We communicated through texts and was able to agree on date, time, and work to be done. We hired him to remove an old Faux Garage Door that had been falling apart with paint chipping from years of sun/outdoor exposure. We asked him to replicate the design and he was able to do it with no issues! He scheduled the date with us ahead of time (roughly one week out) came on time and finished within one day. And I'm so glad that I did! They found more dry rot than expected which included having to remove some of my stucco so they could replace the necessary studs and framing. It had been about ten years since I'd painted my house last so this smaller job turned into a big job. Here is a list of all that was done: exterior trim around windows and doors removed and replaced with PVC trim, cracks in the stucco were repaired and sealed, all new trim sealed, new front door installed, new stucco where old was removed, house, trim, and doors painted, front porch and back deck were sanded, a few boards replaced, and painted with a non-slip deck paint. Marco and his team were on time, easy to communicate with, friendly, hard-working, and did a GREAT job. Their pricing was fair and honest.
