been buying home stuffs for a decade in this store. they have great great stuffs for almost everything for homes. very reasonable prices that can’t be beat by any other store across ontario. in term of costumer service, they have a very professional staffs. they also offers delivery for no less than $50 of amount purchased.

We used to shop here for years mainly on rugs and carpets.. But the shop manager and owner is so rude that they don't accept the fault from their end regarding return or exchange policies they have set for items. They don't value customer satisfaction but just the gains..Many products are not worth for wear and tear ..

I was paying by credit card, verified by pin and approved, after the transcation, the cashier asked me to write my phone number on the receipt, I asked her why and she said for verification purposes. However she didnt ask the same for the lady ahead of me. I only spent about $40 so I dont understand her issue.
