"Rooms lacking"
I stayed for a conference, in a premier suites room. The room looked nice, with art prints on the wall, a large TV, and a single person lounge. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The shower took a minute to warm up properly, and the room was small. Sufficient for sleeping but not for spending any more time than necessary. My biggest gripe is that the only window covering was a sheer curtain, the type that lets 90% light through. Even before morning it was a problem as the city lights lit up the room and made it hard to sleep. Roadworks from 7am proved that that the windows aren't soundproof, and the air-conditioning created a constant white noise louder than most. The person before me had set the temperature at 19*C, but the room never felt colder than 22*C, even overnight. The minibar was empty with a note that you can order snacks and drinks via room service. In the evening I saw quite a few people entering the lifts with snacks they'd bought from the Woolworths at the end of the street. The rain shower was large enough for one person at a time. Even with the shower door closed, water leaked out through the bathroom and into the entrance hall, unless I put down a towel (which then ended up soaked).

Next to the QVB, and 15 min from waterfront restaurants.
We stayed at this Hilton two separate times on our trip in Australia. During both stays we had exceptional service from every associate that we encountered from valet to reception, as well as the hosts and servers at the restaurant and marble bar. On our first stay, Christina, our front desk associate was able to check us in efficiently and was incredibly kind. She discussed various destinations to see in Sydney and provided great customer service. On our second stay later on in our trip, our front desk associate was Geo. Geo was awesome as well! He provided us with all of the important details like when breakfast is served, and the hours of the lounge and bar. Both of the rooms were beautiful with fantastic views of the city. We had a great time, and look forward to coming back on another trip!

Stayed here for a special occasion. From the moment we checked in staff were very welcoming and accommodating. We had an exceptional view on the top floor. Took a nap in the afternoon and woke up to seeing the beautiful sunset through the window, what a bonus. Staff were super courteous, they had some welcome pack in the room which had some chocolate and wine in it. We had to try their buffet breakfast and it was amazing. Located right in the heart of the city. Easy access to public transportation and close by many attractions. The suit was lovely and service was exceptional. We had a good time and would love to go back. Would highly recommend.

I was quite satisfied with this hotel and it's service. Obviously you can expect the Hilton to be quite expensive as compared to other hotels especially this one since it is in downtown. The food was fantastic, room service was great, The fact that there's a TV in the shower sort of made my mornings The only thing that I wish was a little bit better was the overall size of the rooms I feel like that for what I am paying I should have a little bit more space. It wasn't that big of a problem but again just considering the price.

Rooms lacking. We stayed in the suite, and it wasn't up to expectations. I usually love the Hiltons too, so let's address the issues. A. Looks outdated, no style, colour, or luxury. B. TVs extremely outdated to the point you can't even connect a phone or another device to the TV for casting (every other top hotel has this and has had for many years now)... before they reply with "you can screen mirror" nooo you can't, I tried, then I asked Reception and they couldn't either... C. Soaps, shampoos, toiletries etc... 4/10. 10+ rating for service. 10+ rating for location, common areas and even the business floor was nice and had plenty of options for food & convenience if needing to work /eat.

I really liked the location of the Hilton Hotel. There was a tram right in front of the Hilton Hotel, so it was convenient to get to any location in Sydney. Additionally, there are many shops and restaurants around the hotel, making it convenient for shopping and dining. The hotel lobby and room were clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was also delicious.

I had an awesome and memorable experience staying at Hilton Sydney during my business travel last month. The hotel is centrally located and close to everything you need. The room was well equipped, comfortable, and had great views; service was exceptional. The best part was my daily breakfast at The Glass Brasserie. The buffet offerings there are one of the best I've come across, and the staff super friendly and courteous; Meylia and Vincent, especially, were amazing hosts!

Located right in the heart of the business and Shopping District in Sydney this Hilton stand close to earning five stars. Registration staff was courteous and accommodating. The rooms are nicely appointed in the bed is pretty comfortable. I spacious shower with the rain head kind of a nice way to start your day. Walk out the door of the hotel right on to the train platform. The trains run all over metropolitan city it could take you about 80 where you need to go.

A centrally located hotel close to everything. Room is neat but feels a little on the small side. Checked under the bed on leaving to find rubbish and a discarded pill. I left some nice shorts behind and when I called to enquire I was informed that they were handed in the day before and would I like them posted. Very nice service but I wonder why I had to phone to ask for them. Surely housekeeping could take a photo and route it through to me. It’s not a public space so who else could they have belonged to. Shame to taint the experience.

Amazing stay. Amenities are top notch, as is the location, but what makes amazing was the great customer service. I forgot an item in my room when I checked out and flew back home, and when I called the hotel, they were able to find my item and mail it to me no questions asked (and also no charges!). I was very impressed and will definitely be staying at the Hilton in Sydney again!

Very convenient location within walking distance to Sydney landmarks. Great customer service, friendly and accommodating personnel. My upgrade room was not ready due to early arrival but the standard room was very spacious for the city location, no complaints. Clean, quiet with all amenities in order. The executive lounge is well stuffed for breakfast, through the day, and happy hour.

Wonderful stay. Our room overlooked the Queen Victoria dome and was very quiet and comfortable. Housekeeping and front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was top notch. Not as close to the harbor as some other Sydney hotels but in easy reach of the botanical gardens, Hyde Park, several museums plus many shops & restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

Spent a night at Hilton Sydney. The room was pretty comfortable but a little bit small. Unfortunately there was no cable TV and I had to rely on local channels, which kept on getting disrupted every once in a while. The location was excellent, with plenty of food and shopping options. It is fairly well connected by public transport as well. Overall it was a good stay but given the stature of Hilton, I had slightly more expectations.

Stayed here on sat and Sunday. Unfortunately, they close all their restaurants and bars on Sunday. Pool is just at a nearby gym and there's no cable TV, just local channels. Not really what you'd expect from a Hilton. Close to transport and decent location.

I recommend 100%! All super friendly, from the staff who welcomed us, the restaurant, cleaning and valet. The rooms are very clean and the staff is very attentive to the details of personal preferences of service. The gym is super complete and the breakfast is amazing. More
Great hotel in the heart of Sydney, close to shops, theatres and great eateries. Nice staff and beautifully appointed rooms. Stayed in the executive King suite on the 43rd floor. Very quiet at night and dark with electric block out blinds. No street noise at all. More
Rooms are small but well designed! However customer service was extremely disappointing. Asked for bottled water but was told they are running out of bottled waters and cannot provide more. Housekeeping also did not clear the empty bottles.
From the moment I started planning our trip, Hilton Sydney stood out, and boy, did it deliver! Pre-trip, we got in touch about parking and received crystal-clear guidance from the lovely Malou, a Front Office Agent, directing us to Secure
I stayed here for a conference, the room was nice and the hotel is in a great location. However I think the room service could improve. We asked for extra blankets and had to call back 2 times to check on it, it took them over an hour to
The customer service I received at my last couple of visits here was second to none! The hotel staff was welcoming, courteous, professional and friendly. My room was comfortable and clean and I enjoyed my stay so much the first time I
Update: had another one night stay recently. If it were my first stay would rate five stars but need to see how it goes over a few stays before knowing which is the norm. Arrived early and the room wasn't ready so they took my mobile
One of my favourite place. Great service, great staff. Room is comfortable, plenty of underground parking, great location. Access to fitness first gym via hotel room key. Buffet breakfast is so good. More
Stayed at the Hilton several times. Outstanding service! Wonderful facilities. Great location. Highly recommend. More
Came in at 3pm for check in time but the room wasn’t ready til 6pm, we were compensated with a late checkout.
