I really wanted to like this place, but their customer service was so aggressively terrible that I will never return here. My girlfriend and I made reservations to come here. However, after spending a half an hour trying and failing to find parking(and eating 15 minutes into our scheduled time), we finally admitted defeat and I headed inside to get our money back. The person at the counter refused to do so, and after rolling their eyes and sighing finally got me to their manager. She also would not give me my money back, saying that their policy was to require 24 hours of notice for cancellation. (no reaction when I explained that nobody gave me 24 hours notice that parking would be impossible.) She explained to me that if they refunded the money of everyone who couldn't find parking, they couldn't stay in business. (That should be a pretty good indication that their parking situation is woefully inadequate, and that they care far more about extracting money from anyone foolish enough to buy a ticket) It was further explained to me that they couldn't give me my money back because, by buying a ticket, I was preventing another customer from doing so. I fully understand the point of this policy. However, in this instance it was absolute garbage, as the facility was noticeably dead at the moment, and ALL timeslots where open when i bought the ticket no more than a few hours before. Again, far more concerned with my money than with providing me a service. So, that's it. This place sells tickets for a service that you will likely not be able to use, because they share a minuscule parking lot with a ton of other places, and there is no other parking nearby because of their location under the GG bridge. Then they'll try and keep your money. I say try, because I took the issue up with my bank, and was able to get my money back. If these scam-artists try and do the same to you, I suggest you reverse the charges.
Overall a great experience, spoiled by a single employee with a power complex. Tl;Dr - I won't be coming back until he is gone, and if this is how they treat adults I especially advise against leaving young children here. I didn't have my glasses so I couldn't see the employee well, but he was short and based on his attitude I'm guessing a teenager. I was there on a corporate outing, so a group of folks who've never trampolined in our lives and were just there to have a good time. The kid was assigned to us as we began a game of dodgeball. First, he was purposefully deaf to our multiple requests for the rules (we do have internationals here!) until he got frustrated that we weren't starting when he said start. Second, he was unnecessarily rude ("why can't you guys just line up when I say so" As we were slowly meandering out after a game. Sorry, we're not kids, we do get tired and slow :) ) Third, each time a side started losing he'd jump in to 'help', but it mostly seemed a way to show everyone up. Yes, I know you are capable of spin jumping and headshotting someone backwards, but that's wholly unnecessary as they were still trying to get up from tripping over. Speaking of headshots, I'm pretty sure he said it was against the rules, but most of the violations were by him against us, and he threw by far the hardest. His supervisor actually stepped in to tell him to cut it out, but the kid just continued on by jumping a little lower so the other employees couldn't see him doing it behind the walls. So yeah, typical teenager for you. But it doesn't make for a pleasant experience, and so while I'm excited about trampolining now I'll be looking for a different venue. I'd also be wary leaving young children here with this employee, he doesn't seem like he'd care very much about their safety.
Their motto should be, "We exploit you because we can!" I took a group of preteen girls here for a birthday party last weekend. Despite the fact that they all had a good time, I was soured by the many rules imposed on customers designed to bilk them and showing a genuine disregard for them as well. First, when you buy tickets, they list their rubber bottomed jumping socks as an "add on" (for 2 dollars each). However, you cannot decline this add on, even though the website makes it seem as if you can. I unchecked the add-on box several times, but still ended up paying for their socks. Then there's the way they treat their customers. In line to get our wristbands, I was told I couldn't stand between the check-in desk and the concession stand. No one was going in or out between the two, and I was trying to make sure everyone in our group got processed, but no matter, I couldn't stand there. The check in desk gave us the wrong color wristband, and when we got to the jumping area, the supervisor wouldn't let the girls jump until I went back and got the right color wristband. Really? Come on! After that, I was told I couldn't jump if I wasn't wearing their socks. So back again to exchange those for the ones I was forced to pay for online but hadn't bothered picking up. After jumping for a little while, they closed off part of one of the areas, saying a private party had bought exclusive use of it. I had tried to plan a less crowded time to be there, but suddenly the main area shrunk by 1/3. Any one of these things would have sucked, but the relentless disregard for the customers seemed baked in to their business model. I will definitely not be back.
