Henry and his team did a fantastic job. Once I put my job spec he called me up promptly, came to the property gave me a very good price quote for the work. Once we agreed,as promised they promptly came and started the work immediately. They completed the work in 3 days which was to remove the existing damaged roof, lay a new felt roof and additionally they also fixed the damage to plasterboards inside. It was raining heavily, his boys worked tirelessly inspite of the hardships to finish the job on time. They did a nice and clean job professionally,cleaned the place as well after completion and was very polite.I would highly recommend Henry and his team.

On Boxing Day, and a week before we were due to exchange on our house, we noticed the roof was leaking. A couple of days later we contacted Henry and he sent one of his team round to assess the damage. Work involved replacing the felt on the entire roof which had completely perished, laying new battens, relaying old tiles and sourcing replacement ones from a reclamation yard (we're in a conservation area so they needed to match). Also repointed the chimney and installed flashing. All done within a week - so impressed! Also happy with the 10 year guarantee - peace of mind for our buyers.

Shoddy workmanship, roughly cut & ill-fitting guttering, gutters too short, coming apart, brackets coming loose from the wall with no wall plugs, leaks down the walls & into the conservatory, didn’t clean up, eg left leaves & loose roof cement from repointing in gutters & around the house. Had to chase up to come back to fix. Henry only appeared to quote & didn’t come & see the work even after the issues. Very disappointing & felt ripped off.
