I've been visiting Holy Spirit Hospital for over 20 years and used to consider it one of the best in town. Unfortunately, my recent experience has been incredibly disappointing, to the point where I've decided not to return. My problems began in the outpatient department (OPD) where the management seemed to be falling apart. The staff was unhelpful, and the place was chaotic. Even worse, I was charged a hefty fee for a doctor's consultation in the emergency room, where the service was terrible. It felt like they were more interested in money than patient care. I decided to opt for a special ward, expecting a more comfortable experience, but it was far from what I had hoped for. The room was dirty, the sheets were stained, and there were spider webs on the walls. The air conditioning wasn't working properly, making the regular rooms more comfortable. Paying extra for this subpar room was a big mistake. The hospital staff, especially the nurses, were very disappointing. They acted like inexperienced trainees, talking loudly and not showing much concern for the patients. They mishandled intravenous treatments, causing discomfort and even injuries. What's worse is that not a single senior nurse checked on me during my three-day stay; they left inexperienced staff in charge. The food was another disappointment, with poor taste and the same menu served repeatedly. Despite my clear request not to have fish, they kept serving it. It seemed like they were trying to make me sicker. The lack of privacy was also frustrating. The staff would walk in and leave doors open, forcing me and my relative to act as doormen. This not only disturbed my rest but also made the air conditioning less effective. The front area of my room had a nurse station, which was constantly noisy. Staff members would joke loudly and make a lot of noise with dishes throughout the day and night. This was a major headache for me. The billing was the final straw. The hospital insisted on repeating tests I had already taken the day before just to increase the bill. They even bundled several tests together under different names to charge more. To make things worse, they charged a significant amount for masks, gloves, and syringes, even though none of the staff wore them. The most frustrating part was when they took away my leftover medications upon discharge. I had paid for those medications, and it's my right to take them home. It's unbelievable that they can just confiscate them without my consent. My experience at Holy Spirit Hospital left me deeply disappointed, and I won't be returning. I spent a lot of money during my visit, only to receive subpar care and inflated bills. The hospital's unethical billing practices, lack of cleanliness, and unprofessional staff have shattered my trust. I'd advise anyone considering Holy Spirit Hospital to think twice and explore other healthcare options, even if it means going to a government hospital, because this experience fell far short of what one should expect from a healthcare facility.

A few drawbacks : Maintenance of various lighting and door closing mechanism, Call bell switches, reading lamps to be checked; had experienced an electric shock which was however rectified after complaining. Toilet exhaust fan should be fitted in Rm B120; other rooms too should be checked. We were troubled with the excessive sounds / vibrations during our occupation at Rm 120, when civil construction work was going on just adjacent the room. Though complained several times, the issue was not resolved. Patient had to quietly bear the trouble. Nurses should check inventory prior indenting medicines etc; cost effective management should be practiced. Hygiene should be maintained; mask up and gloved / sanitized prior attending patient / the room. There have been fees, excessively charged, and management should consider discounts for long duration patients. Lab visit (room collection) and process charges should be waived off and reduced respectively. The medication at the hospital is excessively charged; suggest the discount be passed on and availed to the in-patients too! Do this good deed! Chemo fees by Hospital and Doctor, which are charged separately, should be reasonably charged. Compliments : Ward In-charge, Mrs. Ansamma (B-surgical) has been very helpful and cooperative throughout the hospitalization, from Feb 2023. Enjoyed the meals / food served at the hospital. Pantry Staff were very cooperative and understanding my needs during my difficult moments. Thank the nurses for being very helpful during the entire course of treatment. The icing on the cake : Loved the atmosphere of being in the presence of the Holy Spirit. The healing touch experienced everyday, starting with the Holy Communion and regular visits by Fr. Jomon and Sr. Sarita. I felt and I testify the miracle happening; the MRD report after almost 2 months, showed up with NO DISEASE. Praise The LORD. Thanks to everyone who prayed for my treatment, visited and offering petitions at Holy places/ Shrines / prayer towers, and all the doctors especially my treating doctor, Dr. Shilpa Gupta, and the nurses for taking care of me through the healing process. Most importantly, I thank all those who volunteered to donate blood and platelets.

