I went with my friends and took 2 rooms in this hotel, one of the room was stinking with cigarettes so we asked the hotel guy to change it and they did. We asked for a complementary water bottle, but we was not provided with that, we got a 2 small medimex soap, 2 Almond oil pouch and 2 shampoos. The TV was not working, even after I tried asking the staff about that. The room was a lil dirty and the phone was broken, and filled with dirt. We somehow managed to call the reception with that phone and asked them to take our food order, 1 normal thali from tipsy restaurant of written Rs 175, (inc all taxes) the food was really nice, but when we got to the final billing they charged us rs 200 for that 1 thali and said that they had not updated the menu in rooms. Well this is something irresponsible of the hotel. Please update that. Bathroom was small sized, a lil dirty but we had warm water, gave us 2 fresh towels. Total charge they took from us was 2670 Rs with 200 rs food and 80 rs water bottle (3 was bisleri and other one was some local brand) so 1195Rs for one room, (on 1/2nd January 2022, one night) was not that worth it. FYI we already booked our rooms for 2277 Rs from makemytrip, but they did not accept our booking. The good thing was that we came late in night and the staff was still there for us to receive. Now this same hotel room is available at 967 Rs for 10/11th January 2022. Experience was OK Can do much better.

Hotel is very good but the manager Sanjeev is very cunning he tried to fool us sending us to highly expensive hotels for breakfast where he had good commission. Also we informed prior to bookingthat the check in was early and check out was late still he behaves like he is doing us a great favor. Three rooms were booked out of which 2 were given we did not ask for upgrade from delux to super delux they were upgraded depending on availability but he boasted like anything. The travel car booking was the worst experience with the hotel they charged 3500 for full day cab which was way too expensive. in Jaipur a standard Innova car charges 2500 for full day. we got looted in this transaction as the manager had commission from travels and he did not make anything clear till the last minute regarding the car charges even after informing him prior to traveling.

very nice room and washroom.as a single lady i didn't feel scary or unsecure.i feel like home away home.Specially sharaf the owner.He is really a best person compare to others.he took specially care of my room and my preferences.highly knowledgeable person he is.but just one suggestion i want to give that you can make your service more better by taking follow ups like by checking that guest request is fulfilled or not.because i see that on all other persons who were doing job there.they sometime forgets the request of room cleaning.apart from that overall sharaf made my stay very comfortable homely.thank you so much.hope to see you again and be your long staying guest again.

Hotel staff is decent and polite. Service quality is really very good including cleanliness and response time of room service.I became the first guest of 2018 with my family hope could visit again latest on last day of year. While being critical, room lacks with a table, that may help and serve meals a lot. Hotel mgmt should look into it. It would be incomplete without mentioning and thanking the kitchen and service staff for serving good and tasty food.Though we enjoyed lunch and dinner out of hotel yet for breakfast and some other snacks we took at our room. All we could have was with original taste of their origin of preparation.

I stayed in hotel season 4 my recent trip to jaipur . I must say i had an awsome experience staying here. The rooms are spacious neat and clean and washroom with running hot water. Staff is very curtious and polite. The food is also good and reasonably priced and they also arranged for our local travel at very nomial cost. Especially I thanks to GM  ** who is personly involve in taking care of the services. What I liked the most is there helping attitude and commitment.Again I am going to visit this hotel ...

Booked this hotel alongwith flight tickets through Goibibo. Hospitality is good. Its location is about 5-6 kms. to main shopping markets viz Tripolia Market, Bapu Bazar, Nehru Bazar and you will get transportation easily to anywhere. The service boys of the hotel are well mannered and their attitude towards customers is very good. Over all, I rate 4 stars for this hotel.

Worst room i had seen. The insects were there in bathroom . The management trys to make you fool in booking the room. No proper cleaning, no towel ,soap etc. is been provided there. Total waste of money...free me bhi rhna pasand nhi kru mein.

The Season 4 hotel is a budget hotel and it's very near to Railway station, Sindhi camp bus stand, court, collectorate, VKIA etc.. Cleanliness and room service are good. The staff is polite and cooperative. The quality of food is also good and tasty. It's well connected by public transport. Auto and taxi are available 24 hours.

Clean & quiet hotel . Easy to find. Rooms are clean but bedsheets are ok not so clean .

Stayed for 2 days for our jaipur trip. Got in reasonable price. Service was good. Foods are available from restaurant , taste is good but little costly.

Room was small, but in two day stay I have changed two hotels, out of it this is good hotel, Not very good but they have gyser, ac was working fine. charging outlets is some problem for two pin but it ok, blankets was clean, room is clean, washroom is clean, ok to stay.

Best hotel to stay for family and couples. Hot water is available 24*7 during this winter. Initially my booking was club room but the owner (Sharuk)on himself upgraded our room to super deluxe without any extra cost.

I had a very good experience staying here. the staff was courteous to our requests. Hotel location is also good and it was easily accessible. Amenities can be improved such as water bottles, electric kettle.

Booked through gobibo. Reasonable charges and friendly service. Room was well maintained, bath room was neat and clean. Located on a busy main road, very little space for parking.

Rooms were dirty and stinking, bedsheets were not washed. Definitely not worth staying. You can find better stay options for approximately same price.

Rooms were good But their was not any single telephone to call to reception. Bathroom were not that much clean
