Worse lash lift I have ever had, you can't even tell I've had one. My experience with this salon was a disaster from start to finish. When I booked an appointment they asked for a deposit, which is fine I know it's to stop people messing them around. When I turned up for my appointment the salon was closed. Apparently they had renovations and didn't know about them when I booked my appointment a week prior. They refunded my deposit and gave me a £20 gift voucher for the hassle. I thought that was very fair and decided to give them another go. I booked another appointment about a month later. I showed up for it 5 mins early and the lady says "oh have you got an appointment today?" I said yes. She wrote it in the book when I booked it so she should have known about it. She asks me to sit and wait 15 mins while she finishes someone else's nails. I sit and wait. Half an hour after my scheduled appointment time she starts my lashes. I don't have half an hour to waste. Anyway. She does my lash lift and tint, she finishes and I go to look on the mirror. I look the same. She can tell she hasn't done a good job and tries to blame my "short" lashes. I've had numerous lash lifts at different salons over the last few years and my lashes have never been a problem before. Today was an absolute waste of time and money. This salon is so disorganised and unprofessional. I'm so disappointed with my lashes. I do not recommend them and I will not be going back.

If you are attending or thinking of this salon for a hair appointment then absolutely avoid. This salon does not deserve 1 star, they kept me waiting 20 minutes, very unprofessional (shouting over to the backwash, threw my coat on the chair, no offer of tea or coffee) the lady who is listed as the hairdresser doesn't even know how to cut hair. I had to stop her the second I seen that she had cut too much off my hair and done it wrong (pulled the hair out for length instead of combed down), she didn't speak or understand English and had another lady act as a interpreter which was frustrating because clearly 'a little bit off the ends, about half an inch' meant 3 inches. It was very clear that she doesn't know what to do, and if she is in training then that was not made clear, however if she is training she should NOT be acting as a independent 'professional' and should only cut hair around a tutor. After my hair being blown (not even styled) i wasn't even shown the state of my hair. Thankfully it was the first section which you can't see however my hair is at a different length. Mortified

Avoid this place!! Absolutely vile customer service, manager needs training, my daughter tried this place because it was new in area and looked nice, Don’t be fooled!!! Pay £40 for lash extensions and most of them were falling off next day, (which has never happened before in daisy salon) when she went back manager didn’t want to know, she asked for her money back and was told this is not what we do, and my daughter agreed to have a voucher, which she didn’t get, my daughter made a appointment to get toes done to use money up, and when she arrived today was told be a another 40 minutes, then when she went back was told be another 20 minutes!! Then when she went back was told fully booked up all week totally vile vile service,

Editing review in response to salon- there is no record of me as i walked in without an appointment and was seen to as there was no customers in the salon at the time. Would give 0 stars if i could. First time visiting and went for acrylics -the nails are awful. All different shapes and sizes. Staff in their have a disgusting attitude, refused to finish my nails until i had paid in full as they didn’t believe i would pay considering i complained i was unhappy. I have had to file them down and paint them at home and they still look terrible. The person who did them also cut my finger with the nail drill. Would never go back!

They’ve given me a utterly waste hair cut. Even if they don’t know how to do it, they’ll never lose any business. I only wanted to cut short and maintain the same style but I don’t know what they’ve done to head make people even laugh. I took almost 45 minutes for them to do where my normal hair stylist takes 15 minutes. And they said it’s 20 pounds when crop and bobbles at Gillingham takes 7 pounds. Also, they don’t know English well and speaks theirs language between them that makes us more uncomfortable. Will never ever go or recommend it to anyone.

AVOID. My 2nd visit here, had my eyebrows threaded. Never again will I be returning to have them done. The younger lady threaded my eyebrows and omg. I asked for them to just be TIDIED and the shape to be kept the same. She has made them soo thin, they look like they've been drawn on like in the 90s style!! I wanted to cry but I just said I don't like them. All she said is she will do them thicker next time, as if I'll be returning. I cannot believe I paid to have them look like they do

Fabulous beauty lovely friendly staff make you feel so comfortable I've had quite a lot of different treatments and all have been excellent and prices are very reasonable Keep up the fab work ladies I would recommend this salon as you can get all your treatments done here including your hair graet idea all in one place Lovely surroundings clean and comfortable

I was in this salon today I never seen French nails this ugly in my life . The worker didn’t have any idea what she is doing 0 experience . I wasn’t happy at all I told her to remove them bc I can’t even see how ugly they are just waist of money . I will never go again they just rip you off . DONT OPEN SALON WHEN YOU DONT KNOW HOW TO DO YOUR JOB .

Popped in on the off chance of a last min eyebrow thread and tint on a Saturday afternoon the ladies working managed to fit me in even though they were both already busy, both staff members were extremely friendly and I absolutely loved my eyebrows! Thankyou will definitely return next time I am in the area, highly recommend :)

There is a nice and friendly person in the salon . I have been using their services for 4 months and I am always satisfied with my nails, they are always made accurately and carefully and will last for a long time. I would happily recommend the salon

Such a lovely salon! My hair was so long and lifeless after having two babies back to back. It needed a good restyling.she gave me great advice on how to look after it going forward. Lovely place and lovely ladies. Will definitely be going back.