My pregnancy and delivery experience has been awesome Best Maternity Service in Mumbai. I believe that these 9 months are very precious and one always wants them the best as anything can go wrong at any point. So it is very helpful at this time to have good support, especially on the healthcare front especially from the doctor. Certainly, one has multiple options to select from, to go to any kind of facilities available in the city and we are happy we chose Holy Spirit Hospital for our baby’s arrival. The reason was very simple - I had really good feedback for the facility as well as the doctor and our experience was also amazing when we visited the hospital for the first time. When we met Dr PANKAJ LODHA we were pretty confident from the first consultation itself that we are in the right hands. Theses 9 months are definitely not easy and it has almost been a roller coaster with so many ups and downs and mostly downs. We used to panic and would get depressed at times and that is when the immense support from the doctor made us feel most comfortable. So our overall experience has been very good as we have always got all the care, attention and proper treatment at all time. “My experience has been awesome. The services have been very nice, everyone from the housekeeping to the nursing staff has been very kind and helpful. The doctors are amazing and give a lot of confidence and have a very positive attitude. Dr PANKAJ LODHA certainly is an amazing doctor and even 5 minutes with him can make you feel so much at ease and he gives great support at every step throughout the pregnancy.Never met someone like him before. We feel really grateful that we chose Dr Pankaj Lodha to deliver at Holy Spirit Hospital.

The reason behind giving 2 stars is for some staff who were not upto the mark in regards to their work. I was supposed to undergo surgery on 7th sept, I came on 6th @9.00am as advised to get admitted a day prior to the surgery. I had opted for admission in single ward with 4 beds. The day I arrive no beds were available I was waiting untill 13.30pm. There was an elderly lady and a guy In the admission query department who said there were no beds available. To show sympathy , that guy finally made sure I get admitted in day care ward. After which I got a form frm them stating we are shifting you to the ward of your choice and again got a call in 15 mins stating the patient is not getting discharged… is this a joke … then how can you write on a form with the signature stating the bed is getting vacant . Finally I got the bed at 21.30pm After that I got to know frm the patient next to my bed they said the bed were vacant frm past 24 hours . It simply shows that these people want to generate more income when you have mediclaim. The staff nurse on the 2nd floor A bit healthy ,(dark skin tone ) coming in mrng shift … didn have a smile on her face , it seems she was sent forcefully to take care of the patient’s. The student nurses were way better than her . During discharge the bill was never presented to us to check , it was directly sent to the insurance company for claim. Ridiculous. Rest all was upto the mark Dr. Antao an amazing doctor , very helpful and down to earth , his assistants (Dr. Swapnil ) and others … always ready to assist … the physiotherapist ( Adrian ) was friendly. The canteen food was good , limited dishes on the menu but it was ok.

Excellent! I was admitted for two days and my pre & post-op experience has been just excellent. I knew from the start that I would be in good hands with an experienced Oncologist surgeon Dr Ian Dsouza, who was highly recommended by my friend. The full staff in special ward C headed by Sr. Laiji Andrew and Dr Prashant were just superb! Right from the morning and night shift nurses, dietician and catering support team seemed hardworking and warm. Even after the operation, while I was in the recovery room. Dr Ian met my husband and assured him all was fine, he was elated by his gesture together with the Aesthetician, who tried to calm him further more. All the bills and procedures were transparent and straightforward right from the start. So we dint get any surprises after being discharged. Drawback security: Both the guards at the main gate are rude. I am sure, they are doing a good job, by keeping the hospital safe from intruders but I am also sure with their experience ( if any ) they can sort the shady people out from genuine visitors.

