I bought a Durango back in October of 2022. I drove the car home and the literal next day had an issue the rack and pinion. They did fix this on their dime and I was happy about that. A month later the water pump blew, come to find out there was a hole in the radiator as well. After that was all set and done I had a tune up done sense my check engine light went off and I had a misfire. Then maybe 2 weeks later now that everything was finally all buttoned up my head gasket decided to say “hey I’ve been broke for a long time now you just didn’t know sense all those other problems we had”. So then it was time to fix the head gasket. All together in 7 months I have put 9k into a car I only paid 18k for. On the carfax they gave me stated that THEY put a new water pump in right before I bought it. It blew because it was not put on correctly and the pressure caused it to bust which in tune made my car heat up so bad the head gasket blew. All in all I would never suggest anyone to buy a car from this place.

Inquired about a truck online Thursday, then recieved an email the following day. Called the number in the email and was told I'd get a call back in 10min. 4 hours later I called back again and got a voicemail. Emailed them back again the following day and was told someone would contact me Monday. Drove 1hr to the dealership Monday and found out the truck was sold on Saturday. What a waste of time. Very poor service and lack of follow up. Fly by night dealership

We bought a 2016 Nissan Rogue today from High Quality Auto Sales and it was honestly the best experience I have ever had a dealership. Romero and the owner (Sammy I believe) were extraordinarily helpful and worked with us to get an excellent deal. They went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied and happy with the purchase. This place is a joke i recently lost my wallet and had only a work identification. Guy kept giving me the run around and said he wanted to help but actions speak louder. Went same day to another dealership after many attempts, used the same identification and got approved same day and drove away with a vehicle. If i could give that place zero stars i would. Don't waste your time or money at that place very limited selection.

Absolutely the rudest bunch of people on the planet. I ask simple questions and expect similar results. I understand English is a second language but angry remarks in a guttural language. Please take basic classes at your local community center on how to give proper customer service. Pre-owned dealerships have a bad enough reputation, try and break the cycle.

Bought a vehicle from them about a year ago , besides a new battery, I haven’t had a single problem with my car.
