I visited this store on March 23, 2018 for the first time around 9:30 am, and I was so happy with my visit. The girl that was working was friendly and very knowledgeable of the different dog food brands. We were stuck between two brands of puppy food, and the girl working helped us decide, and what a great brand we decided on because our little Barbie LOVES her food! This store offers healthy opitions for dogs and cats.... in my opinion BETTER options and better brands! Some of the brands are not sold in big chain stores including, Petco and Petsmart. They also have cute little gifts such as, T-shirts, wall plaques, candles, purses, carrying totes or shopping bags, and they even had socks with different breeds of dogs, soooo cute!! And ohhhh, I almost forgot about their frequent buyer discount....buy 12 bags of dog food and get one free!

I needed a new drinking fountain for my cats. I checked out Google shopping and this place had the best selection. "What? Better than the big box stores?" you asked. Indeed. There must have been 10 different models to choose from in various prices ranges and sizes. The prices were all comparable to the bigger stores. The store was adorable and full of fun stuff to look at for all pets. Due to the time of year there is a dizzying array of pet costumes that were fun to look at. They have large selections of high end food, They make their own brand of enzyme cleaner that I picked up and it is great and in a lot of scents. The associates were sweet and friendly. Helpful but don't hover. Highly recommended.

Are used to like going to the store because it was so close to my house. I now work later than what I normally do and I went to go and get some dog food here. It was around 7:40- 7:47 I looked up the time before I arrived and try to get there at a decent time. That way I can get my dog food as I walk to the cash register. They told me they’re only taking cars because they close there cash registers. Why are you closing your cash register before 8 o’clock you close at eight you should want your customers to get their items for their love ones (pet or pets). At the end of the day, I’m not coming back.

I struggled with finding a food that my picky dog would eat more than more than once. I had tried every quality brand from other pet stores as well as the subscriptions, but the staff helped with not only the perfect recommendation but samples of other brands and mix-ins as well. We now have the perfect routine. The prices and quality is far better than most of the inventory offered by any other chain pet store. Their online sales usually beat the online competitors too.

This store is really great. They always have wonderful sales, the perks for joining the loyalty club are spectacular, and the staff is very knowledgeable. We took an 8 month old bulldog puppy in to buy a harness and food. The lady who helped us took the harness out of the package and helped us fit it to the puppy, knew all about the details of each food we discussed (including ingredients, pricing, and recalls), and offered samples of their dehydrated beef lung treats.

Very poor customer service! I was there to look for a large breed dog collar and the staff pointed from the counter at a wall full of dog collars and told me to pick one. If I wanted that kind of service I would have just gone to one of the big box pet supply stores. Which I ended up doing, and I got better service than at Hollywood Feed. It seemed like they were too busy caring for their animals behind the counter than actually helping customers. Very bizarre!

I love coming to Hollywood Feed, especially this location because Amanda is one of the friendliest associates I’ve ever met. She is always helpful and will go out of her way just to make sure all my questions are answered. Her knowledge in dogs is amazing and her recommendations are always great! This Hollywood Feed should give her a raise, because Amanda makes you feel super comfortable and just her smile alone makes you feel welcomed! Thank you girl!

I have had an excellent experience with this store!!! I had an issue with a product, an issue with quality from the manufacturer, and they made it right! I will absolutely continue to shop here!!!! Great selection, very friendly and knowledgeable employees. The employees very obviously care about their jobs and the health and well being of their 4-legged consumers. Very good selection of high quality food and necessities for your dog for sure. Hollywood Feed has two products I can find nowhere else in town; Acana, a very good food, and larger bags of dried beef lung, the perfect smal-dog treat. They don't have a couple of Texas food brands you might like. Victor is one, but I'm pretty sure it's not their fault.

They had exactly what I was looking for. I buy blue buffalo puppy food in the can and everywhere else I've been having to buy individual cans. They had it by the case. I also got some "green" puppy pads to try out. Says they are more absorbent and less mess. I hope so! Staff was very friendly and set me up with account for future discounts.

Love this location!! They just expanded the store and have the nicest and most helpful employees. Store is always clean and they have the best selection of bones / healthy food and treats for all my dogs and foster dogs! They are always donating things to the rescue I volunteer with for events! Recommend this store 100%

The employees here are extremely opinionated, so unless you feel like being judged for every pet-parent decision you make, shop elsewhere. The selection is ok if you can stand the staff, but it isn't worth it for me to ever visit again, not when I can get the same products in friendlier stores or online.

On a $45 purchase , they refused to make change for a $100 bill. It was at 6:30pm and I think they closed at 7pm. It was not an option, the girl did not even look in her drawer, she said they don’t break $100 bills. Bad customer service, or maybe they are struggling or they don’t trust their employees.

Very helpful and knowledge. I expected ridiculously high prices and similar pet store products and prices...not the case. While they carry many similar products to other stores they also have unique items. The prices were not unreasonable and overall it was a good shopping experience.

I purchased a bed mat for my dog under the pretense that would be replaceable, since my dog has a tendency to chew them up when this happened like I had explained to the original cashier, I was told that they were not replaceable, if I had known, I would not have purchased a $50 mat

Super quality pet food with smalltown charm. The workers are always so helpful. I do love the same day delivery and they are always so fast. I had to include my tip in the purchase vs trying to catch the delivery driver because they always show up much faster than I anticipate.

This small gem is packed with the healthy options for pets. They have the grain free food, elk horns, safe toys..... The service is great. They know customers by name and happily carry purchases to the car. Staff brings their dogs to work a lot of the time. Smiles abound.

I walked in and was immediately greeted. I was asked about my visit, not in a pushy way, and I happened to be there to get some presents for my dog's birthday. I was quickly given recommendations to help me in my venture. Great service, awesome products.

Coming from Chisholm Trail. it got a little confusing because there are two Hollywood Feeds listed on Camp Bowie. The one I needed was down further, and actually off of W. 7th. I got there on time. They brought what I needed out to me.

Trendy pet food store, pricey, and just a little bit pretentious. I mean do you think my Rottweiler cares that the dog treat he is eating is made from cage-free ducks? A marketing ploy meant to sell the housewife, not the Rottweiler.

Hollywood feed is the best. We adopted our dog from an event at Hollywood feed and ever since we’ve gone there for everything. It’s the only place to buy Fromm dog food, which works well with my two fluffy boys who have allergies.

This is my go to place for my cat. Good products at a good price. Good and knowledgeable employees, points program that i have already benefited from, offers curb side,offers drop off, and its close by where i run other errands.

The front lady was so helpful and asked if I needed anything. We had a good conversation about what to do with my dog experiencing some seasonal allergy. I also got a few more things on sale too for my dog to try.

Great store to buy organic healthy dog and cat food. Caters more to drugs but also a good selection of cat food and accessories. They also have a room in the back to wash your pet.
