My friend were coming over to my place, it was a last minute plan, so i wanted to buy some drinks. i ran all the way from my apartment to this shop, just to see this girls was already closing the store 10 min before the closing time. The girls was very rude, not even a sorry or anything. I understand if she had to rush somewhere after work so may be she was closing the store 10 min earlier , But everyone deserves a little bit of respect while talking. Not even a sorry, seriously!!! Very bad service!!! Actually i wont even call it service Just a Very rude girl with very little regard for other people

I went to buy a wine through a driveway in bottlemart. It was clearly written buy 2 wine bottle in $30 but the gal (asian) in the counter charged $19 each. When I corrected her she got all feisty and rude. Then she asked me to press cancel in eftos. As I don’t work in counter i got little confused then she arrogantly pulled the eftos and corrected it. I guess she needs to learn how to serve a customer and have a good manner first before sitting on a counter.

Convinient bottle in Hornsby area, good operating ours and reasonable prices are a bonus. Staff are nice and friendly and offer a great range of drinks. I think drive through option is a great idea and fast in comparison to going into a bottle shop in a shopping centre like Liquor land or BWS. Also parking available if you wanted to take your time and browse through their collection of drinks.

One star is also too much ! I was there 25th july 2018 about 9:20pm and was served by a short guy with brown hair ! He was too aggressive banged our order on the table was using the pos machine as if its the last day to use it He banged the freezer door so bad ! And was looking at us with a attitude full eyes ! I am never gonna visit this shop again ! That was my first and the last time !

To Li Tong - Hornsby Inn drivethru most certainly IS open until 11pm Monday through til Saturday and until 9pm Sunday. Public Holidays are subject to change.

The bottle shop actually closes at 10pm Monday-Wednesday but even the staff there thinks they close at 11pm. needs an update on the website!!!

Great for a quick beer or take away. Staff are always helpful and friendly with great prices and easy access.
