Worst experience ever, Hotel Aagman is misleading customers with the information about amenities. There is NO lift/elevator in reality and stairs are very steep, we had a person having knee problem with us and left with no choice but to cancel the booking and for this hotel aagman didn't even refund us. The middle man company @Goibibo haven't checked this property before listing and didn't help us in getting refund. Also We had booked 2 rooms and one of them had broken wash basin which was lying down on floor outside bathroom. Very very unprofessional. Don't rely on photographs and listed amenities you will get disappointed with the reality. Location is also not good. Not recommended at all.

Experience was worst. There were no lift at all which we were completely unaware about. We have parents with us who can not climb stairs at all, still we requested them to arrange 1 room on 1St floor atleast but thats also not possible for them. We just ask to see the room before making final decision on cancellation and was shocked 1 room has no wash basin at all. It was broken and lying on foor. We left no choice but to cancel the booking and forced to look out for another property at 12:30 am at night as we were checking in late. Requesting you for full refund of this room please

Out side sitting table were not so clean. Food quality was good. Washrooms are too dirty unable to breath even a second.
