這公司營業時間是pm9:00,所以我們訂車時已在email再三問他們會否等我們到，還有他們是會收取等待取車時間的費用，對於我收等候費用不是問題，他們白紙黑字在email回答是“會直至等我們到才會下班”這才是一個最大問題，他們都在email回應是會等到我們到才會下班。當我們到了泰國時間已經遲了，因 航班 延遲了，我們在email已經給他們航班機號，他們是知道，去到他們門市打電話給他們還要不聽電話，結果我們是要座TAXI ,第二天早上至電話給他們，他們說車已租了出去，說可給我第二部車，但第二部車價錢是我們原先訂的車的兩倍……怎麼可能? 車我我不是已訂了嗎?等候費用我沒錢給他們?這公司是白紙黑字寫下的不須 負責?結果沒用他們的車，因而租不到車，要改成自由行

Good customer service. I arrived a bit late and close to closing time. They called to check if I was still coming Located inside the Kronos building. Google Maps has the location right, but the Grab App’s map was off by more than a kilometer. If using Grab, I suggest that rather than enter “Hertz”, enter “Kronos office building” and you should end up in the right place.

If you like to have a car in fast way then you are in right place, ask about the price and make sure to get clear about price with or without insurence before finalizing. Your credit card amount 10k will be blocked for two weeks, it’s a process!!!! Price will be 30% cheaper in online, that’s a good info - 24hrs in advance booking.

Got a brand new (just a month old) Honda Civic car from Don Muang airport for 24 days during our holidays in Thailand, Very happy with the car. It was E85 (which is much cheaper) technology but can use other unleaded petrol also. Staff is friendly and supportive. Will use the HERTZ service during our next holidays to Thailand.

Hertz has friendly staff and people are helpful. Out of my 2 rentals from this place, one was good and one was bad. Hertz really has to live up to their international standards. I have more rentals coming up so hopefully the experience shall be good. All in all a good place for car rentals

If you are looking for car pickup. Pleae don't come here, look for sukon court which is the right location. This is the head office of hertz and if you came here wrongly like i do, you need to walk 10 mins ahead to sukon court to pick up the car under the super HOT sun which is not fun.

Very friendly staff, car was great and process throughout easy. I forgot to take my power bank out of the vehicle when I returned it. Contacted them a couple of days later, they had found it and kept it for me until I returned to Bangkok a week later. Great service, highly recommended.

This company is renting car without valid insurance certificate. And only after that I strongly insist they were only able to provide me another equivalent car . I had to make more then 200 km to have that replacement car and they even did not accept to pay the fuel for that

Fast, efficient and friendly. Used now a handful of times and have never had a bad experience. In and out max waiting time has been 1 min. Cars are new and clean. Location is easy to get too and lots of gas stations in the area for returns. Will use again and again.

Check in take about 10 min then you are good to go, there are two gas stations nearby. Have to give 4 stars because there are two offices and the staff didn't specify which offices i need to go if i booked the car on the Internet.

I am very happy with Hertz. Firstly, processing was fast at the airport. Secondly, the car condition was good; both interior and exterior were clean. Lastly, the customer sevice was good; the staffs were helpful and friendly.

Few years ago, service was not so good and most of cars have quite miles but since they moved to new location, it got bigger, service got better and most of their car are newer. I would usethem more often in the future.

空港で借りた車屋を返すのに利用しました。グーグルマップで見るとシャッターがおりていますが、返却時には開いていて中まで車でぶちこむ感じです。追加料金はありませんでしたが、チェックはかなり細かく車の下まで覗きこんでいました。返却後はタクシーを捕まえて移動しました。
