Very professional and helpful Hertz location. We had engine problems with our original Hertz car hire from Germany when we were traveling through Poland so we contacted the German office for a replacement. They were a bit rude and not particularly understand of our issues. But that changed once we made contact with the Polish Hertz main office and then this office in Szczecin as everything was handled professionally but also the staff were very friendly. They couldn't help us enough to make sure our holiday got back on track. Szymon our contact at this office was great to deal with. Also a lovely lady working with Szymon gave my daughter a lovely gift of a Hertz teddy and some colouring pencils. Not many people would be so kind and generous towards their customers. Would 100% recommend this Hertz location.

Beznadziejna,Kłamliwa wypożyczalnia, najgorsza z jaką miałem okazję współpracować, po 4 godzinach oczekiwania na auto zastępcze gdzie umówiona laweta na godzinę 17 oraz auto zastępcze na 17.. jedna laweta zawrocila pusta po 3 ponagleniach w serwisie ... miał ktoś się ze mną skontaktować z herz auto .. mamy godzinę 20 35 dostałem telefon z serwisu ald że zadzwoniła do nich wypożyczalnia 15 minut temu kontaktowali się ze mną i rzekomo odmówiłem odebrania samochodu zastępczego.. po czym zadzwonił Pan z lawety ktory byl umowiony ma drugą godzine który również oczekiwał na zabranie auta powiedział że właśnie dostał informacje iż ja samochód zastępczy już odebrałem o 19 30... z firmy herz.... KLAMLIWE DZIADOWSKA FIRMA NIE POLECAM !!!!!!!

Great customer service! I really love it. I rent the car at the air port in Szczecin Goleniow, the Hertz representative was very friendly and helpful. I used the car for a week and drove in Poland, Czech and Germany. I had no problems and really enjoyed my car choice. 2 hours before I should return the car I asked Hertz if it is possible to return the car in different location and they said no problem. I definitely will use them again!

Mega obsluga,klient czuje ze jest obsługiwany jak VIP bez znaczenia na termin klasę aut , zawsze można dogadac zmiany w trakcie wynajmu bez żadnych fochow. Faktycznie bez konkurencji na szczecińskim rynku wynajmu aut. I jeszcze raz obsługiwany klient czuje się jak klient a nie jak intruz który przeszkadza przy porannej kawie …

Won’t lie, looked and felt sketch on the outside the first time going, but the staff members are super friendly and helpful. They even have a couple that speak English. The cars are parked in the back of the building. Rent from them frequently. Highly recommend.
