Unfortunately, dealing with Kerri on the phone has pressed me to switch to another insurance company. In the past, when I first started using them, hooper and hines were both pleasant to work with. But recently, every time I call I speak to Kerri, who lacks any ounce of customer service skills. Calling to request a coi was like asking her to help you move a couch. I'm sorry if she is dealing with hard things in life, and even more sorry if she is just an unfriendly person always, but I could not stand to deal with being treated with such rudeness and disdain. As a business owner myself, I know if I talked to customers like this, I soon would not have a business left. I took my insurance needs to state farm, and am gladly paying a higher premium to receive proper customer service.

I don’t like to leave bad reviews..... In this case I believe it’s necessary. The office staff at Hooper Hines is extremely rude and hard to deal with. On any occasion that we needed to talk with them it’s always been an ordeal with a rude CSR. I had heard prior to securing insurance with them about this situation, but decided to go ahead anyway due to the price. The little bit of savings is not worth it. To the owner of Hooper Hines.... You need need to get a handle on your employees and teach customer service. We are taking our business elsewhere due to your office staff. To anyone looking at securing Insurance through Hooper Hines..... You’ve been warned.

TERRIBLE COMPANY!!!!!!!! I called to renew my insurance policy and tried to verify when I would receive the email quote. I was then told and I quote, “if you would shut up and listen you would hear me” and hung up on by Suzanne! I then asked to to speak to the owner of the company in regards to her attitude with me and the owner Norman told me to find another insurer. Norman and Suzanne are not only unprofessional, but seem to be terrible people! The cheap quotes are not worth the unprofessionalism and rudeness I received today. I’ve used them for the last 4 years, but will NEVER use them again! I would steer clear of Hooper and Hines. Don’t waste your time!

recieved a GL business insurance quote from norman hines. fairly cheap quote for what i was needing VS other quotes i was given. i called and KINDLY asked him for a copy of the terms and conditions of the policy before i purchase, and he flat out told me no, that i was too high maintnance, and he was revoking the quote to go and find soneone else. SHADY say the least!!! who doesnt want to reveiw terms and conditions of a business insurance policy to ensure they will be covered properly? STRONGLY advise to reveiw what you may be purchasing from this group.

Extremely and unnecessarily rude office staff. We just cancelled before the term was up. We are now happily paying a couple of hundred dollars more for same insurance elsewhere. I would hate to need Hooper Hines for anything like a claim under the coverage I paid for. It would undoubtedly be a nightmare working with them. It was a nightmare signing up with them. I don’t know how they stay in business. Every time we call them there is an argument simply because they are so rude. Buyer Beware.

This company has just successfully lost another customer. Hanging up on us, refusing to talk to the president/purchasing owner of our company who was attempting to verify that you received payment via an email address provided to him by you that you then claimed to not have access to. You can be rude to someone else, it will NOT be us. Canceling and taking business elsewhere. Take note if you're looking for insurance, this place is unprofessional, and rude.

I been with this company for 20 years, but lately Every time you call this people is like you bother them, they forget we’re customers and deserves respect. Both ladies the one that answered the phone and the one in charge of the pest control side , They both very unprofessional with a lock of respect for the customers. I’m done with this people.

Buyer beware - awful customer service - you will get hung up on - ignored and otherwise mistreated - and if you are interested in correct coi they will drop you for asking- not sure if Keri is related to Norman but she is the worst - and it may seem like cheap insurance- but you WILL PAY ! Stear clear - terrible- you have been warned

I made one phone call to them and they emailed me everything I needed for HVAC contractors Insurance in a couple of hours I had the COI in hand. Couldn't have been easier If you need business insurance for you contracting company I highly recommend .

I have dealt with Suzanne and others a few times including the owner Norman. Their phone demeanor is always as if they are doing you a big favor by talking to you. I will be going elsewhere. Cheap prices are nice but customer service still matters.

Very rude costumer services, I was just asking for a quote and this guy was like, "that can be" . That's not what the insurances like... meaning that what I saying is a lie. This person has zero patience.

I've always had great experience with these people. Been using them since 1998. Reasonable and Johnny on the spot if you need cover page sent to different customers and municipalities

they shorted me a month of coverage and during that month they wouldn't be bothered to correct their error. very rude and unprofessional. and they overcharged.

They lost my business as a customer after 35 years. Whoever is working the office is rude and likes to hang up on people. I took my business elsewhere.

2 stars for the first lady that answered the phone. The lady in charge of pest control insurance is not prompt at all and lost a customer here.
