Also they have nice casual jewelry items.All in one place type of store with rich customer base. It has nice collection of mens wear for decent price. Parking and Electronic payment is available.Range of selection are keeping more hours at the premises. One of my favorite shopping destinations. Best place to get those branded dresses for kids. I'm writing this to prevent any other vehicle accident will be happened in the car park in future. I'm talking about bad experience received at House of fashion car park yesterday. I have gone to B2 level yesterday and reversed the vehicle to a parking slot. One side of this parking area fully covered with Air conditioning ducts Which mounted on L iron bars. Those L iron bars are overextended to parking area and no warnings available at those slots. Normally any parking slots rear side parking bumpers are placed to protect the vehicle rear side from the edge wall. But when parking in this area, above mentioned L iron bars hit the vehicle before touch the parking bumpers. So, my vehicle back side glass fully broken. Those security guards do nothing at the car park, and they just stand like statues. I'm declaring this as a huge mistake of the House of Fashion due to below 2 reasons. 1. Place parking bumper in wrong position. 2. They know there is a risk of an accident. So, the security guards must watch when parking the vehicles in that area. * Need to thank to Mr. Gamini (One who with a white shirt). He helped me to close the back glass with a polyethene to protect from heavy rain.

We went to HOF in borella on Saturday the 2/12/2023 morning 9:30 they were advertising about credit and debit card offers for 25% for commercial bank cards so we went home and went back on the same day 02/12/2023 at 9:33:01 pm / till #T16 / Bill No :239 with the credit card in order to buy some stuff we bought so much tea as gifts as were told that everything we purchased will get the 25% off even the announcement by Jonathan said receive 25% off no conditions When we went to the till point the cashier informed us that no discount on tea then we said nothing to say that anywhere but the cashier was very arragant saying no discount take it or leave it Then he called Jonathan the announcer claiming to be the business department manager said point blank no discount when we ask about why he didn’t say conditions apply he said sorry but no discount no apologies nothing for his mistake so called business department manager They need to be trained to talk to people and acknowledge people when they are right in front of you , not ignoring customers Seriously people skills will go a long way including the business department manager Jonathan

The House of Fashion store has some good things going for it. For one, they have a great collection of winter clothes and traveling bags, which makes shopping for the colder months of the year a breeze. However, aside from these items, the fashion collection is fairly limited and doesn't quite live up to expectations. One of the most notable drawbacks of this store is its limited support staff. The staff were not particularly cooperative and didn't seem to be very knowledgeable about the products they were selling. This made the shopping experience less enjoyable and left a bit of a bad taste in the mouth. In addition to the lack of support from staff, the fitting rooms were also very limited in number, which led to long queues and extended waiting times. This was a major inconvenience and made shopping for clothes tiring and frustrating. Overall, while there are some positive aspects to the House of Fashion store, such as their collection of winter clothes and traveling bags, the limited fashion collection, lack of support staff, and inadequate fitting rooms made the shopping experience less than ideal.

I would appreciate it if you could take steps to improve your customer service standards, very disappointed during my recent vist House of fashion representative was rude and dismissive, which left me feeling frustrated and disrespected. They need to improve the service standards and need to learn their customers are precious. jonathan a staff at house of fashion talked to me in a very disrespectful manner when i ask for an exchange he just said you can keep it and go if you don’t need it! cs is v poor i say! they have 02 branches in Colombo, apparently they run their own show. If you want to exchange of a purchase you should go to the same outlet even though they have the same item in their other outlet they wont allow the exchange no matter what the situation is. And when i asked the manager about this he said both are different showrooms Unfortunately they never thought of mentioning that in their exchange policy which they have displayed at the counters and not even bothered about sales. Very Disappointing and be very careful of your purchasing next time.

Huge shopping are of clothes, accessories, a small selection of books, toys and other household items. Sales staff can be quite unfriendly at times. And not great to see shoppers being allowed to fit on clothes in the common areas and not in changing rooms (possibly because changing rooms are quite limited proportionate to the amount of customers). Some ppl do it decently while others don't. For clothes you get a good selection, and now they have their own brand as well -so less of the good international brands and more of the proprietary brand. Be mindful about household items. Lots of unknown Chinese brands also. My experience with this type of goods have not been good. Cafeteria serves Maggie Noodles cups as the only food item, machine tea/nescafe, and a organic fruit juice stall. Parking is ample. Currency exchange counter is available but don't know how the rates are. Photography is not permitted inside - reason for not having much posted.

Всем привет. Редко пишу отзывы, но тут просто надо оставить адекватность) полдня хватило, чтобы проехать и пройти два самых по отзывам классных ТЦ-One Galle Face Mall и House of Fashion. Galle-самый современный крупный, это правда. Фуд корт масштабный. Выбор-тут больше повезло мужской половине-выбор лучше, бренда больше, ну и детского можно набрать по доступным ценам. Несмотря на то, что молл крупный - ничего себе не купила там. Про второй ТЦ-дела еще хуже, ну честно. Особенно для женской половине. Ну просто трэш! Парням-есть выбор. И Фуд-корт, который в цоколе-чтоб вы понимали это отдел с мороженым и бутербродами. Это просто подвал небольшого размера. Отзыв протраснслирую и на Fashion, тк читая отзывы я ожидала, что выйду с кучей пакетов, от души нашоплюсь))) Ожидания не оправдались. Прикладываю фото Zara-ну чистый ширпотреп, ощущение стольника. Чисто детского, мужского тут можно взять.

