I was Sold a wooden table with a bug infestation from the Norcross location. I didnt Notice it right away and lost the receipt and tags. I noticed Later that there were tiny holes showing up in the wood and wood shavings were on the floor. No way to get rid of the bugs. I tried To return to this location and they denied me even though they had the exact same table in the store. I left the table there because I didn’t want to risk anything else of mine being infested! The return policy says they will give store credit with no receipt but the manager on duty said they needed the tag (not in policy). He was no help at all. Just thought everyone should be warned about wood products possibly having an infestation! Horrible experience.

I really am excited for this home goods, it’s brand new and they have a ton of inventory. It’s pretty organized and the isles are clear so it’s easy to walk around, which if you’ve ever been to a home goods before you’ll understand the importance. The main reason I’m not giving five stars is because I was told by an employee that they would be open til 11pm during the holidays, and also states that they are open until 11pm online. Sadly, that’s not accurate, even though last week they were open that late, now they close at 9:30pm.

Love, love, love Home Goods . Now this is my kinda store. I think of myself as an amateur interior decorator and I think I've food my number 1 go to brick and mortar store. I've been doing neighbors Christmas decor for a long time but I always ordered online. Well now I don't have to. Sorry Crate & Barrel, Pottery Barnes, but you guys come in second now. WOW what a great store. Spent hours in their. If I had a flatbed truck it would have been filled end to end.

Posted a year ago and went yesterday and today and things have improved tremendously. Talked to the manager about an issue I had, but he was very nice and responsive to my concerns. Plenty of help. As well as TJMax next door. Really looks like things are moving along. Give all another chance and if they treat you wrong, go somewhere else! We have to support our stores or they will close down. We don’t want that to happen. :-)

One of several HomeGoods in the Atlanta area. They have a lot for home decor and gifts, but less than some others across town. Parking is plentiful. The customer service is ok. Some associates are more knowledgeable than others. Their bathroom items are not as extensive as some of the other stores in town, but they still have quite a bit. Lots of pillows, decor, furniture, dining and kitchen items, and nicknacks.

Great store, employees constantly restocking, but only one register person, which is sad. Also, some things are not marked with prices on the floor, which calls for price check. I did notice two employees come out of the back room on 11/30/21 to look at something or someone and run back to the stockroom laughing. Girl and Boy. Not professional!

Great selection of things but the floor seemed to be cluttered with the same type of products scattered throughout the store without rhyme or reason making movement with our carts very difficult .. may want to consider keeping similar items such as furniture together and limiting the products on the floor

came here to buy christmas decor and will never be returning. The cashier refused to wrap my glass items even after I asked her several times if she could wrap them so they don’t break or crack. The manager saw this whole thing happen and he responded with rude remarks towards us instead of helping out.

The most awful service I have ever experienced from management down to cashier,they argue with me about price they should have marked and when manager find out I was right still no apologies just rolling of the eyes, some old fashioned ignorant service lol.

I went in there for the first time last Monday just to browse this new location. I was almost immediately greeted by a loud human roar.i thought it might be a mentally ill person but soon discovered it was a staff member going throughout

A fly in the ointment. Store manager Gregory displays terrible customer service and lack of competence in a simple matter such as merchandise return. Just to be clear, I had an unopened item and the two-day old receipt with it.

Had good service the night we shopped but we left some items in a bag the cashier bagged. When we called to ask if we left them they were rude about it and had a lot of attitude when we showed up to get our items.

Exceeded my expectations; super friendly and helpful staff!!! I will return, it’s closer to my job than home. I’ll prefer to stop here after work just because of the friendly vibes!!!

The furniture is reasonably priced and they have a wide variety. I could easily go broke in this store. Correction, I just went broke in this damn store. #NoRegrets

This Home Goods often has great finds. As per any Home Goods, every now and again it's a miss. I come to this location at least once every week.

An excellent shopping experience. Very helpful staff. The products are reasonably priced. Bring the family out, there’s something for everyone.

They need to higher associates that can keep there composure and not respond to customers who have physical defects with there body features.
