I've had a terrible experience with Hey Halfway Durban. the sales person I dealt with left the company halfway through the sale (of which no one bothered to inform me), so I have no contact person, the finace person who became my contact

The WORST aftersales service in 50 years. I paid R140 000 CASH in Nov 22 & am still awaiting delivery of my car. Within 40 000 odd km it couldn't start, clutch replaced 2x, engine mountings loose, windscreen wipers not working, standard

I earlier reported bad aftersales service about this dealership. They eventually came to the party and they helped me to solve my problems by replacing my first vehicle with a similar vehicle.

Great experience from the heyhalfwayhillcrest staff team, started the process with Mpilo and he was so professional, kind and patient. Looking forward to many more kilometres with my car.
