"Queueing system broke down today"
"Now inside a shop with 3 counters that can get very busy at times - usually very good but please be prepared for what service you require and also asking what is in the package - the services are as wide as they are varied and can get complicated - know whether you require it 1st or 2nd class with or without a signature - no appointments necessary but can get busy - go in the mornings when it can be quieter"
"Don't understand why there are so many negative reviews - the staff are really helpful with the patience of saints"
"All round bad service"
"I use this Post Office occasionally and always find the staff really friendly and helpful"
Queueing system broke down today. It's a lottery getting served at the front till or the counter and being redirected around the shop from one to another. If you wait patiently for counter services then others seem to cut in by using the front till for letters/parcels but if you go there for the same service having already waited you get frowned at and then sent back unless you are buying a shop item as well.

Don't understand why there are so many negative reviews - the staff are really helpful with the patience of saints. Yes, the queues are long at certain times - usually first thing in the morning, but the rest of the time there are usually only 3 or 4 people waiting. Definitely support the local post office as it's a vital service for a lot of people.
All round bad service... The "woman" behind the counter was super rude to me for no reason as I was trying to be super polite. Quote "does it look like we handle packages" and I thought yes you are a post office? Well I won't ever come back, I'd prefer to walk 10miles in the rain and snow..
I use this Post Office occasionally and always find the staff really friendly and helpful. It’s sad to see so many small Post Offices close or end up as a tiny counter inside a convenience store, so it’s nice to still have a little dedicated PO locally. It’s a vital service for some people.
They overcharge, don't give all receipts, and there are long queues. They deliberately don't tell you the most cost effective service - if you ask for a signed for service, they will try to sell you Special Delivery when all you wanted was second class signed. Over 3 times the cost needed.
The man who runs this Post Office is the most impolite person I have ever had the misfortune to meet. When I tried to post a fragile parcel here he threw it across the office into the parcel sack. I recommend using the office on miner road instead they are much nicer.
Nobody ever picks up the phone or calls back - there's the option of leaving a message, but no follow-up after. Particularly around the holiday period, there is a lot of congestion. I'd rather get my parcels delivered to the Post Office in The Galleries or to my home.
They are closed at the moment. There's a sign saying that a member of staff tested positive so the branch is closed until further notice. The nearest office is at: 46 Gloucester Rd, Bishopston, Bristol BS7 8AR Hope they are back soon.
I have literally called 10 times without getting through. What’s the point of having a phone number if no one picks up? Also, not this post offices fault specifically but the Royal Mail appear to have lost my parcel.
Majority of staff friendly, but there till system is dreadful. One at the front of shop then the normal queue. Creates chaos, especially since changing to a small wh smiths. Prepare to wait!
Didn't had a good experience, post office is always busy and staff doesn't even have time to listen to customer queries completely coz of that i had to loose some money.
Fab local post office, staff are always super friendly and helpful, can be a bit of a queue sometimes so be prepared to wait a little extra.
The woman behind the counter is SO rude! It's like you've done something to her just by trying to send a package!
Why doesn't this building have it's street number, 305, on it's facia, it's a blimmin post office after all!
Awful customer service, shouting over the counter trying to explain a box for me. Absolutely shocking hahaha
The post master is the most unhelpful person there. Completely no understanding of customer service. Cock !
The member of staff whose name I unfortunately forget was really helpful polite and patient. Thank you
Always there to help, good helpful service, friendly staff and knowledgeable. Thankyou.
Ask for cheapest as its not offered by default... They are very good at up selling
Closed before the planned time. Staff incredibly unhelpful! Borderline illegal!
Staff were helpful and by post office standards the queue wasn't too long.
Never sufficient staff for the customers waiting. Queues go down the road
Their printer for EVRI drop-off is permanently broken. Avoid this place.
Lovely helpful staff.. Regularly go there and first rate all the time!
Sometimes a bit of a queue but staff are always quick and helpful.
Really poor customer service. Staff was rude. Avoid it if you can.
Long queues, staff can be a bit abrupt, very functional
Only go here if you have the patience of a Saint.
Couldn't renew a passport or driving license
Staff should be polite enough.