The house of air is 7 dollars more than rockin jump to enter. Even though it’s overpriced, that’s not my main problem. The staff there is absolute garbage. I was bouncing around, trying to get my money’s worth, when a staff member walks up to me, and tells me how I’m pushing kids around and assulting them, and if she has to talk to me again, I’ll be kicked out. Keep in mind I didn’t do anything. The tone and voice were very attacking, especially since she was baselessly accusing me of something that I didn’t do. After that, she came back and talked to me again, and so did a different staff member. They singled out my 8 year old brother and lectured him about things he didn’t do. How was he supposed to defend himself? He’s only 8! He doesn’t know how to stand up for himself. The argument then made it over to my guardian, and the staff member started telling him about things we didn’t do, and accusing us. They eventually realized it wasn’t us, and gave us free tickets, but that doesn’t make up for the harassment and profiling that I suffered here, for doing absolutely nothing wrong. I never heard any sort of apology, just the tickets. I, however, am never going back, I’m just gonna to to rockin jump next time. I don’t recommend coming here.
I've never been to a trampoline house, and haven't jumped on a trampoline for a few years, so I was really looking forward to coming here. Make sure to book your appointment online - that way, you'll save time with the waivers and ensure that you get a spot for the busier times. I had no trouble booking my appointment a few days prior, and there was still a lot of spots left, so I think it's more of a convenience issue booking online because chances are you'll most likely be able to get in through a walk-in appointment. There are two trampoline areas that you'll have access to as a regular general admission: a dodgeball court as well as a large trampoline area with around 60 trampolines. I came here when a second grader was having a birthday party, so I was a little unlucky (the little kids just run all over the place and you have to be careful on the trampolines) but I still had a great time regardless. They have complementary lockers as well as changing areas in the bathroom as well. P.S. If you're able to bike along the coast and get here by bike, it would be a lot easier than driving here.
The worst trampoline park I have ever been to (And I experimented a lot of them). Really expensive, we paid 47$ for a child and an adult for 45 minutes. We had only access to a quarter of the trampolines because of a birthday. The staffs are really unpleasant and the trampoline are kids trampolines, really small and do not jump really high. At the end of our session we discovered that there are wall trampolines and more gymnastic trampolines but you have to pay an extra to access them (They do not told us that this part exist as well at the beginning). They make you fill up a waver for the children when you arrive and they then ask you to fill up the informations once again, a real waste of time. The women we had did not know how to write our names, it took her around 15 minutes just for that and the paiement. I do recommend this place for people with 4-5 years old children that just want to run around and play dodge ball. BAD EXPERIENCE, WILL NEVER COME BACK.
$18 for "1 hr" per child. That's very expensive for a toddler, considering the limited duration of time, with the lack of activities and stimulation. Kids under 4 should be at least half the price since they're secluded to one boring area. They need more things to do there. My child was asking to play with Duplo Legos afterwards because she thought the place was like a previous indoor playground that we had visited. I told her it's all there is here, small mundane trampolines. And how come the workers don't have uniforms? They just look like normal people hanging out in the toddler area. I was confused as to if they were supervising as workers or as parents. It was my first time here and it'll be my last.
House of Air is a lot of fun and makes for great work events. I've been here twice with work and had a blast every time. They have a huge rectangular area covered in trampolines where you can play games or just jump around. They also have a dodgeball arena to take out your aggression (or duck and cover in my case). You can easily spend a couple hours here but if you are over 21 expect to be totally wiped out for a day after, probably pull some muscles you never knew you had, screw up you back for a couple days; such things are fairly par for the course. Other than those caveats (which you sign away in a waver anyways) it's all good fun.
Going to House of Air for Jess's workout class is the absolute highlight of my week. Jess is an absolute angel of a human being who is one of the best fitness instructors while making the workout nothing but fun, form, and sweat! Her infectious energy gets you through the workout as you just give a big "Oh yeah!" I leave House of Air feeling better than any other time during my week. The front desk staff have been nothing but welcoming and just a great bunch all around. They also are great about keeping things clean and sanitizing the space. The location is another huge plus. Thanks Jess and House of Air!
