Size issue in floor mats so went for exchange but couldn't find the size which was shocking, such a brand and not keeping the stock. The sales boy was really disrespectful and loud and I had to request him to calm down and be polite but all in vain. He was making faces which was literally irritating. He suggested us to go to gurgaon or Subhash nagar to get the floor mat as they were unable to provide us the size. I asked him why don't they tell them to provide the mats here as we cannot go to gurgaon and Subhash nagar but he refused. He said you have to go if you need it or you need to wait for a week. So I asked him who will call us to update us on mats then he has provided a number on which we have to call and follow up for the mats. They are least bothered to follow up, he was like chilling and smiling as he does not need to worry because we already made the payment and now we have to buy/ get the mats from there only. Highly disappointed with the behaviour. Once I get the mats, I will never visit or buy anything from home centre. Pathetic staff, rude behaviour and no solution.

I would like to share my experience with Homecenter as a valuable brand *(Mr Pradeep Bhist Homecenter Manager Vasant Kunj Ambiens Mall)* don't know how to maintain relation with customer at all. I would like to explain about the incident as I have purchased decorative items for my home and once i open the packet it came out broken out of the packet and once i go back and ask for help they denied to help. I gave them 4 options either Refund, Exchange, Credit Note or else I will pay half amount of the product and rest amount will be bear by Homecenter but they denied that to. I am a regular customer of Homecenter but after this incident i will not recommend anyone to go and buy anything from Homecenter because if anything happen they will not help at all.

Home Centre has everything for you from Kitchen to Living Room to Restroom to Washroom and many many more. It is a must visit if you are thinking of changing the interiors of your home. They have all the varieties of different kitchen cutleries, sofa cushions, yoga mats, ergonomic chairs, bathroom essentials, steel dustbins etc etc. One can get decorative items also for decoration of home interiors. The quality of the products are much appreciated. You will get all the basic amenities used in the home. The furnishings of all the things were done appropriately. The staff was supportive and courteous. Overall it was a good experience.

An ultimate place to shop for home decor items, kitchen set, coffee accessories, coffee mugs and many more . Loved all the items sold there from rugs to diffusers ❤. We bought 6 Coffee mugs worth Rs.50 each and a french press or coffee plunger. Enjoying cafe like coffee at home. Items sold are a bit heavier on pocket but totally worth it. Better bring your own carry bags that too strong ones coz they have paper carry bags — charges apply. Furthermore, they accept points accumulated on your debit cards (specific ones) where you need to pay less than the MRP or even not at all — depending on your no. of points in the card.

Home centre has the worst products, *Amazon* is better. Very very bad quality products. We bought two complete set of soap dispensers, and it was the worst decision. The texture was just painted and it started to chip off in less than a week. Don't make the same mistake as we did. The products at *Amazon* are far better and replaceable unlike these products. The customer care service is also not willing to replace the product that are already damaged. And anyway they don't provide any replacement service. Also we tried to post the review of the products on their official website, but the reviews are not being uploaded.

I purchased some bar accesories from home centre in ambience mall. After reaching home 2 of the products were damaged. Upon calling on the customer care they said that i have to go back to gurgaon to return the products . I live in faridabad and a home centre just opened a few days back . Why should i go to gurgaon to return the products when i can do it in faridabad only I am contacting the customer carew for last week in hopes to talk to a supervisor and they are just ignoring my calls saying the supervisor is busy i want to know is this what home centre deems to do with its customer

This outlet has limited variety, as opposed to the one in dlf mall of India Noida sector 1, which is much larger in space and therefore the things available. I was quite taken back ...i wanted to buy water jar...in which it can be seen that it is made out of bamboo...but actually the internal coating is of malamine. I highly recommend a store as prestigious as this one to refrain from such articles which are disastrous for health. Rest other aesthetics are pleasing...though i was looking for a0 size photo frame which i couldn't locate in this store at least.

Hell of services. I cancelled an order and never received any refund. Also their customer care never reply. With a lot of efforts even if you are able to reach them a fake commitment is given. I again ordered another product which showed tobe delivered and later mentioned as unable to deliver due to incorrect address whereas, all of the orders are received on the same address. How can you deny for an order in south delhi I am again afraid to get the refund of later order since i lost the previous refund. Please do not order from here.

Its located on the 3rd floor of the Ambience Mall in Vasant Kunj. Its not as big as compared to other locations though they have most of the items in that space. Its well organised however sometimes you gotta ask the reps to find a specific items. Yes its costly and most of the items are branded too. Its good to give your number to them while doing billing so that you get updates regarding off season sales which is pretty good deal. Rest its a good place to visit and do take care of your kids while they roam inside.

There are lot of choices in the store and many items are pretty. You can find home accents, glasses, curtains, a little everything for home. The prices are quite high (sometimes more than H&M prices to compare) although they offer discounts on many items almost all the year. Items are beautiful but seem very "out of factory", I mean nothing special like artcraft. Some home accents items get old very fast.

the store sells cheap chinese knock offs. they do not have a customer oriented approach and just not interested in retaining customers. live experience with me when i bought a diffuser before lockdown which stopped working a month later. the store manager refused refund or exchange citing more than a month delay in return/ exchange. so i guess their product is meant to last only a month. beware

Variety here is excellent. We have been shopping here for many years now. Mostly crockery & some Home stuff. Not just they look good but also lasts a long time. Limited collection. Not what you'd expect from a store which calls itself Home center. This is a good place for buying decors and bedsheets. The collection is fairly decent but is sometimes over priced for the quality of the products they sell. Nevertheless they always have good offers going on on selected itens which makes them a good steal.

Home Centre is a big store for many home and kitchen needs at reasonable prices. They have crockery, bed linen, towels, plants original as well as artificial, kitchen equipments, duvet etc etc. The store is big and display is good as well. It's bit difficult to locate staff at counters while you look for the goods. Need improvement in this.

Shop doesn't provide refund for defective products. Instead they provide a credit with time limit of only 90 days, forcing us to be their customer in spite of defective product. Here is a cast iron pan from their home brand that rusted within a week, which i tried to return for a refund. I only got purchase credit. This is not fair.

Very bad experience. We bought a wall clock but it's outer box was not available. When we asked for it the staff was very rude & said the piece is on discount that's why we don't have its box. Then after waiting for approx 20 minutes we got it bubble wrapped. Staff was very rude & uncooperative specially the man at billing counter.

It was okay. Though the staff was not very helpful, but they were fine. The store in Ambience mall doesn't have all the products and all the varieties. The one in gurgaon is way better than this one. The space is very less and even the products they offer are very less. It's costly ofcourse, but it's worth it. You should visit.

I am a regular customer to this place but feel very bad when the guards at the gates ask me or other customers to get the carry bags stapled before entering. This kind of attitude of showroom's management towards their customers is unwarranted. This kind of practice is not being followed by any other shop/showroom in the mall.

Latest designs & products are kept here for updation in the house use & look. Gets very busy on festive season but it's well worth it because there is something for every taste & budget.

Home center has everything you might need in a home but it is definitely not budget friendly (atleast to me :) ) You can get same items atleast 30% cheaper from other shops in local markets of similar quality. It is just that home center is one stop shop if a person does not have any budget constraints.

One item that I paid for, wasn’t added to my bag/ stolen at security. Either way, when I found out, I returned home and contacted the customer care but they were neither ready to deliver or refund for the product nor did they take accountability by sharing CCTV footage. Such a hoax.
