ONE OF THE WORST HOTELS EVER!! I have never seen this kind of coustumer service! Thing started since the moment we arrived. When we were checking in the receptionist said that they didn't have a booking for my name when i had definetly booked a room there on the exact date i was going! We finally sorted thing of and went off to our rooms. The moment we stepped into the bathroom we saw cookroaches and dirty stains left by other guests! We had to clean it our-selfes because when we asked room service to clean they said to just "cleain it yourselfs because you aren't disabled". I was so outraged by this that i almost left the hotel! After that mess we decided to go to the indoor pool. Atleast that was a bit good. When we went to our rooms again and wanted to shower the shower was not working! Thankfully room service fixed it. Then comes breakfast. The food was absolutely terribel. Easily the worst food i have had!! The we decided to get a coffe in the hotel bar. Beware of the waiter! He is a fat man and he is easily the worst waiter! We didn't speak a word of english even do the hotel said the hotel said that every staff speaks english! WORST HOTEL IN SHKODER! THANK YOU FOR FOR GIVING US THE MOST MISIREABLE 2 NIGHTS IN MY LIFE! 1/5 would not reccomend.

The worse 5 star hotel we have ever seen .. We booked 4 rooms at once as we are 4 friends ...we arrived by one hour early of check in time , the reception staff refused to give rooms which acceptable ...but they are rude in dealing .. we told them to finalise the rooms check in procedure by scanning passports .. they said NO ..we tried to keep our luggage there but refused .. even no smile faces ..hahaha The rooms are small and no complementary water bottles there .. The breakfast waiter is sitting outside and smoking and not bother about guests..no omlet order ..the food is less no choice at all Later waiter came with sad face and rude ask us about room number The coffee ☕️ amount in cup is less than quarter ...very bad 5 star hotel in the world Kindly arrange another option than this hotel for stay in Shokadra .. It is a decent hotel. The continental breakfast was good, it had a good selection from eggs, sausage, vegetables, toast, and pastries. In my room, the air vent doesn't release much cool air, so I woke up feeling icky. I had some trouble closing the balcony door that I regret opening it in the first place. The shower door was also a bit janky. The pool and Turkish bath is nice and their fitness room is actually one of the best I've seen in a hotel, it has a good amount of equipment. Also, parking your car can be quite the hassle, it is easy to miss the pathway towards the hotel and the guard must know you're there for parking. Leaving parking can be a bit tricky too due to the amount of cars and people in your way that you need to maneuver and coordinate with other vehicles sharing a narrow road. There is a police trap there if you mess up navigating your way out from parking. If you plan to stay here, it's best to not bring a car

My review is mainly based on the fantastic service I have received from the staff but I also did enjoy the room and the dpa facilities. Through expedia I have booked another hotel that turned out to be non existent. After several failed attempts to fix the problem with the support I ended up checking through other hotels if they would have a free room. Only Colosseo was immediately involved to find a solution and offering me a room. So big thank you! Great service minded staff. Received further help through out my stay (booking of transport to Theth or organizing a tour). So would be more than happy to stay again. Room was comfortable and very clean. The spa and gym area are well equipped snd the staff there very knowledgeable. All in all great stay.

Hotel is located in one of the best areas in center of the city of Shkoder. Rooms are spacious and well furnished, probably is time for a retouch in the showers. Breakfast is included and the service personnel is very accommodating. There is a pool and SPA that we didn’t attend. Thanks!

This review and these stars are only for the restaurant the chef Bruno was personally explaining his dishes and recommendations The food was amazing The service was up to any 5 Starr restaurant hi even accepted to make 3 separate checks on the same table We started with a compliment cheese dip and olives with our bread basket and we finished by 2 complementary fresh fruit platers The vegetables soup with lentil base was so good The veal chops were amazing the salades well seasoned the main corses where delicious And for the first time in Albania we were served properly Soup followed by salades then main corse followed by desert The service as it should be

Unfortunately, our welcome was neither pleasant nor respectful We got a room with electrical problems, a cot that blocks most of the passage to the room And a shower with problems of fungi The worst thing is the disdainful attitude from the shift manager She spoke in a disrespectful way and tried to wave us down Refused to allow us to speak with the manager and forced us to wait 45 minutes for nothing When she instructs the receptionist to smear us for no reason with one excuse or another The basic thing in hotels is a respectful, caring, listening attitude and reliability Simply disappointing and disrespectful in a union from a five-star hotel

Worst hotel in whole Albania. Let's start with the bad smell in the hallway, which was even worse in the room - fault of old carpets. The furniture in the room was old fashioned and very worn. Shower cubicle broken. There were no forks at breakfast. I have no idea on which market this hotel bought its stars! We were not alone with this opinion. Other guests we passed at the reception also complained a lot. If it was possible, I would give zero stars, but they will get 1 star for the service. Reception, bar, gym & pool and breakfast staff were very very nice. I am very sorry for them having to work in such a place

The hotel is in center of Shkoder having everything close (restauratns, bars, shops...). The Breakfast has been one of the best we have had in Albania, the service was suepr kind and helpful, specially for the little trip to Valbona and back. The room is nice and the bed big. The spa is also great! On the other hand, the hotel is in front of the Mosque and our terrace was orientated to there. The first call in the morning at 5 AM was too loud and listenable from the room.

