*AVOID THIS HOTEL! RUN DOWN, OLD, AND BROKEN A/C, WAY OVERPRICED* I do not understand how this is a 4 star hotel. We told them 10 Minutes after checking in that the A/C wasn’t working. They said someone will look at it the following day. It wasn’t repaired, but they told us it works because you can feel some cold air coming out. The room was extremely hot and we where sweating all night. We complained again, and they gave us the same answer. We stayed there three nights, the a/c was out for our entire stay. We where not offered a different room, we were not compensated in any way. We were rather made to fee like we were an inconvenience. Staff wasn’t outright rude to us, but weren’t friendly or accommodating either. The room had many issues beyond the a/c. It was very small for a “three bed room”, only two outlets, none near the bed. Lamps and tissue holders that where attached to the wall where wobbly and not mounted well, no cups for toothbrushes, no hooks for handtowels, the entire room and bathroom was run down and visibly worn and old. The fridge was smelly, not working properly and inside partly broken. Oh, and the fan in the bathroom was broken, but they tried to make us believe that “even if you can’t hear it, it still works properly” (which it didn’t. The bathroom was extremely humid all the time, but we also couldn’t open the door, because our room was already super hot due to the broken a/c) and the bidet wasn’t working properly either, but that complaint wasn’t even addressed. I am extremely disappointed and feel absolutely ripped off. We paid a lot of money for a “budget level hotel”. If the staff would have at least tried to make up for the fact that we had no functioning a/c and bathroom. The location is fine and the breakfast was nice, even though the cakes where dry (apparently left over from the day before).

Muy cómodo, excelente limpieza en todas las áreas y habitaciones, la ubicación inmejorable a pocos minutos de la playa y cerca de restaurantes y farmacias. Habitaciones insonorizadas lo cual ayuda mucho para estar tranquilo cuando se va con mascotas, este es otro puntqzo positivo: son pet friendly. Los desayunos son tipo buffet y hay de todo huevos, bacon, salchichas, variedad de frutas quesos, embutidos, cereales, dulces, cafés, té, etc. Lo único que no me gustó del hotel es la denominada área de gimnasio, solo son 2 caminadoras y una bicicleta, no hay más, además con un horario hasta las 8 pm lo cual me parece muy restringido, creo que las fotos tampoco ayudan porque dan la idea de que hay un gimnasio pequeño pero con lo mínimo y no es así, de resto todo lo demás excelente. Por otro lado, no hay cena ni almuerzos por lo que no se puede pedir cena con room service, pero bueno, este detalle no me incomodó tanto, si no hubiera necesitado cumplir un entrenamiento seguramente hubiera puesto las 5 estrellas. Volveremos.

La habitación muy cómoda y con una buena bañera y ducha tipo teléfono. Muy limpio y todo muy cuidado, el mobiliario básico pero cómodo. El TV si estaba un poco obsoleto pantalla plena pero grueso y la señal muy mala, se veía la tele con muy poca resolución incluso siendo solo canales nacionales y locales ya que no hay ningun servicio de streaming disponible.

Deeply disappointing. 4-star hotel? It is more a 2-star hotel for the following reasons: 1) Small bed and room. Although we got a double standard room, the bed and the room are frankly small. 2) They don't change your towels and bed sheets unless you tell them to do it. This would be a good thing if they told you in advance, but they did not. No one in reception told us about it. On the second day, we came back to the hotel and nothing was cleaned up. 3) Rooms don't even have a kettle. No tea, no coffee, no nothing. For a 4-star hotel, they offer absolutely nothing. There is a coffee machine downstairs and you have to pay for the coffee. 4) They make you pay upon arrival, instead of in the check out (as most reputable hotels usually do). That makes you feel as if they think you'll run away without paying. 5) They don't do what you request. They asked me whether I had any additional requests and I kindly asked for a small romantic detail to be left on the bed upon arrival. Of course there was nothing on the bed. Honestly, really poor service and quality. My company has Hesperia Hotels in the system, but I will let them know that we should remove them (the company has 25.000 employees, so Hesperia should learn how to treat the customers better).

Small. Not a single detail to make your stay more pleasant (not even a kettle).