Got my Baby delivered here. Apart from our Gynae Doctor, the Hospital is a disgrace.. Services are abysmal. The nurses are like they are picked from streets with no training on service and quality.. My newborn had to undergo phototherapy in NICU, and their NICU is worse to the core. Nobody is allowed near and we don't know what's happening inside. When my wife barged in, she found baby's Eye Protectors misplaced and LED lights On. Not a Single Nurse Or staff in an NICU where 6 babies are crying since when we don't know!! No one was there to listen to our complaints about any potential damage to the baby's eyes. The nurses in the NICU are arrogant and offer no help if the baby is crying Or lying under potty for hours. The hospital has gone from glory to worse.. Never going to visit again. Assistant doctors there are another bunch of under trained unsympathetic bunch who know nothing! They treat you as if you are getting treatment for Free. God Save people coming here!

This review goes out, particularly for the billing department of the hospital. Two catholic ladies working there are highly humiliating and disrespectful to almost all the people they cater their impotent services to. They need to be fired in order to have your hospital run because the toilsome money that is being transferred in your account from the people is to be given the highest respect. And these two women are pathetic in their service, they do not have the basic ethics of communicating with a person . They genuinely don't belong there. My father, a CKD patient was unable to meet his query with regard to a bill receipt, One of the two (lady) was rude and harsh instead of assisting him by his condition. This deeply bothers me knowing how a missionary charitable trust with the vision of service and love can employ such inhumane people. I have the hope you can still do better by employing the right people.

I am highly disappointed with the gynecology department junior doctors. I came to the hospital with my wife for a follicular study. After getting the reports, we went to the gynecology department to show the report. One junior doctor was there, and we showed him the report. He said I would consult with the senior doctor, then let you know in 10–15 minutes. We waited there for 1 hour, but there was no response. Then, one more junior lady doctor was there, and we went again and asked her. She said I would consult with the senior doctor, then I would let you know. Then, after some time, they made plans to go out, but they left without giving any suggestion , and we were sitting there like idiots.This was very unprofessional behaviour from the junior doctors.

WORST Hospital ever. Would give negative ratings if possible. The emergency services are only for name sake. No emergency treatment and care is given to the patient, especially during night. The staff (both general and doctors) have no value of time and providing timely treatment to patients. Highly inconsiderate,there will not provide clear information and senior doctor not having time for related of patients to explain process and treatment worst experience not given treatment to patients on time very risky for any serious patient life there risky patient life in danger give want there deposit first treatment later on worst in condition patient then also there want to follow rule and regulation life is not important for them very bad hospitality

Great hospital my child was born Premature both my baby and my wife condition was critical but thanks to Dr Pankaj Lodha gave us the confidence and motivated us towards a successful operation very generous and kind hearted Dr i ever met. After that my child was shifted to nicu and was treated best by Dr suja Moorthy and few jenior Dr 's .Suja Dr took great car during the process it was tough for us but she with the help of the nurses did a phenomenal job .finally my child was discharged after 40 days which was unbelievable and last the best ever human being Dr Kunal pai who gave us the support and treated my child during the toughest time thanku sir would never forget your kind and humble gesture Greeting from my son Kunwar Sriansh (Supreme )

Dr. Pankaj Lodha is the embodiment of what a true medical professional should be like. His advice and guidance throughout the 9 months helped us get rid of any anxiety and fear that we could have. He was so patient and understanding with all of our queries, we could reach out to him at anytime and he'd be more cordial than a friend would be. I had a normal delivery and he carried it out so smoothly and quickly that my baby was out in no time as promised. I started having contractions before my 37 weeks were completed but he made sure to consider the baby's growth and tried his best to ensure both the baby's and mine well being. I would highly recommend him to anyone and everyone having a baby for all his genuineness and honesty.

