I went to report an incident in person today after reporting it on the phone and having been given a police reference number. As soon as I told the lady at the front desk what had happened to me she said it was not a criminal matter despite it being contrary to the Road Traffic Act 1988. She then said she would go in to check with (presumably) a supervisor and came out reiterating the same thing. I decided to go into my local police station instead and thankfully they knew their stuff. I was given a form to fill in and told that this would be sent to the relevant body. The lady had said that they didn't have the capacity to deal with my incident- at least she got something right.

Started at an underwired Ilana road construction site, wore hard hats but got picked by the Holburn boys. Dealt with us fairly and proficiently, even understood why I carry soy sauce at all times #Oseyo. Spacious rooms with comfy beds, excellent on hand staff. Smoking area good but budget cuts obvious. Breakfast not included, though they did point us to the nearest spoons with a soft caution. 10/10 Kilamanshum

A very unwelcoming atmosphere, coffee was surprisingly adequate. In regard to the ambience, it was loud and had a bad odour. The food choice was limited and dry. In terms of accommodation, depsite being free of charge, I would not reccomended. Bed very uncomfortable, and toilet flush did not work. Will not be coming again.

Unfortunately I got arrested and taken down to this police station. All officers involved treated me fair and square and though I wouldn't recommend getting arrested the officers here will treat you humanely and as a person unless you give them reason not to. They're doing their job, simples!

I think as a humble being, the only thing I can do is to post my review here. Although it won't make any difference. The attitude of the officer there really made me forget this is a civilized country. I was there only for registration.

It says do no knock on the glass wait for a staff memeber to call you up. But they just do their own thing and pretend they have something important to do on the computer. In fact they do not care in the slightest that you are waiting.

Decent place for a one-nighter but wouldn't recommend a further stay. Service is great but amenities are basic/ lacking- my commode didn't even have a seat! Staff was friendly, had the courtesy to drop me home afterwards, too.

Been sitting and looking at three closed glass doors for over two hours waiting to be seen. Loads of police but no one meeting the public. No information. No queuing system. Nothing... Hard to give a positive review...

One police officer working on his computer relaxed and 10 people in the waiting room not knowing if or when anyone will see us. He typed as slow as a grandma after he took ages for one person in the end, I left.

They offer, vegan glutton free option for their food, while in custody. Coffee was nice and hot. Haven’t tried their teas. But, seriously, need to improve, offer more options. Bed was not so comfortable.

No one at the station, it had a note asking people go to Kentish Town for the police. They said they closed at 9pm while since 7pm there's no one. Shame on the UK police station and poor tax payers.

The police station has been closed for almost a whole year, I can't believe the notice on the door was from last December. Don't go to this station, you can do nothing here.

Would be amazing if they can pick up the phone to report antisocial behaviour.... Reporting this at met.police makes no difference

Tried calling, constant engaged tone, wrote a letter of complaint 4 weeks ago had no reply what are we paying our tax for?

The staff are so rude! I couldn't get any help when I needed most!!! I wonder how the police serve taxpayers in this way!

After arriving at the place it says it is closed - since December 2017 - and tells to go to a different police station

It's been closed to the public since December 17. Notice on the door directs us to another closed one (Islington).

Not happy with the way I’ve been treated at all and as for safeguarding well not happy
