With the crammed, crazed atmosphere of Eately just across the street where you have to line up, it's wonderful to go to this little, quiet oasis where service is extraordinary and you feel pampered at every step. After finishing up some shopping, my friend and I popped into the cafe and it was a perfect stop. Relaxing, civilized, the most attentive server we've had in ages who gave great advice on menu selections and the perfect drinks to go with them. If you're in the neighbourhood, treat yourself. It's a wonderful spot with a good vibe -- comfortable and elegant.

The curated selection of high-end brands and the impeccable service make every visit an indulgent experience. The center's elegant ambiance and well-designed layout enhance the shopping journey, and the attentive staff's knowledge adds a personal touch. From fashion to beauty, Holt Renfrew Centre is my go-to destination for a sophisticated and rewarding shopping spree.

Worker(s) were being very rude and judgemental. I ask to use the change room and she said yes, then when i come out with all items I went in with and hung them up, she comes over and starts judging me pretty much accusing me of stealing. I wasn't.

Ryan, in the fragrance department, has a wonderful personality and it was a pleasure to be served by him. He’s an asset to Holt Renfrew who displayed excellent customer service that you expect when you shop at a luxury department store.

This is a great store. Pricey but good service. If you're looking for something special for someone I would check it out. And girlies, if you're buying Designer makeup from Sephora come to Holt's instead.

Couple of huge floors with various designer labels. Great deals for black Friday. Love the service provided to customers and the fragrances are the best! Definitely going back for one of those :)

Definitely I would recommend anyone to this mall. Amazing scenes, beautiful architectural design and also seemed SAFE to me.

Convenient route to Bloor-Yonge subway station, some shops look interesting and I think there are two Timmy's.
