Not the best place to study, people there talk on their phones and are quite inconsiderate. As friendly and helpful as the staff are, they talk quite loudly to each other, therefore setting a bad example to other people using the library. Yesterday a staff member actually had the radio on, I walked out in disgust where does she think she is? I appreciate other things go on in there for children which is lovely and there is a knitting group but when these activities are not on people need to keep the volume down and go and gossip outside and that includes the staff.

Nice library with good quality of books. Staffs are very kind and helpful. Children's section is very attractive and good collection of books. Table and Chair arrangements is very good. Model of "Solar system" display is attractive. Free Wifi, 15 min free internet access on computer and printing facilities available for cost. Club activities going on regular basis. For children there is a rhyming session and Thursday there will be craft session on morning. Toilet facilities available on request and it is very neat and maintaining well.

To much tolking,(phone) noise , when we are studying, I think that we should respect each other,clean and plesent. Sametime I don't mind to pay tickets to go to Richmond and have peaceful in the library. The staff at Heston library are amazing,very relpfull . …

I use the Library frequently, the service provided has been excellent. Very welcoming, nothing has ever been a problem , staffed by individuals who give the extra mile regardless of the issue.

Nice little library, clean, spacious, good amount of books. Lovely kids section, and if you need the bathroom the gym is just around the corner!

It great but please update their opening time. On the door it says that it closes on 5:30pm in Saturdays but on google it says it closes at 8pm.

Mostly Every types of Books are there!! I like all books collection and staff are very supportive and very good and knowledgeable as well.

Probably the best library in the whole of UK. Staff is excellent and very helpful,especially Keith. Really great place to study.
