This post office just wowed me. From the first visit I was amazed at their services. I went there for opening PPF account. It was their lunch time but took time to explain the things clearly. There were three ladies. Two younger ladies including Ashwini Gowda(Name as per True Caller) are staffs and the elder one among the three is the manager (who sits at the center towards the North) as per my observations. They are very friendly and approachable. I had very bad experience in other post offices. But this Horamavu Post Office is just beyond my expectations. These three beautiful ladies are awesome helping me to get my things done without any hassle. And there is one guy who sits at the counter near the entrance. His name is Manjappa Sullad as per TrueCaller. I cannot leave without mentioning him here. Truely he is a fantastic guy. Friendly and approachable. Helped me lots on my account opening process. The reason I mentioned names as per TrueCaller is that they called me to update me on the status of the process and advised me of the next step. Kudos to you guys. You are truely amazing..

I want to give Zero rating, it's worst service and irresponsible people. I submitted application form to open SSA account but after one month 5 days also they not opened account and denied to give receipt for amount I paid for opening account. Yesterday I taken back my application & I raised complaint to PMO office & Indian post. I am waiting for their response. Don't vist this place at all. Please see condition of my application they stapled amount along with the photo and application.

The services rendered at this new post office is really commendable! Never thought that governement offices could step up their services. All the staff are very courteous. For our senior citizen parents, we got our services rendered at home by the post lady Chaitra, who was very friendly and got all the work done including aadhar IPPB creation very efficiently! Mr. Manjappa has also been very friendly and keeps us updated over phone in the next steps. Good work!

Pros: 1. Location is awesome. 2. Good parking area. Full greenery. Cons: 1. Office space is very small. 2. Buildings are very dirty. Very ill maintained. 3. Staffs are lazy. Response time is very bad. 4. Sometimes they deliver the parcels very late. 5. Computers systems being used are very old and not properly maintained. Note: Govt should improve the post office facilities with modernized systems and young and dynamic employees like private banks.

I would give zero star, irresponsible staff, this is what happens if uneducated people are given jobs they don’t know the value of the job. For one post they made me roam 3 times and they did not take the post even after 3rd time and they are telling your are 15min late come tomorrow, they are thinking we are jobless like them. Finally I sent the courier through private post which is far better.

At first impression, the staff here seems slow, if not lethargic. It took an awful lot of time to send a Speed Post even though I was next in line. The attitude of the staff was disappointing, for a new post office. The office is small just enough for the staff alone, and very less space for the customer. However being part of other government offices, parking space is not a concern.

Went to add passbook entry, and the guy sitting in the counter 1 said server down and he was very rude. Went to Kalyan nagar post office and within 5-8 mins i reached there and they have done the passbook entry for me. If the server down it will not affect just the horamavu branch. He was lying... 2-3 elderly people were there in the Q and he was sending back everyone ..nonsense !!!

The postman is the worst of all staff, he was unnecessarily rude and kept yelling, he denied to deliver the post at the location. when asked for further assistance he kept denying and kept shouting. The staffs in the office were okay but the postman needs to be changed, if he is not willing to adhere to his job , there are other people willing to. Please educate the postman.

Worst service. They never come or never call us to deliver our product. I get delivery from all couriers and online shopping companies. India post never come to deliver, we need to go to the office to check. Earlier 3 letters from bank was send back saying wrong address. I went to the office and i got very poor response, lazy, and irresponsible people are in this office.

I had been to Horamavu post office to open savings account for my mother., The staffs were committed to the great service and very friendly. They helped me in filling the form even when they were busy occupied with work. It had become so easy for my mother to open an account and they had provided passbook within 1 day. I really liked the way they treated us. Great Job!

This is another example where the need of Google should provide 0 star Option for Review - Forget about the normal letters, the postmen here never deliver even registered / speed post until the receiver call them. Most of the time you have to visit this post office to collect your letter - Very rarely they deliver it at your residence.

Such a horrible experience. They never value their customers. I hold a savings account there, went to check the procedures to up date my new address. He made me to wait for long time , I felt like purposely he did that. I saw him sitting idle and wasn't responding to my queries. I am going to close my savings a/c.

Located right next to Dr Sailaja Eye Hospital. 1. Two wheeler can be parked. 2. Staff are too slow and not interested in attending customers at all. 3. Aadhar updates are suppose to be done by them but they don't take any request. 4. Only a good place to buy stamp and nothing else.

Unfortunately google dont provide me zero rating. Its such a bad service here.Staff sitting over here dont even bother to respond.They are the real sloths.I dont recommond this post office for any service.Please find a better post office near by to get your work done quickly.

Very economical and good service yes sometimes there is long queues . But since the postage cost is less compared to any other courier service and also the reach is there to all parts of India ... there are other service as well which includes fd, pension etc ...

Pathetic service. My bank has sent debit card 2 months back. No calls from post office to deliver or collect the card and moreover when i visited them they said card has been sent back to bank. Bank has not received it. Post office people lost it somewhere.

Very cheap people and un educated people are,I spend 2days waste to come here,first day they said they are not excepting online payment,I came back the day after with cash I reach by 2:40pm they said it’s closed..they don’t deserve 1 star also …

1 star as there is no 0 star...before going here just keep one thing in mind...that they will test your patience....and also people working there are the true meaning of "i dont care"...you have to pray to them to do the job they are getting paid for.

One star from my side. I visited twice for same work and they sent me back. Truly irresponsible workers. There must be a feedback system for such kind of government organisations. Or else they will ruin everything. Same as BSNL and air India.

I am standing in the queue from last 30 mins.. The guy in the counter looks coding a new software.. Don't know whats happenibg... This is the reason new gen never look at these dirty post offices.. Govt must close these kabadas...

Registered post not delivered 3 days after it reached here! Personally went there and postman says will deliver it home. Keep calling up and he says will come in next 30 mins (5-6 times). Plan to go once more. Hopeless!

I went to open a new SB account I submitted document they not even seeing what we given for Proof very lethargic just SB I went three times every time I wait 45 mins.Very Slow. Always Server down. Totally Wast of time.

The office space is very small. And we cannot send registered Post or parcels from here. Only basic services like stamps, enquiry , deliveries query will be provided . It's an Branch office of Kalyan nagar .

This post office is situated after the railway trac bridge. The staffs are very friendly and help their customers and support them to complete their tasks. Customers feel happy to deal with this branch.

Staff making the visitors wait unnecessarily. They will not respond immediately. We need to wait for hours to get any post office related information. Overall the service is very poor.

Extremely slow person at the desk to send parcel and posts. Digital India has not reached India Post as they only deal with cash and they never have change!! Deal with it!

Services are good. But the bank teller is not patient enough to tackle the crowd. He is good but at times looses patience and goes cranky.

Worst service. Speed post counter experience is horrible. That guy takes 40 mins to process 5 customers. Unprofessional.

Location is moved to a new one. Some 300 meters away from old one. Staff are lazy and irresponsible. Not at all active.
