I was quite desperate to secure a flat in Ma'adi in the area that I wanted. And I also had certain features that were non-negotiable - including cost. The agents never stopped looking or made me feel like an impossible client and demanding client. They just kept refining the search and patiently showing me the best on the vis-a-vis my preferences. Finally I had chosen two that would be fine - the first choice, the owner at the last minute decided he wanted only a person who would stay for two years and who could prove that. I was disappointed but not as disappointed as my friendly agents. I practiced my Arabic saying malesh, malesh, even though I felt like crying. Then another one of the agents returned to the office very excited to say that he had just got word from a doorman of a new listing which would be available almost immediately. He thought maybe it would suit me. Another one knew the landlord. I looked quickly at some photos and decided YES! so they called the landlord immediately and said please do not show to anyone else. we have your new tenant. There were a couple of bumps further along, but the team stayed with me all the way and now I am settled in one of most lovely homes I have enjoyed! Each morning I wake up to kiss the sky! These fellows work so professionally and diligently and AS A TEAM to achieve the best possible outcome for their client. I recommend them Very Highly to those owners looking for an ideal tenant or those looking to rent the ideal flat!

I am not one to usually write reviews but I’m doing this for House Solutions Egypt because the staff are good people, and Hossam, my agent, was a pleasure to do business with. This isn’t my first time looking for an apartment in Cairo, and anyone who’s been through it before knows just how laborious the process can be. Even with my insanely busy schedule, Hossam made it the easiest. He works efficiently, and cares for your comfort. After finding my flat, he stuck around and kept in touch with any last minute requests. But aside from fulfilling his professional duties, Hossam is also a good man, and part of the fabric of this city that makes Cairo so special. House solutions is one of the most professional agents I’ve ever dealt with. Mr Mohamad Hasan is the agent I dealt with for rentals. He’s extremely committed to do his job to the highest standards. As I wanted a particular kind of tenant, I found him to be extremely responsible. He did not waste my time just bringing me any tenants; he vetted any prospective tenants before bringing them- not wasting my time! They’re very attentive to your needs. They won’t make you go see many random apartments you wouldn’t be interested in. They’re always responsive and try to answer your questions/solve problems right away. They care about details too especially when it comes to contract revising. Most importantly, especially when you don’t speak Arabic, they all speak PERFECT English. Yes, they charge a service fee to the tenant, but I think it’s worth paying.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Mohamed Hassan when looking for my new apartment.