For the past 7 years, My father was under the best care despite a few hospitalizations (Which was usual in his case). The AKD department of the hospital deserves a full star rating because of their excellent services in treating my dad. To every doctor, nurse and dialysis technician who cared for him with love and compassion. Giving him comfort in the suffering. For taking the best possible safety measures during the COVID-19 pandemic to attending the patients from time to time and bringing their parameters in level. Hospital with care, facilities, cleanliness and supreme doctors like Dr. Pankaj Lodha and a very reasonable cost. You won't find such in these days. We are blessed that we found Dr. Pankaj for my wife's delivery who is blessing to have. Very friendly in nature and utmost personal care. He ensures you with facts and makes life so easier that you can trust him blindly. In today's world there are very rare personalities like him whom we can call Doctors and not money mongers. He is the best example of a true Doctor who believes in doing his duties with scientific knowledge and almighty's belief system. I would recommend such a lovely gynaecologist to everyone who's reading this review.

It is often said some human beings are God gifted and I am amazed and glad to see few of them. Dr. Susan Sodder and Dr. Akansha is God Gifted. With such complications she managed to save us from scisserion procedure. Hospital premises is up to date and staff are super active and supportive. Dr. Akansha thank you for helping my wife during the delivery and throughout the pregnancy period. And all others who have guided us with immense knowledge and support. May Allah grant you All good health, wealth, long happy live, positivity so that you all do the same good deeds and help others. My 88 year old mother was recently admitted into Holy Spirit for a vertebroplasty procedure. Dr Bhavin Shial who performed the procedure was brilliant. Dr Ashish Sharma was very professional and knowledgeable. Every staff member was really commendable and went out of their way to make my mother comfortable. The care and affection shown by every person helped my mother feel better. The place is very clean and is well administrated. Sister Sheila and Sister Susan are very dedicated. Such people are rare in today's hospital environment . Gavin the PR person, visited everyday ensuring that feedback was actioned. Thank you for all the care and God Bless this wonderful team!

Extremely poor medical facility comprising of medics and professionals only interested in making money! During hospitalisation, the expert docs are not accessible to the patients except in person at varied hours of the day, with no alternative recourse being offered. No proper followup possible with expert docs as the patients cannot contact the treating docs post discharge. Extremely inhuman and outdated communication methodologies under the guise of protocol which includes insisting on getting bedridden patients to emergency, hanging up on followup calls etc. When it comes to their billing systems, that's another chapter by itself. All in all, avoid if possible.

I, Charulata kale, was admitted to the hospital in emergency with the cardiac blockages. I was treated by Dr. Ratnaparkhi. Dr. Ratnaparkhi and his entire team made me extremely comfortable during my treatment. I was in ccu as well as in special room also. The holy spirit admin staff was very cooperative. The doctors, The sisters, the helps, the house keepers each and every person is very decent in his behaviour. They follow rules very strictly at the same time they are worm and caring. The hospital is dedicated for Service in love. That is my experience. Thank you so much Holi Spirit Hospital’s entire team. Salute to you!

Communication with doctors is a big issue. Attendants and relatives accompanying the patients and staying in the hospital have no proper canteen. There is an outlet/stall called Bombay to Barcelona inside the compound but need to step out of the Securit Gate of the building. In other words, one needs to carry pass to have food. This outlet closes at 7 pm. In the room, TV is not working. Despite complaining there us no service. Housekeeping is good otherwise. Staff are very cooperative and nurses are polite. Counters are understaffed and therefore it's crowded at the counters related admission and TPA services.

Dr. Pankaj Lodha is the best and caring Doctor i have ever came accross... He was so patient and positive from the first visit till the last day of delivery... He took almost all care for entire 37 weeks & even after delivery and easily reachable whenever we need... I would highly recommend for anyone who wants to get treatment for pregnancy or any gynecological problem. Thank you so much sir for your care during my wife's pregnancy and for the safe delivery of our baby. Also the best in class hospital for services and staff was very helpful and caring during entire hospitalization. Thanks a lot.