This place is pretty lame if you have a kid under 6. They only allow them to jump in one small trampoline section that only has regular trampolines, which as you can imagine, gets boring pretty fast, especially when there's other areas they want to go to. I understand the safety concerns but other places leave it to parental discretion. Not worth the trek to the Presidio if you have younger children unless you enjoy fighting for parking, paying for parking, trying to prevent your child from going into more enticing jumping areas the entire time, and paying ten dollars for maybe 30 minutes of fun.
An amazing time out with co-workers. Trampoline dodgeball is an insanely fun (and relatively safe) way to blow off steam, and you get to throw soft balls at people's heads. How is that not awesome? House of Air's facilities are clean and spacious, with multiple trampolines set up in a couple large areas - one for general bouncing and fun, and one dedicated to the dodgeball arena. I do recommend that people be in reasonable shape before coming here, with strong ankles and knees and decent aerobic capacity. Trampolines might look like they're for kids, but the possibility for injury is very real.
This place is so fun! We went as a group of adults and we definitely showed our age. Haha. It was exhausting, but so exciting. It was definitely so fun to be a kid again! We jumped around on all of the open trampolines, then played a bunch of rounds of dodgeball. I think you can also grab some fun training session for kids there as well. There are amazing views of the Golden Gate Bridge right outside of the building! The location is perfect because even after you finish up here, you can hang out and relax at Crissy Field or in the big open area right out front of the building.
My son and five of his friends (all 11 yrs. old) were there today for a birthday party. My son has been numerous times and had fun. Today, however, was ridiculous. I am not sure what happened that a hundred new rules have been implemented, but it is beyond crazy. Something is wrong if you have a group of boys all sitting on the couch after 10-15 minutes of jumping, saying they're done. If you can't come to House of Air, and let loose, bounce off the walls and have a good time, then what is the point? I'm afraid we won't be coming back. It's a shame.
I went to House of Air on a work retreat and it was a blast. The main attraction was trampoline dodgeball which we played via a bracket that lasted 90 minutes. It was a great way to get exercise and encourage some friendly competition amongst co-workers. The highlight for me was the big "field" of trampolines in the back. Something about jumping put a huge grin the face of even the most serious adults. It was a great workout too. I'd definitely play dodgeball again with a big group of friends, but with a small group it is really fun to just jump.
This review is for our recent experience hosting our son's birthday party at HOA SF. The birthday boy and his 16 friends all had a great time, especially in the dodge ball arena. As parents we really appreciated the fact that HOA team completely met our expectations - the party table was set up nicely when we arrived, the team was very accommodating (e.g., when we asked the drinks to be kept refrigerated and the numerous times we needed the water jug refilled) and the pizzas arrived right on time for the hungry jumpers.
Went here on a weeknight (Monday @ 6pm) and it was perfect. It wasn't terribly crowded and there was a lot of room to bounce around without the fear of knocking into some kid. Highly recommend the socks as it helps you grip when you land. Definitely tiring and super fun. Be sure to bring water/or a drink. They have free lockers for you to stash your clothes in. Also, arrive at least 10 minutes before your session as you have paperwork and a safety video to watch before you can play!
I been going to this place used to be a 5 star but not anymore. I have been good to House of Air for such a long time and really enjoyed how the staff was so nice and now it’s terrible because the staff really don’t care so they aways on there phone and not Paying attention at all. The place is only fun sometimes now when adults play dodgeball but when it’s dead it’s boring as heck. TheFree jumps gets boring way to quickly. I would add more things that do so people won’t get bored.
Run very poorly. Terrible experience. They have 4 distinct trampoline zones but 3 out of 4 of them were unstaffed and closed off so the employees could apparently twittle their thumbs and play on their phones. Saw at least 5 employees just doing nothing while keeping only that 1 zone open. Do I regret paying money to come here? No because I’d never been to a trampoline park before. But definitely not coming back. Also, there’s no AC so stay home if it’s hot.
