Hi I am that “woman” with the baby who just bought a baloon from your shop. I have been in the shop several times before and my experience was so much dofferent than this time. My baloon was nearly ready when the person who handled my order went inside and the baloon that was going under the main baloon was nearly done. Then there was another person took over without understanding my baloon was already done and she just needed to attach and it took forever to complete this as she didnt care to ask anyone if the baloon was done so she started to make another cokor of baloons without asking.anyways these kind of things happen, i corrected it in the end.afterwards she asked me if i payed and I clearly said Yes. If she did not understand it she could have asked again. After saying yes I started to walk towards the door and i heard her asking to the rest of you if the woman has paid and then she could not get an answer and she loudly asked did this woman pay. It was so embarrassing to be accused like i was a thief for a cheap baloon in front of my child that i responded sayin i did pay and the lady who I payed said yes thank you very much have a nice day however I could not get over the feeling of anger because the day i would celebrate my child’s birthday i experienced something like this. The reason i chose your shop was to suppor local business and i think you are hard working people. However someone treating your customer like a thief for a baloon especially in front of her child should not be acceptable. Might be because I had an accent?! Needless to say I am not coming back

I had an awful experience at your store today, I came in to buy balloons for my cousins birthday which is tomorrow and I was served by this women at the counter. She spoke to me in a degrading manner since I asked reasonable questions about her balloons and she aggressively started saying how I should be looking for these balloons myself and the prices. She then questioned the type of car I had and if I was able to fit the balloons in the car. I worked in retail just like this worker and have never experienced this before, I am ashamed to have made any purchases from this store and do not recommend to anyone.

I needed balloons and am new to the area. I checked out a few places online. I found another shop and they actually gave me a headache with how difficult it was to get some balloons, even when I emailed this pics, they didn't get it, over 24 hours of back and fourth. I telephoned Highflying, she gave me her mobile number, I whatsapped her pics. Job done. On the morning of collection, I needed an extra balloon, sent them a what's app, sorted, even at last minute. They were beautuful on pick up. Definitely my go to place for flowers/balloons in future.

I just wanted to write a review to say how excellent High flying balloons are! Myself and my sister used them for my mums surprise 60th they were great, helped us decide what would be best and delivered them to the venue in sidcup and displayed and arranged them in the hall for us. Absolute pleasure to deal with, totally stress free (for a party that was stressful to organise!) and excellent value for money. Highly recommended ! I just discovered this shop and right pleased about it too!! Really well stocked with all sorts of party bits and birthday/anniversary gifts. I didn't quite know where to look first! Cards/mugs/balloons/giftware/ badges/banners I mean anything you could want for celebrations!! I found the shop online because I was looking for somewhere to buy a helium filled balloon, but discovered an Alladins cave of goodies!!! Very friendly and helpful staff

I couldn't really say as we weren't allowed to go in. Also didnt realise it was call, order and pick up due to lockdown restrictions. But customers allowed back on the 12th April we were told. Hope you are all well and keeping safe. The super balloons delivered prior to lock down, were still going strong after 10 days and I think they would have lasted a few more, I released with messages thanking the NHS so all in all the balloons had two purposes.

The ladies @ Highflying Ballons did a fantactic job supplying and decorating a hall for a 60th Birthday party. Very helpfull when ordering the stuff and decorating the hall. The hall was transformed and looked fantastic. I would recomend them to anyone.

We used nicole & her team for balloons, table runners & chair covers for our wedding reception a month ago, they were very friendly, helpful & did a fantastic job of setting up our wedding reception, it looked beautiful, we would highly recommend them

I tried to contact him to make a purchase, the salespeople did not answer me when I went to the door to buy because they did not answer me, they treated me very badly, I do not recommend the service and I do not return the purchase here!

This shop is so good. I highly recommend this shop to anyone celebrating birthday's etc. I got beautiful 50th birthday balloons gold, I also got white and gold 50th napkins. The ladies are so kind and helpful they give you so much ideas.

Great value and even better customer service. The girls in there are so helpful with ideas about what designs would look good for your celebration. They also do flower wall and ballon walls great for photo back drops at your party.

Nikki sorted balloons at short notice, delivered in horrid weather, yet nothing seemed to much trouble for her, great service. Balloons still look good a week later. Thank you, very happy, highly recommend Highflying Balloons.

Friendly staffs and excellent service. I bought the white orchid , and the staff helped me to change the red bow instead of green as it is Chinese New Year. It would be great if there is pink orchid at this festival.