Money making business, they are heartless, a lot of internal politics no support from the management also, they MAKE FAKE BILLS and the hospital billing staff is all involved in this I got to know the reality once I received the original bill and now the hospital is threatening my family using legal terms to cover up their employee Ms Theresa Nadars (billing department) wrongdoings. Which hospital doesn't issue duplicate bill to the spouse of the patient admitted? It is our right and the hospitals lack of transparency with the immediate family. PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THEM. They all are inhuman

I am highly disappointed with pediatric Dr. Jyothi Suvarna she misbehaved with us by throwing the file on table. She didn't even gave the advice as we are new parent She is taunting us that u young gen Z people are careless in attitude etc .No parent be it Gen Z Or millennial would compromise on giving the best to their child. As a consultant she can't talk about our personal things and although with irrelevant topic. I being a staff patient, if this is the treatment being given, then one can imagine what would be the treatment rendered to ordinary outside patients by the doctor

I was taken to emergency room and after half an hour directly shif to ICU four days they keep me in ICU till the time my one lakh deposit over and more added 40 k lots of medicine which was not required nures keep on ordering When I ask why this requires no answer when on fourth day I told nures all this 10 k they refunded in my lakh deposit I was ok on second day but management want to level the full deposit amount and when I put request for little discount as per orange ration card zero discount give and social worker dalal asking 10% from me to give approval for discount

Money making hospital. Dr. Satish Wagh, worst neurologist. Doctors wont ever tell you the exact condition of the patient and will just keep them in the hospital for days and months. Staff is very rude. Doctors are never on time who are also rude at times. They dont even let you meet the patient who is in ICU, we have to literally plead to the security guard to allow us to meet our own family member. Will make the patient go through a lot of useless tests. WORST HOSPITAL! Do not take your patient to this hospital or else you will end up spending your hard earned money.

# Give behavioral TRAINING to ur staff. # Change ur Billig proces of blood, opd, specifically medicine counter. # Make staff available at every counter, till it is open. Went to take a simple injection... after a long que the lady says our registration process has changed, u have to change ur file.... Keep a counter to do that separately and ask the patients when they enter. Ur process have changed, for that DON'T make the patients suffer. Hope u know what is customer service. Specially when customer is patient, treat them with care. This is basics.

The hospital is a good hospital, but the nurses working in the hospital think they own it. We people taken an appointment so that we don't have to wait in line to get our test done. But the staff don't care they will work the way they want Why give an option of appointment when you'll don't know how to follow them. I mean you have doctors and nurses well educated but that difficult to understand a word and follow it sad but through. We believe in you and you guys waste our money make us pay extra for the test but this is the treatment we people get.

We came in from another city and were looking to find a good doctor during the last 3 months of pregnancy. By God's grace we found Dr. Pankaj Lodha at Holy Spirit. Dr. Pankaj is very friendly, humble and kind. We wanted a normal vaginal delivery and thanks to Dr. Pankaj's planning and effort we were able to achieve that seamlessly. He always listened to all our concerns patiently and guided us through the last stages of pregnancy and delivery. Extremely grateful to Dr. Pankaj for delivering our child and giving us all the support we needed.

One of the most trusted hospitals. Highly recognized & true. It's an NABH Accredited Hospital. Includes imaging services, a separate cancer centre and an emergency department. Highly qualified doctors. The doctors of different speciality are available on different days you need to come and take the appointment according to the timings of the doctor you want to meet. The appointments are supposed to be taken starting from around 7 in the morning. An adhaar card is necessary to register your name at Holy Spirit Hospital.

My husband anand sawardekar was admitted in holy Spirit hospital for his cancer treatment. Excellent services were provided by the hospital staff and doctors. I would like to specially highlight services provided by dietitians. They gave us protein supplement from their side which helped in his recovery. I noticed his weight gain also. Everyday dietitian visits and counselling helped us a lot. They tried to modify his diet in the hospital to give him high protein diet. Would like to thank entire diet department.