Very good hotel, strategic location directly in the city center, nice rooms, price is reasonable, cleanliness is excellent and very very friendly and helpful staff specially ( Alesia & Leoli ) from reception and Emanuel from the fitness center. The one less star in my evaluation is because a waiter in the main restaurant “Ergis” he is the main reason we had a dinner once and decided not to eat again in the hotel. Greedy person, talks a lot, asks personal questions, asks for tips in a rude way, and much more. He is a bad image for such nice hotel.

Arrived about 1.5hrs early & was able to check in anyway. Booked a twin bouble lvl1. There is plenty of room for luggage & to walk around, very comfortable. Bathroom is small but very workable. Chose the breakfast option & loved it. Husband says Gym is very good. POOL is fantastic (not cold at all). There is a sauna M &F & Turkish sauna. Saff supervision all the time between gym & pool. STAFF- ABSOLUTE Gems. A polite hello also goes a long way (anywhere). Just loved my stay here.

The only positive thing about this hotel is the location. But with that said, there are many other hotels and options around the area. Small and outdated rooms with small dirty bathrooms. Everything felt crammed into the room so there’s not much space for your luggage. I had a really bad experience with the staff. They were rude and unwelcoming. No desire to make you feel comfortable during your stay so that you’d come back for another visit. Definitely would not recommend. Definitely would not come back.

Stayed here 1 night unsure of our travel plans next. The hotel is a bit outdated but they make up for it with great service and the breakfast. Special thanks to emmanual from the reception who went above and beyond for us to arrange a last minute taxi to Theth and to ensure that our car could stay parked at the hotel while we were in the mountains, thanks!!

Clean, convenient, rooms good size and quite fresh. Is near a mosque and church but you don’t get disturbed. Staff friendly and helpful, Elodino at breakfast is a character. Looks like a bouncer but really friendly and helpful. Reception couldn’t be more helpful. Some things could be upgraded but value for money wise no complaints.

My husband & I stayed 4 nights in fantastic double room facing the mosque. Call to prayer did not bother us at all. In fact we found it added to our experience. Location excellent. Wonderful balcony to enjoy watching life in Skhodra city + excellent view from roof top bar. Amazing breakfast served by Eli who was very attentive to our needs as British visitors. Spa/pool was very relaxing.

Highly recommend this hotel. It has the best location in the most beautiful Albanian city-Shkodra, it has all the amenities you would need, clean and well organised. Prices are reasonable and the breakfast included in this price was very generous. If I ever go back there, this is where I would choose to stay again.

Excellent location. Right across from the Mosque. All the cafes and restaurants are next to it. Rooms are big and clean. Friendly and helpful stuff. Excellent breakfast.

What a wonderful classy hotel! Amazing location, right in the middle of the square with a big restaurant inside and a cafe in front. Great service and the best people around. The rooms are big, comfortable beds and great amenities.

Disappointing experience. Today entered for lunch, was shown to the restaurant by the friendly hotel reception staff only to find myself sitting for 15 minutes without a waiter in sight. As I walked out I found two waiters sitting at a table near the front of the cafe section. Too bad I’d heard the food was great.

Nice and cozy place, you have sauna, gym, and internal pool. The breakfast is great and the restaurant also cooks well! The only negative outlook is the imam singing from the mosque near which is very loud in the morning! Everything else is perfect and also maybe the only hotel reccommended to book in Shkodra!

We spent one night here. The location is really good and you have free parking in front of the hotel. The hotel is a bit dated especially the carpet in the corridor. The bathroom needs an urgent update. Everything was clean the staff friendly and the breakfast allright. I would give 3.5 stars.

Good place to spend some nights. I specifically liked the gym room and the interaction with the trainer. Restaurant is good. Location is great, the hotel is good but the furniture is a little bit old...

Attention bed bugs were brought with me after staying at this hotel for 4 days on the 11 of March 2022, figured out after three days coming back to Belgium but it was to late, a year and a half later I had to quit my apartment and trash all my furnitures because of that.

Went to the restaurant for dinner and the food was amazing, our family had the Calzone, Lamb baked in the oven and spaghetti bolognese. Really good service and very reasonable prices. Would definitely return! I believe our total for all the food and a salad was just over 2,500 lek.

It's not a 4 star hotel as advertised. 3 star by western European standards. I asked to be charged in Euros and was quoted 75 euro a night. When I got home it was over 80 euro as they charged in local. Epic fail for me despite hotel being central and clean

In the morning at 4:00 I was suddenly awaken by muezzin caterwaul from nearby church minaret. Then a lot of bell rings from the same church very frecquent and very loud until 8:00, so I could no more sleep. In the evening area is very loud … Të tjera

Located in the centre of the northern biggest city of Albania, Shkodra. Tried many rooms and can say that it is very clean and the staff with excellent communication and clean also. I recomend staying in this hotel and visit Shkodras's old pazar too.
