Really nice, really helpful staff who speak good English. Spacious comfortable rooms with excellent amenities (we did get a free upgrade but I can’t imagine the difference is too significant) clean well equipped en-suite bathrooms with great water pressure and lots of hot water. Room has very good air-con. Free WiFi. Lots of free bottled water in your room at the beginning of the stay and resupplied each day; 1.5L per person. Breakfast included, good quality buffet with both western (eggs and bacon) and Asian tastes catered to, fresh coffee with re-fills. Point to note is that the breakfast room is on the roof and offers great views over the city and out towards Shwedagon Pagoda. Hotel staff provide good travel advice and there is a travel office on the ground floor who booked our night bus north for us. (Slightly higher rate than DIY online but they do print your tickets which is useful)

My 3rd time staying here, service was improving and getting better! Check-in was fast and quick, and was given anniversary cake due to my request of telling its my 1st year on the booking website. Then we were directed to our room, bed and bathroom beautifully decorated with roses and other flowers, really exceed our expectations. Then on the check-out day, my partner was sick, we call the reception and request to checkout late, and was touched they say its okay can check out 3pm with no cost. Im sure is subject to availability but still, they all so nice and really good customer service. I highly recommend this place, its better than other nearby hotels in downtown area of Yangon. Highly recommend

Dirty rooming house! They didn't check in at 3 o'clock in the afternoon, my room was not there. We were only given a room at 5pm. Official registration at 2 pm. Dirty, disgusting smelly room. There are black stains on the walls from dirty feet, broken lights, bad smells, gray towels stained and stink, a mirror stained, a layer of dirt and dust. The corridors of the hotel are littered with dirty linen and rags. There are overflowing trash cans and dirty dishes. At breakfast, dirty tables with food stains, the waiter straightens the food in common plates with his hands. Guests smoke at breakfast

The staff was all very friendly, spoke English and were very helpful. Our room was newly renovated and nice. The room had 3-prong outlets and strong, stable internet. The bed was a little hard but the sheets were clean and felt nice. We enjoyed the rooftop restaurant. The fitness room was super tiny, but its nice that they at least had something to offer. It seemed to be in an older part of town so everything was on the small side. No parking. Busy neighborhood, but not loud once inside.

Central location in china town, delicious breakfast, friendly staff and definately value for money. Recommended!

Reasonably priced for Yangon at this time, good location in the Chinatown area however it's down a narrow street. Rooms are pretty nice and beds are comfortable. Only complaint is that every time you shower it literally gets the whole bathroom floor wet. Breakfast was pretty good with a mix of local and western food, and they also had a made to order omelette bar. The view from the restaurant is spectacular. Staff were all very nice with warm smiles.

Roof top cafe, open air and ac, offers great views across the changing Yangon skyline, with unhindered view of shwedagon pagoda which glows gold in the sunlight. Restaurant food good, though equivalent but much cheaper food easily found round numerous corners and up narrow streets nearby. Aircon drips drops of water through the night on humid nights but a minor quibble. Bed good, facilities fine, proximity to Yangon heartland excellent.

ダウンタウン21番通りのホテル。 立地は文句なし。 串焼き通り(19番通り）にも近く、大きな通りもすぐなのでタクシーもすぐ捕まる。スーパーやちょっとのぞくのも楽しい商店、喫茶店なども周辺にたくさん。 決してきれいとは言えないが耐えられないほど汚くはない。部屋に入ってすぐは排水臭？がするが、エアコンが効き始めると消える。 シャワーの出はばっちり。途中で水になることもなく湯がたっぷり出る。ただし固定シャワーは錆臭いので可動式シャワーを使用したほうがよさそう。←部屋によるのかも。 レセプションは4階。 朝食会場は9階。テラス席からはシュエダゴンパゴダも見える。朝食はバイキング方式。結構充実していて、メイン料理は日替り。モヒンガーもあり！！ グリーンの制服を着たベルボーイ？がどこかへ連れて行こうと話しかけてくるが、しつこくない。タクシーを捕まえる際に声をかけると値段交渉してくれるので助かる。 空港→ホテル ホテル→空港は混まなければ45分くらいで10ドル。

