Worst hotel to stay in Jaipur. It looks good in photos but it's not even close to what it looks like. Don't trust mmt ratings, it's artificially promoted. Sleep in a dhaba or guest house but don't come here. We told them. Many times that the bulb is turning on and off,whihc was super irritating and no one bothered to do something or give us another room. The jet spray was too powerful whihc could crate another hole down there. Most taps were not configured properly and splash water on us. Most importantly they charged us more but the guy never gave us proper explanations about the food and the taxy we took. They never disclosed juice is not free and offered us daily and charged for that. Overall the guys saw gujarati guys and literally looted us. Please don't ever go to this hotel, better sleep on footpath outside.

When you pay 1800 for per night you dont expect dirty bedsheets, dirty towels and that small room. Room has a breakfast table with two chairs but space is so less that you cant sit on them My room had a stained curtain i tried to undraw it since it was not eye pleasing so guess what the windows pane were ever more dirtier, someone had spitted pan masala over the window pane. The towels were 5 shades darker to what white is. The bed sheets were bruised. There was not a single good thing about this place. The room smelled like pan masala. I complained at reception and he said "ache room 3500 ki hai" Who in the world is giving these goons 3500 when Clarks and four points is available at the same rate. Be their guest only if you want disappointment.

HAD A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE Booked a room via Hotel Silver Pride's website a few days prior to the stay and received a confirmation email. Just to double confirm, I also called the Hotel and they assured me that they received the booking and everything is fine. On the day of the booking, when I reached the Hotel, the front desk person said that he could not find my reservation and asked me to call the general Hotel number. When I called the Hotel number, the person said he cannot do anything either and asked me to talk to the front desk guy. Of course, I showed the confirmation email but nothing happened. Thankfully I had a friend in Jaipur who helped and I was able to book another hotel for that day. Simply, an unethical and untrustworthy hotel!

Hotel was recommended for office going or the solo travellers. Not recommend to family because tourists place was very far from the hotel. Food was not good however, Breakfast was delicious. Lunch and dinner was quite expensive compared to quality. Deluxe Rooms are very small. Ac was not working. Cigarettes smelling room. Ac was leaking in the mid night. Tv is not working at all. Due to use of kettle power was gone. However, they change my room to superior which was good. The old guy who took care of room service Is very polite and genuine with his work. But my overall experience is not so good so i m not going there again. NOT A FAMILY HOTEL.

Actually hotel was not the exact it's looks like in picture but okay to stay. When we ordered pasta we thought it's looking good so taste will also might be good but taste was okay okay and surprisingly I found a "DISHWASHER STEEL" Part in Pasta.It's not acceptable when we pay our hard earn money to book on this type of good hotel. And 2nd day when in morning I ordered mango juice they served us "Maaza instead of Mango juice".so they tried to make us fool by their this type of tricks . Horrible behavior of the staff. Extremely inhospitable attitude. We requested for an early check-in before making the bookings and we were ensured that it will be taken care of but when we reached there around 6:00 A.M. the person sitting on the reception denied to give any room. Also he asked us to wait till 11:00A.M. On insisting that we already asked for early check-in and we have a flight at 4 and we have been traveling all night he asked us to take a room which wasn't clean after someone has checked out. We asked him to at least change the bed cover but we were told that they have no staff to do that. Highly not recommended. Staff is extremely unprofessional and has no decency to talk to guest. This place doesn't even deserve a single star.

Let me first say the good things: Rooms are clean and elegant. bathrooms are nice. The food is very tasty. Now the bad things: Menu is extremely limited and only vegetarian. Even in the limited menu, several items may not be available, so practically you may not have much choice. Standard deluxe rooms have no windows. So no sense of outside world. Even for super deluxe rooms, some windows are facing ducts etc. with no outside view. TV does not have any English channels. I kept asking for English channels for 4 days and they kept promising that I will get them in "next few hours", till the end they never activated them. This hotel is far from any tourist areas. There is no other restaurant nearby so you cannot even eat outside.

