I have been referred by my friend who was not able to walk even 200 meters but by taking therapy for 10 days at HOPE PHYSIO, he is now well enough. In my case, due to my physical condition it has taken some more sittings but I found Dr. Poonam Singh has good knowledge and is good guide. She is very kind, courteous,  humble, adjusting and above all she is human. I am fully satisfied and recommend for physiotherapy specially in case of slip disc, lumber problem and sciatica problem. I wish him for every success.

I had stiffness in my neck and right upper shoulder region and I knew that I had to get it checked by a physiotherapist. I googled and found Dr. Poonam in our society only and consulted her for sessions. She is good and finds the root cause of the problem to cure it. Well behaved Doctor who gives accurate treatment.I had severe spondylitis pain few weeks back,went to some other physiotherapists,took treatment but of no use,I tried Dr Poonam singh,she treated me,from day one I started getting benefits,today after 8 days of treatment the pain is gone completely.thanks to Dr Poonam singh.

Dr. Poonam Singh is one of the best physiotherapist in Lucknow. I visited to her with the pain of sytica and cramps beneath my left arm and got relieved so early with all her advised streching and exercises. One thing I like best about herself is that she give very genuine advice not too many exercises and treatment.