After two hospital visits we were still unable to stabilize my father despite icu visits bt here my father was treated well and discharged in a few days.. the staff was extremely sweet and courteous and made sure the environment to speedy recovery was fully met. Will definitely recommend this hospital to everyone even the doctor and nurses visits were routined so that no unnecessary disturbance is done to the patient which helped in adequate rest and well monitored recovery

Doctor shailja shabnis ke liye ..appointment leti thi ...Dr ..thik se dekhte bhi nhi ...half minute bhi patient ko dekhte nhi ..Khali file liya ...dekha ..aur medicine diya ..bus ..3 bje ate hai aur ...achese patient ko dekhte bhi nhi ..kya hua ..abhi kaisa hai ...atleast 2nd time pateint aya uska bhi ....aches file ..kya progress hua ..kuch bhi puchte nhi shaileja Dr ...very bad ...doctor ...Khali fees hospital ka jyada ..uske jaisa hospital nhi hai ...

I have delivered my first baby here and i am really thankful and greatful to the staff and doctors here for helping me in my birth journey. Specially DR pankaj Lodha who guided me through out me in my pregnancy journey and make me feel less anxious and worried about labour which i will go through. He is a great doctor but before that he is really a nice person so down to earth and you can trust him blindly and u can ask him as many question as you can.

Horrible hospital. Just a money making scheme. Came for a stomach pain they did an ecg inspite of having done a full body check up a couple of days back. They love doing tests and they’ll send you back with no solution at all. Their only solution is get admitted. For general fever their fever specialist will tell you to get admitted saying you have swine flu without even conducting a swab test. Everything is just to earn more money.

Clean, good and strict staff. My complaint is that the hospital should not give the blood work samples to the patients relative to take to the lab. That was highly unhygienic and unprofessional. Atleast put them in a bag or a enclosure. Right on the entry, even before I have done the admittance procedure the emergency attendant handed me the samples and said "go to 70". He himself dropped 1 sample on the floor.

जास्त पैसे असतील तर patient ला इथे घेऊन या. जे आजार नसतील ते आहेत म्हणून सांगून सरळ ICU मध्ये ऍडमिट करतात आणि मग तुम्हाला patient ला हा प्रॉब्लेम आहे तो प्रॉब्लेम आहे असे सांगून फिरवत राहतात तोपर्यंत ICU चे बिल वाढवतात आणि तुमचा खिसा खाली करतात. तिथे मी पाहिले की Patient चे नातेवाईक शेवटी हताश होऊन शेवटी स्वतःच्या जबाबदारी वर लिहून देतात की patient ला ICU च्या बाहेर जनरल वॉर्ड ला काडा. खूप वाईट वाटते त्यावेळी.

I am so grateful and thankful to have Dr Pankaj lodha as my gynaecologist. He is indeed one of the best gynaecologist we have met. He provided his constant support throughout my high risk pregnancy and also motivated me for normal delivery. He is a very positive and a calm person and is available for his patients 24*7. I would highly recommend other people to consult Dr Pankaj for their pregnancy journey.

Very good hospital, it's very clean doctors are very carefull nares take care of the patient very carefully location is too good easy way to going for this hospital. Visiting time is 5 pm to 7 pm but pass is necessary to intered in the hospital primisess. But one thing is this hospital is very expensive. This the best hospital in Mumbai I had seen all amenities have in the hospital primisess Thank you.

I had met with an head injury was unconscious for more than a month . Gradually with Physiotherapy today I am walking and doing everything as I used to .Physiotherapy Team has guided me in my recovery journey and today as A fitness trainer I appreciate see professional skills .Very friendly and caring staff. They make you feel like family!! Loving my recovery journey because of their service!!

My daughter was operated for cleft palate by Dr parit ladani 1 month back , healing is good, No fistula occurred. I saw one his patients YouTube video and came. He has delivered a good speech result . Hoping the same for my Daughter. ☺️ Dr was very kind and polite to explain procedure in detail, even his team is very cooperative. Im fortunate that I found right surgeon for my daughter.

It may not be shinny and palatial but that's why its reasonable. The staff is helpful even after all the scary stories of attack in health workers. They are working at full tilt even though the pandemic is still on. Noone tries to fleece you by ordering unnecessary procedures/tests. One of the old school hospitals where the patient is treated of his/hers illness and not of his/hers money.