I stayed here for 1 night and had a great stay. The moment I walked in the door you could tell customer service was up there with the best. Staff welcomed me and showed me my room. The facilities are great and most importantly they are following all the govt guidelines regarding COVID-19.The staff at this hotel are really polite and accommodating,specially Mr. Ram at front desk.Its been a really pleasure to have a good time at Hotel Silver Pride. I appreciate the great service being provided here is absolutely excellent.I personally recommend to come here and have a good time.Special thanks to front desk staff.Will see u guys soon..

When we were entered in the room,we really shocked because it's a small room not worth what we paid for. When we ordered pasta they served us pasta with steel dishwasher that's really unexpected when we paid much money for good services. And I asked to them which type of juices they have then they said they have only Mango juice...Then I ordered and then hotel served MAZZA In small glass. In this price you can Go for some other hotel. Behaviour of staff was nice but services was really truly Too bad. service-3/5 Food-1/5 location-3/5 Quality-2/5 we didn't like size of room and their food quality is unhealthy.

Value for money hotel. Food was excellent. Nice, neat & clean rooms. Hotel staff is really good & supportive. Near to airport & not in the centre of the city but still well within city with everything one can find nearby.

Beware of advance booking from make my trip. I booked this hotel 10th to 12th December from make my trip for 10000. When I reached hotel manager said hotel is overbooked and I need o pay 6000 extra to get rooms. Manager abused me when I objected to this insane demand. Highly unethical hotel. If you are coming after 6 pm with ladies not book. They will demand extra amount and prateek the manager seemed under the influence of alcohol. Horrible experience.

Wow wonderful experience with Hotel Silver Pride, as I'm a frequent traveler and for the first time I stayed in this Hotel , excellent service and regular cleaning and sanitizing every day during this pandemic, and specially thanks for front office Staffs for taking care of each and everything. Since it's hot in Jaipur, AC is working so superb that I need to compliment them for this. Sometimes a normal thing is required to be mentioned in the review as well. I'll look forward to visit again.

The Hotel's ambiance is neat and clean. Rooms are Beautiful. Its 4-5 km from the Airport and near Durgapura railway station. Also the location is good. Tourist destination are a bit far and there is no good Local transport but ola/uber cabs are available. I used Zomato, Google maps, and cab option for ola/uber in Google Maps. Also the staff in Hotel Silver Pride are good and helpful. I only had breakfast and it was average and hope it improves. Rooms are good specious and like them a lot.

I reached in the evening, it was raining in Jaipur. The roads were all flooded with water clogged at road side. At first look, i thought that it may be a simple hottle, as I entered in was welcomed with a small reception and behind it was started to climb up to rooms. Rooms were clean.. But apart from that nothing is good... Food was average with limited options. Parking space is limited like max 2 cars that too in a row... False advertising as free parking. We also faced hot water issue... Like you cant have hot water in your room, after complaining they provided buckets half an hour late but the issue of shower didn't resolved.

Nice place.but prices are too high.. I booked the hotel from Ibibo. And they seems to be a preferred partner on Ibibo. They charged me 1750 approx per day. I think the value is not more than 1500. But the hotel was nice and clean and they were well behaved as well. Service was good though they were a little slow in the service .. but have little to complain .another point is the morning tea.almost always late. Rest all is good

The hotels is situated at main road opposite Maharani Farm. It's around 15-20 mins from Airport. The rooms are neat and clean. Hotel staff is very courteous. Food and room service are good. Ram ji at reception is very polite and helpful. I enjoyed my stay here.

The room was really small compared to the tarrif paid. charged 1700 extra for early check in and late checkout. The mini fridge does not contain anything. There's no availability of Bathrobe as mentioned in the website....The hotel is just above average but search for more hotels and then book. One of the best budget hotels I have ever visited. Rooms are spacious and well maintained. Bathroom is huge as per budget hotel standards! I liked everything about it. There was one small balcony too, that was like surprise. Amenities provided are nice too. Staffs are courteous. Only issue I had was no room service after 10:30 but outside food was allowed so it solved the issue. I strongly recommend this.

