The website doesn't seem to be connected to their warehouse, it shows stock and you make a purchase but then later on you are told that stock is not available. After you make a purchase, you wait and wait, nobody contacts you and then you have to call to ask whatever happened to your order, and after you have made the purchase, and started following up, and after multiple calls, and many days, you are just told that we don't have what you're looking for, and we will see how your money can be returned. Absolutely horrible experience, unprofessional, useless and not worthy of your time or money.

Really poor customer service - they have owed me a refund for over 3 months and everytime I follow up in person, on the phone to manager or online, I am told they will call me back but nothing is done. I have wasted countless hours over many weeks chasing up. Avoid buying from this place - I will probably have to resort to reporting them to KRA and/or legal action to get my money back - it's not worth the hassle!

Don’t buy towels from here. Was told the towel would shed as a new item but shedding would stop after 1-2 washes. It’s been many months since I bought it and after several washes, the towel still leaves many specs of fiber on you after drying. You use this towel and end up less clean than before. Avoid.

Poor customer service, ordered something online that was to be delivered in 24hrs and 5 days later I had call them to ask about my purchase. Talked to 3 different people who said they'll call back wirh delivery time and confirmation and ending up not calling. You could do better

The staff were shady. They tried to charge us twice for our items, and when we got home, one of the items was broken. Will not be shopping there again after this experience.

Encountered a very rude and impatient person named Arnold who would not resolve my issue and proceeded to hang up on me numerous times when trying to get any feedback.

You pay, then they don't send you the goods. And they don't return the money. Scammers and fake factory