立地・施設･スタッフすべてにおいて満足でした。 ホテルのフロント(reception)は4階です。 部屋は綺麗に清掃されていました。 トイレはミャンマーの他のホテルと同様にトイレットペーパーは流せません。 また、冷蔵庫は自分でスイッチを入れる必要がありました。(コンセントの部分にスイッチ) 連泊の場合は3日目の15時頃以降カードがリセットされてドアが開けられなくなるのでフロントで再登録してもらう必要があります。 朝食はルーフトップのレストランです。 種類は豊富ではないですが満足です。(連泊の場合は内容がほぼ変わらないので注意) 19thストリートの串焼き通りも近く飲食には困りません。 両替は通りを北に進んで道を1本渡ったEvatradingで悪くないレートで両替できました。(円→チャットも可) 宿泊者以外がホテルに入る場合は１階のセキュリティーに自分の部屋番号を伝え宿泊者以外のIDを預ける必要があります。

Kleine, dunkle, aber ruhige und saubere Zimmer. Schöne Dachterasse mit Ausblick bis zur Shwedagon Pagode. Hier bekommt man auch das Frühstück. Zwar kann man an den Straßenständen direkt vor der Tür gut essen, wer es aber ruhiger mag, ist zum Abendessen auch gut auf der Dachterasse aufgehoben. Das Essen geht in Ordnung.

Mitten in Chinatown gelegenes kleines recht fair bepreistes Hotel in Rangoon. Mein Zimmer ist klein, aber gepflegt. Klimaanlage ist sehr leise und effektiv. Einziges Highlight ist das Rooftop Restaurant mit Terrasse und einem guten Ausblick über Downtown und in der Ferne die Shwe Da Gon Pagoda.

1週間滞在しましたけど立地は大変便利で何をするにも良いです！食事も寿司とか近くにあるし屋台も沢山有るしタクシーはgrabは夜の8時くらいまでならすぐにつかまえられる。ホテルの部屋は清潔で浴槽付きでコスパは良いです！朝食は9階最上階で見晴らし良くテラスで食べると気持ち良いです。スタッフは大変フレンドリーで2日も居るとかなり仲良しになりますwwただし神経質な人はもうワンランク上のホテルにした方が良いですよ？エアコンの音とかうるさいし部屋の家具なども古くて薄汚いし隅々まで清潔って感じじゃないですからねwwあくまでミャンマー的に良いって事ですから勘違いしないようにね⁈ww

Great location but our first room smelt horribly. Were able to change but the new room had dirty sheets. All the rooms below 5th floor are horrible. Rooftop is ok. Breakfast very asian orientated. If you are on a small budget/only one night i guess it is a good option, otherwise not

Great hotel with an awesome location in the center of things and close to the 19th street with barbecue and beer. Great staff that is HYPER caring. The only thing that could be better is breakfast, however, the rooftop view and coffee still make it great.

На мой взгляд цены завышенные, половина лампочек в номере не работало, номер с балконом очень маленький, в ванной не было пробки, сейф не работал. Я платил 45$, думаю максимум должно быть 35$. Понравился завтрак и терраса на крыше.

Hotel staff/accommodations are good but the WiFi is absolutely horrible! If you need dependable WiFi for business travel, look for another hotel. Data download speed fluctuates throughout the day and is extremely slow.

屋上からの眺めが良い 同じ部屋タイプ・料金で新しい部屋と古い部屋が有ります。今回古い部屋に入れられたのでクレームを入れたところ窓が二つ付いているから差引同じだという理屈でした。 全く理解できない価値観。

Rooms are clean at reasonable price & staff are attentive. We enjoyed a very good sun set evening there where the sky turned into different colours that I've never experienced before.

Breakfast was nice, sitting on the sky bar is very pleasant in the morning and for sunset and the location is perfect. The bedroom and bed were also fine and there was a bathtub.

I stayed in twin room, I founded too small for 2 people sharing, bathroom was decent size. Breakfast was decent - rice, nodells, fresh fruits, muffins, coffee, tea, toasts etc.
