Mistakenly chose this Hotel. The service was too bad to explain. 1. Telephone was disabled and after 2 remainders they didn't even show any kind of seriousness to solve the problem. Lack of politeness from some staff members. 2. Provide a selective complimentary breakfast facility. I didn't have where others had. 3. Bad smells were coming from the toilet and the closet. 4. Felt unsafe for the whole night as the corridor glass lock was removed. 5. They use a suit room as a Couple Delux. As a result, sounds from the adjusted room were clear enough to hamper privacy. Everything I found out after check-in. I was just looking forward to check-out the hotel as soon as possible without giving any advice for improvement.

One of the worst hotel I've ever been into. The environment is filthy. The rooms are not clean at all. They don't even provide the utensils.
