The part that really won me over with this school was the beginning, Mrs. Ripper really pulled me in when I did the interviewing and learning about the school. She also went above and beyond to help me with whatever I needed. She stays on top of everything and really just proved to me that the school system is more organized than I've had in the past. This is my first semester at the college and I couldn't be happier with this outcome! Thank you Mrs. Ripper, you have made this process so great for me and your more than just a Herzing employee and it shows by how much you care about incoming/ current students!

Absolutely the most unprofessional phone call I have had in the process of trying to decide on a school I would want to be at. I asked to set an appointment so I could have a visual and write notes at the same time rather than sitting on a phone call for 45 mins. Trying to process all information about a nursing degree. A 45 min phone call is just way too much. And the attitude I received back was absolutely unprofessional and made my decision as this is not the school for me.

My experience with Admissions Staff Member Jeanne Ripper has been absolutely PHENOMENAL! She has held my hand from start to finish regarding the admissions process, sending me resources, and helping to find the career path that is tailor made for me! She is also very patient, humble and has such a bright personality that comes through the phone. She has outstanding customer service and it shows that she loves what she does!

Herzing University has been amazing for me! The admissions staff was so helpful, as was my financial advisor. They were quick to respond, answered my questions, and always provided accurate answers. Since being enrolled, I have enjoyed all my online classes and my professors have been helpful and knowledgeable.
