Homzhub provides the best service to people coming to Nagpur from other cities in finding a new home. I was very much upset when I was finding an apartment on rent when I moved to Nagpur, but after dealing with Homzhub, I was able to finalise within a day. What I liked the most about them is that they charge a very nominal professional fee for the entire service, this makes them a class apart from routine property agents (who extract a hefty amount equivalent to half to full month rental). Second, they get the proper rent agreement done, so both the parties are at ease. Third, many landlords often pressurise the tenants for paying rent in cash, so that it can't be accounted in their income, however, in Homzhub, online rent transfer makes everything hassle-free and transparent. Also, Homzhub provides monthly rent receipts which is essential for employees to claim HRA from office. This is often impossible if we are dealing directly with individual owners. I wish if such service is available in other cities also. My suggestion - 1. To provide services of transportation, installation of appliances etc at the time of shifting at a reasonable cost 2. To ensure that the landlord returns the security deposit to tenant timely after vacating the flat (after completion of rent agreement) 3. To ensure that the owners do not increase the rent disproportionately after completion of agreement period, if tenant wants to renew the agreement.

Team is professional and good and helping too a lot for the new tenants to providing flats on rent as per their requirement. But the main concern is they are offering or fixing an rent which is actually more than it's actual value. Or I can say they are whose who is responsible for offering the flats on high cost compared to it's actual rent value. If you try to analyse the cost based upon area or other facts.. It will be lesser then they are offering to you..or I can say they are working as to setup a benchmark for rent cost. So if they will look into this issue then will be really great help for them who doesn't have a handsome salary but looking for a good flat.. There is no issue if the flat is little bit small.. But at least then they will be keep happy these middle class segment also.. Who's budget is max to 8 or 9k .. Thanks and I hope this team will read my feedback. Regards.