Rooms- no kettle, no fridge, it might have stated this when I initially booked it but I don’t typically check utilities and they often usually have these two things. Other than that, the bed was comfy with soft pillows and blankets, there was a BATH! I love baths and most hotels don’t do them! Plus water pressure is amazing. The TV on the other hand, if you’re English, just give up, you can only watch the news Food- the hot food was a bit rough… I have a lot of peculiar allergies that pretty much limits me to just cooked foods, and there was much options for this aside from the pastries and desserts. But if you can have fruits and salads and uncooked products then this is a place for you and they also cater to gluten free Service- great service, can’t fault it at all, they were amazing Location- next door to a pharmacy, lovely restaurants (go to tango and grill it’s great!) and it’s close to the beach, a little bit of a treck through dust and cyclists to find the stairs down to the beach but it’s cool

I gave 2 stars for the location which is really good and for the cleanliness. However, the room that was almost $300/night was lacking essential amenities, first of all, the air conditioner was not working, it was making a noise and blowing warm air, to the point of having the room warmer than outside which made sleeping at night really difficult. We complained but nothing happened. One night we came back to the room, and we found the hatch in the ceiling open because they obviously were inspecting the A/C but left the hatch open with wires and tubes sticking out and really loud noise, still was not fixed. On top of that, there are no hooks for towels in the bathroom and not even a cup to place your tooth brushes, no iron or ironing board, tv with only local channels and the remote control was barely working. There are no outlets near the bed, and the night lamps are loose. I have to say, I was disappointed and it would have ruined my vacation if I did not decide to forget about it and enjoy the amazing city of Barcelona

Would definitely stay again and actually tried to book but they were full. Great location with gorgeous view of the sea. Staff were friendly and helpful, the room was ready for an early check in which was great after a 6am flight. We even got a personal welcome from the GM. Very comfy bed, nice wee balcony, lovely coffee and welcome selection of sweets and savouries, breakfast was good with a lot of choice. All exactly as in the pictures. Also allowed us to leave the car in their parking garage after checkout until we left the city which helped us out greatly. Only things I would suggest for improvement would be a bit more selection for the hot breakfast options, potentially more coffee and milk in the room but they were more than happy to bring us up more so really not an issue, and perhaps a picture or two on the wall of the room but that's just being spoilt. Lovely place.

Un hotel bonito, limpio. La habitación que me hospedé era una cama para dos personas, no tenia vista al mar, el colchón de la cama era incómodo y la cama hacia mucho ruido con solo sentarte. No tiene enchufes cerca de la cama, por lo que tienes que dejar cargando el móvil lejos y hacer turnos si tienes que cargar otros electrónicos . La televisión es vieja, sin posibilidad de poder entrar con tus diferentes cuentas. Algo a su favor, tiene estacionamiento perp tiene un precio adicional. En general no volvería a hospedarme en este hotel.

Meeting the expectations of a 3-star hotel, the place offers a view of the Barcelona sea. The best part is the service, and the reception is open 24×7 literally. The reception is also accessible via telephone kept in the rooms, and the service is very prompt and friendly. The place also offers breakfast, which is really healthy and scrumptious.

The breakfast buffet is quite good with a large variety of food and drinks available. Along with the bread, butter, bacon, eggs, and mini sausages, the spread also offers fruits, cakes, and wonderful fruit juices.

Decent room, good location. The blanket was not covered with the cover properly and it keeps moving. The room cleaner was the worst among everything, I was sleeping and the door was locked twice, however he unlocked and entered the room!!!!! I have never ever seen this action by anyone during my whole life. I shout out at him and kick him out, then when I went to the reception to complain, all what I got is just "sorry".. I had to put DND sign all the time on the door. Standard room doesn't have kettle and ironing.

We are still here now . Is a very clean hotel room, very quiet and you can open the windows something that you really cannot afford to lots of hotels . The staff is very very nice . Is very close to the beach , literally , you cross the road , walk one minute and you find a huge beach and places to eat drink on the beach . Also , the other side of the hotel ,town side , lots of options to go eat and go visit . You also have to bus stop next door almost . Is a great place .

Nice hotel across the street from the beach and long coastal walk. I was there for just one night. Check-in was fast and easy. the hotel is clean and unpretentious. I only had a coffee in the morning, so no comments on the breakfast.

Todo perfecto. El hotel está de 10, vinimos a una competición y estaba al lado del pabellón y a 2min de la playa. El personal muy amable, en especial Iván, siempre atento y dispuesto a ayudar. De 10. Repetiríamos sin dudar.

More like a 3-star hotel than like a 4-star hotel. Facilities and amenities are not considered very complete. Breakfast spread is limited. Good things we liked about it - located near the beach, staffs are friendly.
