Great office staff ,Outstanding dentists.( As in painless ) Started there about 2 years ago ,Having come from a big time Dentist $$$$. First visit they worked a 6 part plan to save my remaining teeth . Had I found this office sooner most likely I would have most of my teeth now. The plan had a flexible time frame . All charges where shown .Every step was explained .One of my reasons that I like this place is they don't talk down to you . Price wise I had a lot of work done to my lower teeth and a complete upper for less the a fourth of what I payed my previous dentist for my wife four front teeth. Looking forward to my next visit. This is my second year decide to just add to my first post , This is truly a family Dental care .kids come out laughing .I'm 75 and I come out smiling .Great staff and Dentists. I highly recommend them.

I was pleased with dr. Kassim, however I was put in a room that was exceptionally cold. When I told them I was cold the temp was adjusted. Kudos for that. Because of staff shortage I did not get a dental assistant: the girl did not know what to do and it was an unpleasant experience: gagging because she did not know how to suction. In addition she was not groomed properly and three times she tossed her long hair in my face. This totally was unacceptable. Dr Kassim explained it was because she was helping out and they were so grateful for her stepping in. As a patient I was not grateful and had I been told ahead time I would have rescheduled. I will return but I will expect competent staff and I will ask before work is begun. I have no intention of putting up with incompetence again. I have excellent experience prior to this visit .

Horrible way at setting appointments. I received a text message confirming my appoinment for the next day, I called them to confirm. I show up the next day, and I was told there wad a mistake, my son's appoinment wasn't for another week or so. The girl at the window apologizes for her coworkers mistake and tells me she does it often. I had to miss work to go to this appoinment only to receive this nonsense. I later speak to Brittney, the woman who initially text me and she tells me she can show me the text messages that were sent. Seriously??? Is she in elementary??? Her behavior was confrontational and unprofessional. I told her no need to be unprofessional to discuss that, and send my sons xrays to another dentist. Of your interested in going this place? I wouldn't recommend it. They're not precise

WORST DENTAL EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! Truly hurtful and rude Dr. Claudia Diaz. After waiting in the waiting room for an hour and a half and after voicing my concerns, Dr. Diaz brutally continued her "treatment". Two days of pain and swelling later I was forced to go to another Dentist for emergency adjustments. What should have been a simple procedure turned into 2 days full of pain and regret. Only chose one star because there was not an option for no stars at all. Never going back! Dr Izaddoust THE OWNER WHO I SPOKE WITH 02/18/16 INFORMED ME THAT DR. DIAZ DID NOTHING WRONG AND THAT SHE WOULD NEED TO HERE FROM THE DENTIST THAT CORRECTED THEIR SCREW UP, AND HAVE HIM CONFIRM I WAS IN PAIN AND THAT I REALLY GOT TREATED BY HIM, IN ORDER TO HELP ME ANY FURTHER. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!

This is The Best dental office that I have Ever been to! (The prices are the best I have ever seen too! Seriously!) Honestly, this team is amazing. This clinic is fantastic, their manner with patients is amazing. Everyone here is so kind and helpful!!! Dr Diaz is quick, efficient and knowledgeable! Juan the Dental Assistant is so incredibly nice! He does a great job putting you at ease as well as explaining and answering questions. I have had bad medical experiences in the past but this office is the picture of excellence! From Brittney the office manager to the dentist - every part of my visit was a truly good experience. PLEASE DON’T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DENTAL CARE PROVIDER !!! I called to asked about insurance information and the person that answer the phone call was to lazy to look up my insurance information to confirm that I will be covered. I was referred by coworkers and my insurance company. What a joke. I informed her that I will call my insurance company to remove there establishment off the website and she said that was fine she does not need my business. WOW .. Very unprofessional. Imagine if she is that lazy not to look up insurance information then you the customer will get billed for stuff that is not covered for being laziness. I sure don’t want anything with this establishment. YOU WILL GET SCAMMED…

I've been going here for years.....my son david that is 2 years old loves the staff here. They each greet you with a smile, they are very understanding people who care only about meeting your expectations and making your experience a comfortable one. Some staff members I know so well now because of office visits such as, Debbie, Delia , Oleslie, Victor, Dr.Diaz, and Juan; the environment in the work place is very children friendly. The staff here really know how to work with kids of all types and all ages. I highly recommend Hildebrand Family Dental Care to everyone including family and friends.

