We stayed here for 7 nights. We found the room to be an adequate size for 3 adults. We had 2 queen size beds and a sitting room. The rooms were well equipped, had plenty of shelf space in the bathroom. I loved the dove brand soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion and body wash. Towels were thick. The room was clean and the beds were so comfortable. House keeping did a great job at cleaning and giving us fresh towels daily. I was especially impressed with the buffet breakfast. I have gluten allergies and Nicky and Alzira were so helpful in making me gluten free sausages, and bringing me gluten free toast and muffins. They both went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. I have been to many hotels and I have not seen this top notch type of service. The staff were always pleasant even during the busiest times. The pool was very nice too, and it was heated. We even used the laundry room to do luandry. I highly recommend this hotel and will be back forsure. A special thank you to Nicky and Alzira for being so kind and helpful. Room: Room and bathroom were clean, but the torn window sheers, with only one chair and very noisy air conditioner and fridge in room, reminded me of the days of the cheap motels of the 70s. Cleaning staff did not clean our room after first day. We had put a busy sign on the door for 30 mins while showering.Recommend updating AC unit. No bath mat in washroom meant dangerous slippery conditions. Could hear dog barking below. Fitness and pool area: Very poor given price of stay. Too small and equipment in disrepair. Recommend removing one treadmill and adding a space for floor mat. Pool appeared ok. Breakfast: This is a lottery game. Of the three days we only had a decent meal on day three. Total chaos and normally out of bacon or sausages, potatoes were tasteless. Recommend more kitchen staff and better food. Or: Shut down the breakfast area and invest in other aspects of the hotel Wifi: Very poor. Limited tv selection with pixelation. No signal in fitness facility. Will never stay here again. Saving grace: Close to mall and walking park nearby. What a total let down. :(

We had a one night stay in November. After checkout we went home to discover that my wife had left her AirPods in the hotel room. We called the hotel and after an investigation, they said they had discovered the airpods and since they had my credit card on file, they would mail them back at my expense. They arrived over a week later but when they were opened up, all she had was the case, the actual pods were missing. Trying to get a hold of somebody other than to book a reservation was impossible so I quit trying after a week. Overall the hotel is decent but we will never stay here again. If you stay here, make sure you have all of your personal effects with you.

Love love love this hotel- can’t say enough good things about it. Dog friendly, extremely clean and staff were amazing. Breakfast was delicious, and there were options for purchase if you wanted snacks or something else. Plenty of walking space around the property for the dog- including trails. Great visitors and pubs nearby. Conveniently located - easy to get on the highway. Loved my short stay here - will definitely return.

Clean, well-equipped room with comfortable bed. Washroom is full with Dove bathroom care products in large bottles which help save costs and environmentally friendly because of its reduction in disposing too many small bottles of toothpaste, hand wash, lotion, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and shave cream. Friendly front desk and breakfast servers. It’s a little bit tricky for new guests to find the hotel location but the parking space behind the hotel is huge.

We had a fantastic stay at this location during our relocation to Ottawa. They were the ONLY hotel along our journey from Victoria BC that had GLUTEN FREE bread, cereal, and sausages. This was a huge and welcome surprise as we are a Celiac family. Very pleased with this hotel. Alzira was so kind and informative of what food we could eat. Amazing! Highly recommend this hotel!

We spent a weekend here visiting from the GTA for our sons hockey tournament. The rooms are spacious and clean. The complimentary breakfast was awesome. This place has the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. Two nights in a row a room was not cleaned after specifically being requested. Not one single hello greeting from the staff members for 3 days that we were there. Their team should really work on being courteous and less military. Not even as a last resort would I stay here again. Retrain your entire staff on courtesy and manners.

This location is the best Holiday Inn Express we have stayed in. We were greeted promptly and acknowledged as loyalty members. Room was extremely clean and in great condition. Location is convenient and parking ample. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. Highly recommend

We had a great time. Nice breakfast bar, great variety of options. Staff was kind and diligent. Unfortunately, the garbages in the room and the bathroom were never cleaned, I had to bring it myself to the front desk. Towels were also missing, I had to ask for them.

Enjoyed our multi-night stay. Our room was always clean and tidy. The beds were surprisingly comfortable. And a hot breakfast was a great way to start our day outside of the hotel. The friendly welcome upon arrival and each time we return was also very nice.

One of my best experience I had with hotels. The staff were nice, the room was fresh, the breakfast was generous! The area is quiet and there are plenty of parking spots. The kids loved the Ice vending machine! No clue why.

The staffs are nice and friendly from concierge, housekeeping and the breakfast team. All the areas are very clean and inviting. The room is sanitized and clean. And the bed is comfortable and linens are clean and soft

The room was welcoming. The bed was comfortable to sleep in as the pillows were perfect for sleep. The washrooms can use a little work especially the shower. Breakfast area can also use an upgrade but was still good.

Been great up until now... They have CONTRACTED the hotel pool out to NON-paying guests for swim lessons. This is NOT a public pool. Guests pay $200 a night; on average, not to be infiltrated by NON-paying public.

I got bed-bug bites all over my body the morning I left this hotel. I would recommend the hotel do a deep cleaning of all their rooms and exterminate the bed-bugs from the property.

Clean rooms, easy access and enough free parking. Staff was friendly, hotel very quiet and breakfast was pretty good.

The manager stuff were not friendly, definitely not recommended for families with kids!!
