We purchased a couch back in May of 2021, which was delivered promptly and efficiently. Unfortunately, we are missing a cushion which completes the end of the couch. After drop off, we noticed something was missing. We called and she apologised and said she would look into this for us. After hearing nothing back for weeks, we called again to get the another excuse about how she thought this was being handled. We waited for another few weeks and called again. After 3 phone calls and many excuses, we STILL don't have a cushion to complete our couch and it is now August. The service was great in store as they were making a sale, but since then, the customer service has been terrible. We are still waiting to hear from them as it is not our job to keep calling them to get yet another excuse.

If I could give this store zero stars I would. Do not buy anything from this store as the quality is substandard, there is no manufacturer warranty and the staff and owner do not stand behind their products. We ordered a $17,000 couch that looked like it was 10 years old after 2 weeks of use. We were forced to pay a restocking fee to return it and we had to put up with insulting comments from the sales representative. I wish I could post photos to show just how cheap this couch looked. Furthermore, the sales staff do not know how to read blueprints in order to determine if their furniture is of adequate sizing for your space. STAY AWAY from this place as there are so many other great furniture stores in the city.

Home Evolution will eagerly sell you furmiture, but are incredibly lacking when it comes to addressing warranty issues. A clear and obvious manufacturing defect was initally unable to be "understood" by the CS Representative. A specialist was sent to look at the issue and called it a very "hard to miss" manufacturing defect. Rather than fix the defect at their cost, Home Evolution decided to offer what $ they thought it would take to repair the issue and put all the responsibility/risk on us, the consumer. Honestly, I don't think I have ever seen poorer effort to address a defect. Looks like my experience is consistent with some others. Best to stay away from these guys!

Helene helped me choose a custom dining table to compliment my decor and dining chairs. She took the time to address my needs and look at my photos to make great recommendations. I am very pleased with the table and it arrived earlier than expected! Courtney in the warehouse was pleasant when booking delivery. The nice gentlemen who delivered the table called before arrival and were very cautious as to not cause damage through various challenging doorways and elevator. They took their time in centering my round table top onto the tabke pedestal which I appreciated. I am thrilled with the overall service and thrilled with my new table!

I ordered furnishing from both Home Evolution & Bondars (sister company) for our new condo which took a longer period than originally anticipated to reach completion. Home Evolution/Bondars graciously stored our items during this period for which I thank them. Helen of Home Evolution sourced a platform (postureboard) for a bed that we had decided upon which allowed us to use our Temperpedic mattress on a the bed's slat support system. Dean of Bondars assisted us greatly in tailoring our furnishing requirements to the size of our new home. Note: 1 delivery charge for all the items from the 2 stores. Thanks again.

Helene was great! She helped us pick a wonderful dining table and chairs based on the sizing and colours of our home. She looked at pictures we had of our dining room and even helped us find wonderful furniture for an additional seating area. She was very honest and has an eye for picking out colours that go well together. She went above and beyond to help us out - and even stayed after closing to make sure we didn't feel as overwhelmed as we did when we first walked in. Helene is an amazing and her help is greatly appreciated. Will be visiting Helene for more furniture once we move into the new home.

Just called, and was treated terribly on the phone. I had been in the store at one point and saw that they carried accessories, and I wanted to support local! So I called and was very friendly, I asked if they carried this tea pot I wanted and she responded with long pause and then: "we're a furniture store" - I honestly didn't even know how to respond, her response was so blatantly rude. I was speachless. I guess it's best not to call them with questions? In any case, even though they're a furniture store they won't get my furniture business.

They have great stuff. Really nice furniture but I can’t purchase from them. For the second time in 6 months I’ve walked into that store ready to purchase something and walked out because of the tone that was used with me by the same sales rep both times. I didn’t feel as though I was being respected, felt rushed and that the individual was being short with me. This last instance I was in the store for less than 5 minutes ready to make the purchase but walked out because I couldn’t handle it.

Very nice products and store. All staff are friendly but 5 Stars for Karen Nielsen who is one of the most amazing sales associates I have ever had the privilege of dealing with. You need to shop with Karen if you are looking for a total cohesive design, someone who listens to what you want and is just as excited about finding the right pieces and finishes as you are. I would highly recommend shopping with Karen at Home Evolution to furnish your home.

Highly recommend Helen. We are from Edmonton, decided to head down to Calgary for a day trip. We came across Home Evolution and fell in love with one of their coffee tables. Long story short we were concerned about shipping from Calgary to Edmonton. Helen went above and beyond by locating the supplier to see if there are any stores in Edmonton that could help facilitate. Our customer service rep, Helene, was fantastic in helping us select a dining room table to match our existing Trica chairs. From our first meeting in the showroom, she demonstrated her knowledge and experience with the furnishings and with home decorating. She even popped over to our condo with samples, when I wavered on a colour selection. I would highly recommend Home Evolution for any discerning buyer.

Owned by Bondars FYI. This store carries some of the best quality furniture. I bought a sectional couch here about 2 years ago and although I paid a premium for it, I constantly get compliments on how comfortable it is. After 2 years of daily heavy use it is still holding up excellent. The staff here were genuinely friendly and helpful and I will return here on heartbeat for any future furniture!

LOVE!! We've already been back to purchase more items and I know we'll be going back again. The team is very friendly and helped us in store without making us feel pressured. David even moved furniture across the showroom for us so we could see how different items looked together! The furniture is beautiful and high quality. If you haven't already, definitely pay them a visit.

Very happy with my experience here. Worked with David who found a number of great pieces (some in store and some online) to recommend for our new house. In the end we bought a coffee table and sectional, which we love!!! Thanks to David for taking the time with us to find something to fit our place and style. Deliveries were quick and easy too. Looking to buy furniture for our new house, park in back of store against the fence with a truck and trailer and no body else is parked there lots of room. We were interested in a sectional they have. When we went back to the truck they had left a note on my windshield about not to park at there store. So noted won't be buying anything from this store.

The team at Home Evolution were fantastic at helping our vision come to life. They advised on pieces that would compliment our space and after deciding on a floor model ensured they did some touch ups and a cleaning before delivery. The delivery team were kind, efficient and knowledgable about set up. Very pleased! 10/10 would reccomend

Our favorite home furnishings store, with friendly knowledgeable staff and very high quality furniture products. It's worth spending a little bit more on high quality pieces that are timeless and will last a lifetime rather than cycling through cheaper poorly made furniture from box stores here in Calgary.

We bought a sectional and a bed in here. The style is modern more like a mid-century type. The staff was very supportive, welcoming and nice. I found a lot of options to pick from and the shipping times were not that bad despite covid. If you are looking for simplicity but yet stylish then this is place.

The collection is modern and unique. My husband and I ordered a few pieces over the past year or so and we are absolutely happy with the service we received. David is amazing and I'd like to thank him for his distinctive taste, infinite patience, tremendous help, and professionalism.

It’s good quality but the service is terrible. I’ll go back because let’s face it this is Calgary and we are limited and hey everywhere else you go the customer service sucks too. Big problem here is for what you pay these guys should at least be trying.

Loved the entire experience from start to finish! Typically furniture shopping can be stressful, but David made it go flawlessly. The selection of furniture is wonderful, with lots of ways to customize where needed.