Really great place to go with a bunch of friends! And it's also a great workout. Kids aso love this place! I've brought kids while babysitting. There's also a different trampoline area to play dodgeball and they offer workout classes. Once, I saw someone getting what looked like private lessons to learn different tricks on the trampoline. There's some parking, but it tends to get packed on full days. You pay for an hour at a time which was $15 when I went.
As a former staff member, some of the staff or trainers and a few supervisors were very lax. And too many people were hired and half of us would have nothing to do! Distracted , didn't take things seriously all the time... on their phones, etc. And all I can do is hope that things are running well and that things have been fixed or upgraded since I've been there (last March) its an okay place overall... for those that have fun.
Disappointed parents and children... not good for 3-6 yo. Deceptive for kids time in that the whole place isn't available to them. They restrict 3-6 yo to tiny area which has some small trampolines. There are much better trampoline parks for children which offer significantly more variety including balance beams over foam pits, etc. This place is good for adults but I would not recommend for young kids (under 7 yo).
Went here for a team event and had a great time. We scheduled an hour of jump lessons on the high-bounce trampolines and alternated with an hour of free jumping and trampoline dodgeball. Two hours was plenty to tucker us out. The staff was great to coordinate with and super friendly at the venue. If you're not driving here, it is a little inconvenient. We called cabs and they all ditched us (Uber would be better!)
I went there for my sisters bday and we had such a good time. I never been on a trampoline and it was a blast. I loved the feeling like you were flying through the air. It does take a lot out of you and gives your core a good workout. Just a warning, your muscles may be sore the next day. Also, if this is your 1st time don't go crazy with the tricks. There is a lot of exercise hidden in the fun.
Had a great time at House of Air last night. My wife and I went in and jumped for an hour. The staff was very helpful and efficient. It was a little smaller than Sky High in Portland where I used to go, but still very fun. I wish they would allow people to jump in the training area when it's super slow like it was when we were there. It's also a bit pricey per hour ($16), but still a good time.
Tragic. The pictures online are shamelessly decieving, as not all areas are available to everyone due to an unusual schedule. The two areas available with the cheapest package (20 dollars an hour) are extremely basic. There are more holes in the trampolines and matting than features. One area was closed for the majority of our visit anyway. Would not recommend.
I selected 1 star because forced. In our progressive city, I was treated inhumanly by Dikembe & GM. After paying for admission, front desk told me that I could bring in my own socks. While jumping on trampoline, Dikembe approached my 6 y/o son to inform him that he broke the rules. For $20 admission, House of Air offers nothing worth breaking the rules!
If you do one thing, play trampoline dodgeball!! I laughed, I wheezed, I served, got served, and had the best of times. Cool location, tucked away near Crissy Field. Chill staff that are watching to make sure no one gets hurt, but who also let people have fun. This is my go to trampoline location. ... I love the rocket penguin logo.
I paid for 1 hour, my 2 kids were asked to go off after 20 minutes of jumping for no reason. I stood in line for 10 min at the service desk after that 10 more minutes to find out there was a misunderstanding. So approx 40 dollars for 40 minutes. No excuses, no extra time, no nothing but a bad experience for a lot of money.
The staff was nice enough, I took my 3 and 5 year olds there for a two hour session and they were only able to use the kids area that was 20 by 25 feet with a couple of balls and a broken basketball hoop. I’m not usually one to complain and my kids still had fun but for 80$ for two hours I think it’s way overpriced.
House of Air is something to experience! You'd be surprised how tired and exhausted you'll be after just minutes on the trampolines. The dodge ball area is fun no matter what age you are and what ages of the people you're playing against. The extreme trampolines in front are cool to see impressive flips.
Was guilted for being 15 minutes late and denied entry. I'm sure working around children gets tough. But don't treat everyone like a child. Never thought someone could take the fun out of trampolines until I came here. Edit: didn't properly refund my card, instead gave me House of Air credits???
Bouncy! Bouncy! This place is awesome for kids and adults. It's a perfect place for a large group party or maybe to just jump out a ton of energy. The food is not that great there. So, I highly recommend bringing something to have a picnic out on the green. Tip: Make sure to wear socks.