Disappointed would be an understatement. I was going to try to ignore it and move on until I recieved a phone call yesterday about an appointment a month and a half away that needed to be rescheduled. That’s after almost 2 months of silence on a botched crown. No acknowledgement. No apology. Irene is just the absolute worst manager. Teeth are expensive even with insurance, don’t give your money to this place, they really could not care less about their patients.

First time here to get my cleaning. Everyone was very friendly. Debbie was able to get me in for an appointment w/ no issues with the process. Yolanda was great/sweet and was able to guide me through the x-rays. But most importantly, for someone who has dental anxiety and needed nitrous for just a cleaning, Victor (the hygienist) was so kind and gentle, and made sure I was okay throughout the whole process… and we did this with NO nitrous! I recommend 100%.

My experience from start to finish was amazing! The minute I walked in the front office greeted me with a smile, they got me back to get my exam and xrays very quick.. the assistant and Dr were great and did an exam and told me everything going on, they also made sure I had no worries or concerns. Victor was very thorough on my cleaning.. hands down best cleaning I’ve ever had.. I will definitely recommend this dental office to my friends & family!

Victor REALLY works that cleaning but makes sure you are ok and cares about having healthy teeth. He likes his job to much..lol Everone I encounted during my visits have been friendly, caring and professional. I have found a new dentist and will be coming back.

Surprise bills when you walk in on unauthorized services The dentist always trying to give me costly crowns like I need a whole new mouth when, in actuality, I take very good care off my teeth.. Dentist doesn't read my chart to know about my history and the staff at front desk talks over you and are obviously trained blood suckers, charging before the services. SORRY, Victor, the cleanings are awesome but I'm not coming back.

Had a permenant crown done. It fell out randony after about a year, that shouldnt happen. And I couldn't get in contact with the office. I have attempted to contact them multiple time since to get dental records for my insurance company and a week later still no call back, even though i left a name and number on their answering machine and done a live text chat. Don't recommend because they are impossible to get a hold of.

Dr.Diaz, Delia, Debbie, Juan, Victor and Oleslie There So Peachy...I always love coming to Hildebrand Family Dental they always greet me with a smile and make me feel comfortable as possible when getting my teeth checked up on and cleaned they all have a awsome atmosphere. This is a fabulous dental office. I took my 22 mo daughter there for her first dental appt and Dr Shiva was so great with her. Very patient and took her time. I went myself a few weeks prior for a cleaning and some dental work and was very happy with the procedures. The staff is friendly and thorough. It’s very reasonably priced and you can make payments if needed. I highly recommend Hildebrand Family Dental Care.

I really love this dental office. I called to make a new patient appointment, spoke with Linda and she took all my insurance information and scheduled a prefect appointment for me. I have gone to several different dentists and each one wanted to clean or put braces and not take care of the problem which was a root canal and a crown Dr Diaz took care of the problem and has continue to complete other work that were required as far as pain during the procedure there was none getting a appointment was quick and easy and parking was not a issue a very comfortable atmosphere

it’s a nice place but the dentist are very aggressive for no reason and I have a bad gage reflect so I always warn them before hand but they always still continue to make it difficult for me and make it seem like I’m doing it on purpose I’ve been going to this dentist for 8 years I don’t recommend going there unless you want your teeth to hurt even more then they already do

My daughter had some anxiety before today's visit. Her hygienist was amazing in keeping her laughing and smiling throughout the entire procedure and check up. You guys not only keep her smile looking beautiful, but you take away her fears and nerves and give her something to smile about while there. I cannot thank you enough for that. I hope to stay with you all for life!!

I called and got a same day appointment. I was completely nervous going in, but that all went away when I met the staff. Dr. Diaz explained everything clearly and I was in no pain what so ever when she worked on my teeth. I also got a deep cleaning on my teeth and the nurse was very gentle and had me laughing. With my anxiety about going to the dentist was usually very high, but Dr.T adn Yolanda made me feel so very comfortable, they communicated everything they were doing and I didn't have to have the gas to ease me. I would recommend him to everyone. Especially anyone that has bad anxiety. Thank you for talking me through my process and making me feel at home.

I've been going to Hildebrand Family Dental for years. Victor always does such a great job at making me feel comfortable each visit, as well as good about my oral hygiene. On my last visit, Gussie and the receptionist were able to get me all set up for wisdom teeth removal. They're very kind and funny people who really take oral care serious.

Hygienist Victor provided the best teeth cleaning in my 40 yrs. He was extremely thorough and friendly. He also explained procedures and answered questions in an honest and resourceful manner. Getting a refund from this place is a nightmare. Very disorganized. My refund is over 2 years old now still trying to get my refund. Very dissatisfied with the handling of my refund.
