I ordered the flowers for my wedding from here. They were absolutely amazing. They were almost half the price of what I had been quoted at two other local florists and the staff member was very helpful. The flowers were packed in a box with great care and we beautiful and fresh. My wedding day was a hot 32 degrees and even without water kept their beautiful colour and shape. I have gone here a number of times since and always got fantastic service.

I asked simply which flowers were the freshest in the box collection, I was told that ‘they were all made the night before or that morning we only have fresh flowers’. I do not believe that on Friday morning none of those flowers were displayed the day before. It is part of customer service just to answer my question, say these and these were made this morning, it would have meant ‘Thankyou, I’ll have those’ how easy could that have been.

Have purchased from here before in the middle of the day - no issue, but when I arrived this morning at 8.45am (with opening times stated as 8.30am) & waited till 9am, only to get frustrated that there was no sign of anyone arriving to open the store. So, I googled other florists in the area, found one close to work & hoped that their listed times were correct.. Thankfully they were & will be my go-to florist in the area from now on.

Hate buying flowers. Rotten excuse to remedy situations caused by my deaf wife. In saying that these guys know how to put together a bunch of flowers to give to angry wife. There's various price points, depending on what I've allegedly done wrong. Staff here are great. They might as well be marriage counsellors. Florists were invented by women to profit against men.

Three separate orders of flowers/balloons have all been excellent quality and warmed the hearts of my family in Melbourne. A slight hitch with my first order was rectified willingly and promptly. Thank you so much for bridging the distance so beautifully with your gorgeous flowers and friendly service :)

Checked the times using what's provided here, tried to come in half an hour before closing on a Monday to buy mum flowers for her birthday and the shop was completely shut up with no sign of anyone being inside. Please update your times as I would have come earlier if actual times were listed.

I went to get some flowers today and picked a bunch from the $8 range and the lady said they were $12 even after I pointed to the $8 bucket that I got them from. She was rather rude considering the bucket was so clearly labelled! Definitely won't be returning.

Early afternoon purchase was great. Another family member went at 7pm with times stated online that they are open till 9pm and found shop shut. Think they need to be open for the times they advertise.

Such amazing service is hard to find, nothing is too much trouble for these lovley ladies. Oh, and the flowers are beautiful too. lol

Went it just before it opened and was not a problem. Had a great range and the girl was very happy and helpfull. :)