Rooms are bright and well designed but it seems that housekeeping has been sleeping on the job. Fridge was dirty inside, floor was dusty, shower floor had stains, the tv remote was dirty, bed sheet wasn't clean, wash basin was cracked. This hotel has great potential..need for improvement.

Stayed for a couple of days and had absolutely no issue with the place. Great rooms and helpful professional staff. The dining area is a sight to behold with glimmering city lights at night. Silver Pride is a decent budget hotel near Durgapura Jaipur. The rooms are neat and tidy and the staff is cooperative. I booked their super deluxe room which was quite spacious and had all basic amenities. The washroom size was also large. The room also had a attached balcony. It's small hotel, go for it if you are looking for reasonable stay options in Jaipur.

Horrible rooms and breakfast..manager have no sense to talk to their customers..if given a chance of giving 0 stars i would have selected that for sure!! I would strictly recommend everyone to not to go at this pethetic hotel

So this is a cheat hotel. We booked a leopard safari for 6 people. The guy calls up and tells us that only 5 seats are available but you'll still have to pay for 6 people. LIARS AND CHEATS. STAY CLEAR OF THESE PEOPLE!

staff is good and polite food is available at a reasonable price parking is also there and this properties in the centre of the city all the tourist places like our mail Jantar Mantar City Palace all are nearby and it's very close to the Jaipur airport also so I will recommended this

The property is very nice. Housekeeping staff given very prompt service is so good The staff is well dressed and very polite. The breakfast Buffet has a very wide variety and being a pure vegetarian, I got a very good spread and taste. Each and every thing is good about the food....

Rooms are neat and clean. All tv channels work fine. Do not waste your money on oyo. This is more safer and cozier than OYO rooms. Food was awesome, Service was awesome. Chana Masala and Fry Dal are must try. Rooms are little bit small but that doesn't hurt when prices are low.

It was nice experience at Hotel Silver Pride. I love the atmosphere over there The room was quite good and as per our needs and expectations.

Ok budgeted hotel for 1 -2 night stays. taff was very helpful. Rooms were in ok condition. we didn't tried food . Overall if your budget is low and hotel location is ok for you then be booked for 1-2 nights

Staff is very good. So humble, clam and polite. No parking space. Still when you enter hotel room it's good. Lighting are good. Very neat and clean. The speed in which waters flows in bathroom damn so satisfying and you can book this from MMT in very reasonable rate.

I stayed here for 1 night and had a great stay. The moment I walked in the door you could tell customer service was up there with the best. Staff welcomed me and showed me my room.

Wonderful atmosphere. Felt like family with warm and caring service from all of the staff. Rooms were quiet and view from balcony outstanding. Very comfortable place for long term stay.

The restaurants there have awesome food and variety. Rooms are comfortable and the technology in room makes it a great experience all together. Housekeeping is great. Thanks to "Manager " for making stay comfortable. Would love to go back.....

Its a bit away from Hawa Mahal but the location at Tonk Road is good due its proximity to Airport. Regarding the hotel the staffs are cooperative. Rooms are clean and large. Food is average. Overall its a very nice stay worth remembering.

Food was superb and tasty and hats off to the restaurant service staff for providing us exceptional service and attention. They are doing amazing job. Would love to visit again.

Good hotel... Near to Durgpura railway station...direct link to Mansarovar area. In best hotels at maharani farm. Good hygiene services available here. Restaurant is also good. Room space is sufficient. Parking available for vehicles.

Great service by the staff, even at odd timings. Clean rooms with beautiful interior.

Nice and clean hotel stay, they have upgraded us room with no extra charges, location is little bit far from railway station but thats not a big problem. Food is average. overall satisfied with the stay.

Great Place with the most friendliest staff ever. They went one step ahead and made our stay very comfortable. Rooms were clean and they're were taking all the safety measures to ensure a mindful stay.

Very clean place. Hotel staff is very kind and polite. Food is really nice. Like a home made food. Only thing hotel is little congested but room are in good size. Room facility are good too

The room and amenities are value for money. The staff is polite and cooperative. Room service is available. It is really close to the Jaipur airport. Perfect for a one night stay.