This place is awful for kids under 7. There is only one small area with nothing but small trampolines. My 5 year old was bored after 7 minutes and was upset should couldn’t jump in the more interesting spaces. They should be embarrassed for charging what the do for the experience
Lots of fun! Different sections available such as dodgeball. Service could be a bit better but not bad! Great for a kids birthday

It was pretty fun. The children had a good time. It wasn't until I realized we could participate in dodge ball that I had a good time too! The walk up the wall was off limits unfortunately so we didn't get the whole experience. Pizza was good.
My 7 and 4 year old had an awesome time, and didn't want to leave. Also the staff are very professional and nice. We went at noon and it wasn't crowded, I suspect later in the afternoon could get busy with all the camps and organized groups.
I had my last birthday party here, and all of my friends left wanting to go back. It is a great place to go and just veg out for a while. They have three Rooms one for just bouncing, One for Splater ball, and the other has a nice phome pit.
Super fun and staff are nice but it’s expensive and has an annoying refund policy. Generally, the place is clean and it’s a blast to go there once in a while. The open layout is a nice touch and there’s a beautiful view of the water from
I went to one of the evening work-out classes here, AMAZING! This place is truly so fun, refreshing, puts the pep in my step for the whole week. I enjoyed House of Air so much I’m already planning to bring my friends with me next time!
❤️❤️ love this place, please go. Best trampolines in SF and do Open Air to jump the legit Olympic sized trampolines, it’s become a hobby of mine and I love it. Dekimbe (D), Tony, the instructors are all great. Thank you guys!
Fun place for the kids. I'd recommend it to the older children, 7+. The area for younger kids is a little lacking, but my son still had a blast. The older kid section is great. Trampoline walls..OMG. Dodgeball pit was a hit!
Great place workers are very friendly. They have a dodge ball arena and training arena and a big trampoline park in the back. Also a smaller area for smaller kids. Great for birthday parties always have a blast. More
Very disappointed!!! not at all what the picture looks like. The trampoline in the picture was only for summer camp and cost additional! Expensive and very bad service! DONT GO HERE! Do other things in San Fransisco!
Kids everywhere. Too many rules. There should be a separate adult section where you dont have to be constantly watched. I figured I signed a waver because I would have some autonomy. Oh well. Waste of money.
Unbelievably horrible location. No foam pits, very small location for young kids and no option to explore other areas "for safety reasons" Go to a different trampoline park instead if you can …
There aren't other options in San Francisco, but it's a pretty basic trampoline park. Fun, but not exceptional.

My kids love this place but it's so expensive for the amount of time the kids are bouncy (especially two kids). The staff could be a little more gentle about telling the under 5 kids the rules.
Very underwhelming, it could be fun for small kids for like half an hour max but really it’s a scam, all the trampolines are the same, they don’t have any high falls with foam pools
Always a fun time for my daughter and her friends. Perfect for birthday parties. Perfect for burning an hour

Fun place for kids to jump and play. My cousin's kids and my son enjoyed jumping around and playing trampoline basketball. It was a nice way for them to get their fun in.
Kids 6 and under are in a separate area. For a 6 year old, the area was too small without much to do. It's fine for toddlers. Big disappointment for my son.
Really fun place to go, have a lot of memories with friends just jumping around. Very open tons of space to have fun. It's just a bit on the pricier side.
Great place for fun! They have all sorts of fun activities. They also have class opportunities, which would be a lot of fun, just haven't signed up yet!
People are NOT Friendly. Bad service. For the price I paid the service should have been way better. 1st and Last time. Horrible experience
Really fun for the younger crowd. Once you hit 30, it's time to think twice before doing back flips... you will feel it in the morning.
Great place. Frustrating that the booking system doesn’t make it clear that a park pass doesn’t give you access to the whole place.
I've been here a couple times as part of company outings, and loved it every time. Great fun workout, and dodgeball was a huge hit!
It's a mad house of birthday parties and kiddos bouncing all over the place... reminds me of that lightsaber duel scene with Yoda
It's much better then most of the other trampoline park places in the area. Great for kids and there is a lot of things to do.
They do night parties on weekdays
