I live in a small town and had to travel due to Dr appts. I’ve never been to a home goods but it was my bday so my husband decided to take me shopping since we were already out of town. I absolutely LOVE Halloween decorations and was so so excited to come across a home goods (THIS WAS MY FIRST EVER VISIT TO ONE) I found a couple of cute things and when we went up to to check out my husband mentioned to the cashier that there was the tiniest crack in one and if we could get it for a couple bucks cheaper. No biggie, I was totally willing to pay full price. Anyway, a different girl at a completely different register snatched the produce out of the cashiers hand and said “actually we aren’t able to sell anything with broken glass so you can’t buy this” I was so confused because it wasn’t “Broken”. I even mentioned that, very politely I might add but She put it under the back counter and ignored us the entire rest of the transaction. Extremely rude. I was so sad and it completely ruined my experience. I just don’t know why she had to be so mean about it. Not to mention that was the last one in the store..

I went there today looking for a sofa. I saw one I liked and asked associates about the same day delivery option. The loss and prevention gentlemen circled me various times. I noticed and shrugged it off. Once I looked up after taking measurements of the sofa I liked, I saw him eyeing me down from approximately 5 aisles away. I felt more than profiled. I am use to it but never as much as I did today. There was alot of other white people in the store shopping through the aisle but myself as a minority looking at a sofa in front of the whole store was being eyed down like I was going to steal a 90” sofa. I really wanted the sofa but it was such a disgusting feeling. I’ll spend my money elsewhere. PSA to all minorities shopping here.

I wanted to return a $12.99 tablecloth in its original and unopened packaging but I lost my receipt. I bought the tablecloth just a couple days prior. The cashier said their policy changed and she couldn't take it back without a receipt and it's up to the managers discretion to take it back. She asked her manager over the headset but the manager just said no without coming to the front to look at it. There was nothing wrong with the tablecloth and would have sold since it was in season. I'm not sure why it's so hard for this location to make sure their customers are satisfied. I went to another location and they had no problem accepting my return.

Horrible Customer Service! Can I give 0 stars? My wife is shopping about to spend $500-$600 on a new rugs and some decor. It’s taking awhile so I ask to use restroom. They tell me they don’t let anyone use restroom after 4 PM. What?!?! It’s not like I’m dressed like a homeless guy. When my wife hears the manager tell me to go to Sprouts because they won’t let me use restroom, that was it, we left and will order online at anywhere else but Home Goods or TJ Maxx. I really don’t care what the reason is for not letting shopper use restroom it’s bad business. I work too hard for my money to deal with this type of BS.

I love shopping at HomeGoods but this location has horrible customer service. We came in to shop for home decor and ended up not being able to because they won’t let my husband use the restroom. Lexi, the manager said that they don’t allow restroom usage after 4pm. And that we have to use Sprouts restroom if we need to. We left the store and I ended up shopping online instead. Hopefully HomeGoods can fix their bathroom policy and their customer service otherwise it’s better off shopping online for convenience.

HomeGoods is a home decor chain that's known for its really good deals, wide variety of decor products and large store fronts. This one is inside the Aurora Village area right off 130th, so parking is pretty easy outside. Inside the store is quite large and everything is kind of easy to find. Their staff is friendly but it's usually busy here so it may be hard to find someone to ask questions to. Overall though I'd say it's one of the better home decor stores around the area.

Cashier asked me if I wanted to sign up for a rewards discount card… made it sound like a loyalty card like most grocery stores do. Nope, was actually trying to sign me up for a credit card and ran a hard inquiry on my credit report without permission before I realized what was going on. I’m gonna have to report them to CFPB this is illegal bait and switch advertising tactics and illegally running credit inquiries without permission.

I can see why my mom and Nana both love this store so much! I picked up some unique books and decor as part of this visit. I would highly recommend shopping here for inspirational, uplifting home goods that are of high quality and good value. The staff is lovely as well and I received excellent service.

Oh my what a wonderful place! Homegooods has everything a girl could want. Chocolates, Italian food, Easter candy, coffee flavoured candy and much, much more. This store is truly jaw droppingly amazing. Security is oh so kind, but not overly in my business. Gotta love my local home goods.

I went in here with my wife and we were helped by a woman named Deann. All I can say is wow. The level of care and hospitality is exactly why we shop here. This was the best experience I think I’ve ever had at any home goods store: they have a great selection at this location too!

2 only because I had been out shoppimg all day and wise tired amd was really only looking for a lounge chair for my lanai. Only 4 left but they were $199. each! My 1st time in that store but have heard great things. I do plan on going back for sure.

Amazing customer service! I accidentally knocked a mug over, and the employee who helped me clean up was so gracious and kind with the whole situation. Note to self: Don’t wear an oversized jacket next to fragile items!

Great place to get odds and ends decoration for your home with great pricing. I was hoping to find a matching towel and mat for my guest bathroom didn't have any set so bought the closest marching colors.

Such a fun new store to add to the Seattle area. All kinds of things for your house "inside and out". Lots to choose from for any type of person. Even found plenty of things for the yard!

Decent store, but apparently their policy is no customer restroom access after 4:00 PM, despite being open until 9:30 PM. Disappointing.

Go here when you can't find it anywhere else and you don't feel like going online. Perfect place to shop for housewarming gifts.
