Hi 17 th aug 11 am at hotel unnati 11 am par after 5 minutes wait allotted room no.323 Room no.323 ka air conditioner kharab tha 10 minute tak thik karne ki koshish ke baad mujhe 321 me shift kiya gaya Staff ki Kami ki vajah se mineral water bhi serve nahi kiya gaya Room no.321 ka gate nahi lag raha tha Mujhe market jaana tha maine saaf mana kiya Aap kal mere check out ke baad room me kisi ko bhejenge But 10 pm night jab wapas aaya to dekha room me hathodi torches carpenter ne pura room ganda kar rakha tha wash besine par rakha saara saman ganda ho gaya tha...

Very nearer to Ahmedabad railway station. The hotel is located in new cloth market. It is in 3rd floor. We can reach the reception by exclusive hotel lift. Room and bath rooms are clean. The only negative i found is bath room window/ventilators are not good.From those the outside buildings are visible. A female person may feel fear to have a bath. So hotel management should focus on it and re model them. I stayed in this hotel two times in this week along with my wife during our gujarat tour. Overall it is OK...OK...stay in this hotel

Locality wise hotel is in good place where we can get all public transportation. Hotels rooms were specious but if you are taking non ac room then their could be ventilation problem and you can find room to be very humid. Bathroom was good too. Toilets amenities where not provided on their own, so make sure to ask one after checkin to room :) Hotel staff were great and helped a lot in terms of having all room services. Would recommend to stay.

Hotel is at 3rd floor in a commercial shopping complex very near to kalupur railway station. we checked in late at midnight but staff was there to help us to check-in. only way to go up was by lift. Room is clean and good. morning hotwater facility is also very good. only issue was lighting in the room which is not enough. although we had only a short stay of couple of hours , it was a good budgeted hotel to check in.

Hotel was good and clean, along with some good service staffs. But it's not worth for money I booked for. First of all AC in that room I stayed was not working properly. Also there were no Hot water tap. But the service, reception everything else was good. Importantly this hotel is good place, like if you are traveling by train, you should stay.

According to Hotel Association of India, there is no law denying adult outstation male female or couple from staying still in 21st century the manager has derogatory mindset of even asking if couple are married or if seperate room, this kind of hotel should be lawsuit for derogatory questions and behavior

I booked with goibibo rs. of ******.thanks to goibibo to provide hotel in discount rate.free wifi facility,daily cleaning,good service and waiter facility,near railway station.apart from other hotel not near to railway station in this rate.so I prefered this.11;30 PM unnati provided food that's too good

Stayed here for 3 days.The room I stayed in was decent for a single traveller...Clean rooms and bathrooms... Food quality is good... BRTS stand is just below the hotel so travelling around the city was convenient.. in all, a good experience.. will stay here the next time I have to visit the city.

Extraordinary service.. very nice, caring, and honest staff just a lack in the hotel is that they don't have there own restaurant so there is a small delay in food services but the staff totally compensate to all with there service

It's very near to Railway Station and is across to Bus Stop so commute is great. Decent stay at the cost. near to sight seeing spots like Manek Chowk, Kankaria Lake, Sabarmati River Front. don't miss to have Bhaji at Raipur Bhajia and Astodia which is very near to Hotel

Definitely will not recommend. The only pulse point is that it is close by to railway station. Everything else is meh. Rooms are good for nothing. Water was leaking throughout the stay. Network sometimes stopped. Just no!

I booked but then i cancelled. I was made fooled by auto rickshaw wala saying this is ideal for family that you are traveling with. I suggest you to first visit then decide. Extremely sorry to disappoint this highly cooperative hotel owner

Amenities are good. They've inhouse facility for snacks, tea-coffee, etc. Food is fetched fm. outside or can be ordered online. Staff is good. Good overnight stay. Staff is happy to help. Food/ snacks rates are also nominal.

I stayed again in this hotel and found the same as my thoughts. very good services and behavior. a step ahead of my expectations. very good experience. I thanks to management and staff to provide me facilities like my home.

Hotel in fourth floor of the building, good rooms, clean bathrooms, walkable distance from Ahmedabad railway station and at affordable price, but only turnoff is blankets are not so good, not clean and with holes.

Worst experience. For married couples if they don't have marriage certificate even after showing valid ID proofs and marriage certificate application along with marriage photograph but still they won't allow.

as usual staff found friendly very good service quality but this time TV was not working when the season of IPL I couldn't see the match on tv because problem not solved.

Very good budget hotel in the heart of the city. Goibibo provided excellent rates for the room. Plus manager allowed to check-in early and check-in was hassle-free.

Overall my experience was good, clean rooms!! Just the guy at the reception was bit rude and not helpful, when I asked about nearby location and places to visit...

It was a goibibo certified "gostays" hotel but not up to the mark. Needs improvement in rooms and facilities.
