A friend and I jumped in a taxi cab out front of Woolworth in Liverpool street Hobart last week only to be told to get out of his cab we can walk to the Pickled Frog hostel because he had a bigger business than ours. I should have got his name and reported him. We got out both of us had our arms full of groceries walking up the hill to our accommodation. To that cabbie, I hope you reading this and your mother never gets treated like this. The rest of the cabbies were great they helped us with our luggage very polite towards us.
I booked a maxi taxi to take seven people to the airport, when the taxi arrived it was a small van that seated seven without luggage. When I asked what we should do with our luggage, the driver said to order another taxi. We then had to wait for another taxi and pay for both. Awful service with no operator answering the phone.