Took an Walking Patient to the Hospital for Angioplasty and within 3 hours given a Dead Body for taking home. Doctor decided todo 3 Angio at a time for an 76 yrs. Patient was living a healthy Life. Above that word's still ring my ears " Pay the Bills of 4.7L or Dead body won't be handed Over ", A totally In-Human statement. Totally Commercialized. Not Good for In-Patient.

God bless such mindset of the doctor This is not a Hospital any more. It feels you have entered in hotel just paying and only paying huge amount of money. The hospital is a breeding ground of private docters . Docter here dont report on time , dont operate with full sincerity and they have their private clinic. I have seen poor patients waiting with long queue. Requesting the management to keep track of visiting time of main docters. I dont wosh to name any docter but respect patients because hospital exist due to patients.

Hospital is good, clean, and quiet big, it has free parking space for cars, bikes and autorickshaw, the entire hospital is equipped with security persons to assist and help. No regular visiting hours for patients from 3 years due to covid, however you can exchange the relatives pass to visit the patient. Currently wearing mask is mandatory as per hospital guidelines.

Security guards at Emergency gate were pathatic They were not allowing to go inside even in emergency situation, as they wanted to verify name of patient from there records They were not aware about the patients admitted just within one hour prior.Not aware about what is happening. Showing arrogant behavior with relatives who are visiting the ward.

Very good hospital, staff extremely polite and responsible, full marks for cleanliness, discipline and services. Dr Deepak Bharti is a very good surgeon, extremely cordial, listens to your views with patience fully explains the issue and guides you well. Would definitely recommend Dr Deepak Bharti for surgery procedures at this hospital.

Though this is run by a charitable trust the charges are like other private hospitals which are run as a business oriented organisation. Further, the staff is involved in theft of your medicines. Moreover you are asked to fetch medicines and also that they send you to lab with blood and urine samples just like government hospitals.

There is a lady who sits at the reception to answer calls and is just to rude over the phone. I was only enquiring about the doctor I had to visit as I was informed by him to call before coming as he may be on leave. That lady without hearing me out just hung up the call and just looks like she is doing people a favor.

Fantastic Hospital. Have been going there from past 11 years now. 1). Doctors - Highly skilled and experienced 2). Nurses, Staff - Calm and friendly (you have to be friendly first) 3). Infrastructure - Massive space with lots of greenery 4). Facilities - Most of them are there. 5). Affordable - very cost effective

Overall nice experience. Sister's in the general ward are caring and does a good job, in the ICU more staff should be employed for elderly patients. Please have the main canteen back in the hospital, the small canteen doesn't have much stuff for the relatives who stay with the patient and is often out of stock.

Highly disappointed with my surgery bill charges.. for 2 and half days they charge me 1,89,596 rs. I agree that I have insurance claim bt still how can you charge me this much money.. for admin, camera n al they charge 9460 rs.. can some explain me this.. or else I will take strict action about this..

The one of the worst hospital in Mumbai and money making hospital...!they just keep the patient in ICU for unnecessary reason and ask you to bring medicines from their parmacy and say that everything is double charged for keep in ICU. Stupid and money laundering hospital...!

Hospital is good But they would not provide medicines at night as u have to bring prescription (which means whole file)as per the new rules but i did have the prescription in mobile which had patient I'D but she did not gave me the medicine.worst service given by the lady.

It's a very good hospital with trained staff members. Cleaning is also there. All types of Therapies are provided. But sometimes the staff becomes very rude and don't talk properly. This the only minus point I have seen in Holy Spirit. Everything else is very good.

Have had wonderful experience with all the services provided. Doctor's are Excellent. The staff are very helpful including Nurses, Ward Boys and Special mention to the TPA Staff/ Department.

Charged me 5000 for normal ECG in the night and gave some unecessary medicines just to increase the bill. Earlier it used to be a better hospital but this time it was disappointment.
