Staff here is amazing, Store Manager Lisa is probably one of the very few people left delivering such great customer service to customers. She was unbelievably friendly and accommodating, even apologized for a confusion she didn’t cause but was helping with resolving. Would highly recommend stopping by at this location for your next homesense stop!

Bought a mirror and had the worst experience trying to return it for an exchange. The lady was arrogant and gave me almost half the price I paid for the mirror. Had to go to the HomeSense at Kingsway mall where they helped me and were able to exchange it for me. Wish I could have gotten this lady’s name.
