I love thos place it has great facilities . Just 4 star becuase it has to be upgraded as it is maintaining the same kids park play structures from many years. Monkey bars got rustic and also noticing few holes to it. People are bringing dogs in to the park in to the grassy patch where kids play around.

Small park with a medium sized open space, which is great for playing volleyball, cricket or some other team games. It has a toddlers play area too. Some parking space is also available. Couple of benches are there to sit and it makes it a great place to host a small party.

Great park to walk around. Some of the largest and best facilities I have seen in San Diego. Grass is well maintained also. Parking is rather confusing and divided but it makes sense if you know exactly what part of the park you are going to.

This place is great! You can hike up Black mountain, there are two fun playgrounds, beautiful (!) views especially at sunset, and there's a track that is flat that is perfect for exercise. You can stop at exercise stations along the track,

Hourglass Park is great. If I went to the nearby college I'd study there. It's right off of two main roads which is great for location, but not great for noise. There's a playground, and if you want to walk beyond, you can walk between the

We love this park because it is walking distance from Grandma's house and there are plenty of tables, a big fun hill, and a great play structure. Parking is OK--there tends to be one space available or someone about to leave every time we

Nice park - well maintained. Hourglass park actually has 3 different parks, one of them is a little below which is good for kids playing, afternoon walk or sitting. The other two parks are a little up and both of them are good for sports

  • Denis LeClair

Went for Regional Soccer Tournaments. A vast green space that allows for some up to 8 soccer fields. Great to see today's youth engaged in outdoor physical competition. Fields and equiptment is well maintained with plenty of parking.

This is our "go to" park for walking our dogs. It is well lit, with lots of trash cans. We don't mind the sporting events that go on at the college because there is always lots of parking, and it feels like a safe area.

  • Jim Frisbee

Nice big open area. Several baseball/softball fields. We were here for a soccer tournament and they were able to set up multiple fields for lots of games. There are also public restrooms with baby changing stations.

Don't bring your kids on the playground, It is not safe. The structure is poorly designed, old and rusty, the bridge is so slippery, even for an adult is it hard to cross. Idk if they are going to renovate it.

Well maintained park near Miramar college. There's a small kids area, tennis courts, and plenty of space to play soccer/baseball/cricket etc. Parking is available on the street or inside Miramar college.

A good big park for all kind of uses. It hosts a big lush field for playing soccer or cricket. It has an infant play area ad well. You can enjoy barbecue on a sunday morning on one of many grills put up.

We've been coming to this park for over 5 years. Maintenance of the playground is deteriorating. Lost the monkey bars a few years back. Now one of the slides is gone, replaced with a chain and plywood.

Nice open space. The play area was a little to big for my little guy(about a year old), hence the 4 stars. I liked that they have a little exercise area, that is what we used for our slide.

Always a great park to be at! Nice walking path around the sports area so one can get their steps in while the little ones do their team things. And you can get some great views! More

Nice little playground with a Library next to it ,my issue is their parking lot filled with homeless people doing drugs in their cars and people in the parking lot smoke marijuana

This isn't just a park, it's a recreation center! Huge place! Many softball diamonds! Many soccer fields! All kinds of activities going on at the same time. Love this place!

Has a very large gym for 2 basket ball courts indoors. Outdoor pool, expansive grass area for use of soccer and cricket. Clean and well staffed.

  • Marvin Rondares

Its a nice park. Its annoying how the college seems to think a government park belongs to them and tries to ban pets on the grounds. More

  • Lisa Lorraine Taylor

Beautiful park. Very family friendly, with tons of activities from swimming, baseball, basketball, volleyball, gym, and fun classes! More

  • C MMM

Great grass field for running and soccer. The actual play structure is old and not safe for long.

  • Sameer Sheikh

They should improve the slides and add swings as well. Little unsafe and broken stuff.

  • Ⱥʂհą
