I am a 51 year old GP with a few years of back pain, more years of knee pain and becoming less fit by the year. I decided to do something about it. If you spare your dodgy back or knee you can guarantee it will become weaker over time and one day you'll do something "normal" and "injure" it because you've lost all muscle, ligament and tendon strength. So use your dodgy body, keep it strong and injure it less. Start low, do it regularly and build up slowly under the guidance of someone withe experience. Go see Joe. And if in doubt discuss it with your doctor first. But find the right one.

Ive been attending HST for almost 6 months. The atmosphere is always friendly and supportive. The studio and amenities are great, always fresh and clean. I love that I can go to solo sessions as well as my group class and follow the app that my coach has set up for me. In the past I've found I make excuses to not go to the gym, but not here it's the other way around, I often find myself making excuses to get out of other events so as I don't miss out on my strength training sessions at HST.