The worst customer service I've encountered. The sales people are rude and have no manners and act all mighty when we ask them simple help (like asking them to find a size of a particular item). The phone operator is also rude, I called them a few mins back to request some details about a clothing item, but he was so rude and then when I still insisted on the details, he switched up the language from Sinhala to English to try and intimidate me in to disconnecting the call. English is not an issue for me so I was alright with it, but its quite disappointing to see this cheap trick being played by a customer service agent who's main job role is supposed to be to answer the phone and provide details to calling customers, and imagining how some people might be put in a difficult position due to this behaviour is quite displeasing.

When you select international branded items please check whether there are damages. I guess House of Fashion is selling the disposed clothing items from the international stores. This can be due to sewing mistakes, damaged or out of date clothes. But, I don't mind minor damages much for the affordable cost. The store needs to update more often. I have gone few times in this year and same set of clothes were available. The main branch in Borella has very poor fit on rooms. There are only few for such massive crowd. And only two mirrors available for the entire floor. Sometimes staff is helpful but sometimes they don't give damn about customers. Many local branded clothes are very poor quality. Please update your stock. You can attract more customers.

There's a wide variety of clothes and household goods here, basically a one-stop shop with decent prices. However, I noticed a reduction in the variety. They used to have a wide variety of gift bags and gift wrap. Now, it's virtually nonexistent. At the ladies fitting room at the far end, there is a notice to say only 3 items at a time are allowed to be taken in. However, the sales assistant there was not enforcing this rule. There were people taking bags of clothes in and as there are only 3 fitting rooms, it takes forever for the rest of the lineup to get in. When I asked the assistant about the rule, she simply said that the customer has only 3 items with her at a time and the rest she takes out of the bag or someone hands it over to her !!!

Clothing selection is alright here. But its the service delivery thats lacking. We were there when they were reaching their closing time. They made announcement every 15 minutes asking us to proceed to check outs, and during the last half hour before closing, they started switching off the lights, stopped the operations of escalators, and had only one lift operational. I felt this was very rude of them to do it, because there was another 30 minutes before closure.. I understand if they did that when it was time to close. But there were people who were stranded and was waiting for that one working lift and in dim lights trying to finalize the purchases. Would recommend them to improve their service.

This place have a vary of products. Special sections for man and women and also for the children. This place is very attractive and modern place compared with other shopping outlets. You can buy any kind of a clothes to suits for your perspective. Good parking and easy accessible place. They have toys gift items, and also a formal winter ware too. Special discounts and offers are allows all the customers including credit and debit card holders. Food court in the premises. But all in all the quality of some products are very questionable compared to the stores like ODEL. Yet it's a good place to go for a long shopping visits. Looks just like a big bazaar

Very Poor customer service. On the other hand I would say no customer service at all. Today on the Father's day they have sent a SMS promotion for 15% Discount. But when we at cashier they said we need to bring the loyalty card to avail the discount. But normally everywhere with the mobile number they use to give us Discount. At least in the SMS they could have mentioned to bring the card. Finally we end up by purchasing Rs 26,000 without the Discount. Really disappointing and I would say kind of a tricky marketing. You can't see smile on anyone of HOF staff. Very Disappointing and be very careful of your purchasing next time.

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received from House of Fashion. I recently made a purchase from their store and there was an issue with the amount charged to my card. I have tried to contact customer service through email and WhatsApp, but I have not received any response. I also called customer service multiple times, but each time I was told that someone would get back to me within the day. However, I have not heard from anyone. I am very unhappy with the way they have handled this situation. I would not recommend this store to anyone.

Massive shopping complex with variety of clothes and beauty items under one roof. Quality clothes with durability. They have good underground parking space of 3 floors. The also have food court inside the shop. Usually a crowded place. But the staff is working hard to get things done quickly. In festival season there are more customers. Sort of a upscale place. Prices are little bit high. Gift voucher are available here if you are planning to give a gift. If you are looking for quality cloths and stuff, this is the place you should look.

A department store with a range of items. I specially admire the availability of winter jackets, sweaters and clothes for both gents and ladies. Level 2 is for ladies and had a good collection. I can say it was same with the gents section on level 3 as well. These are not expensive and I think the prices are pretty fair considering the present situation of the country. Many branded items were up for sale at lower prices so definitely you should give a visit. Credit card discounted rates are available in the festive season as well.

Stopped by to do the last minute shopping on our wonderful Srilanka trip. It seemed like a typical mall we find in india, but as we moved around , checking the clothes and the prices, it was pretty reasonable and cool and happening Infact our group ended up purchasing quite a bit of clothes . There is a food court at the cellar and where the washrooms are located. There is a bit of parking also available. Nice store with contemporary designs and cheaper than in many smaller places when I compared

The place was located at Borella. The huge shopping complex in that area. Floors have been reserved by gender. Any kind of clothes, kitchen accessories, electric items, perfumes, make up accessories, stationaries, bags, fantasy gifts and Historical statues ( better for tourists) can buy from this. When compare other shop’s price , this place is actually cheap. You can use elevators as well as escalator to go up and down floors. This architectural design also amazing. It looks like a palas .

House of fashions, It is located in D. S. Senanayake Mw, close to borella cemetery. The place is spacious. There are ladies, mens, kids clothes to household items, decorative items. Bit expensive. There is a food court and washroom facilities. Good parking spaces are available. Comparing with the last year I couldn't find any suitable dresses to my liking. But do have a wide variety of dresses and I came across some shorts for low prices during the festive season. You might wanna check.

My visit to House of Fashions was quite stressful. The staff's behavior made me feel unwelcome, as if they assumed I was there to steal. One employee stood uncomfortably close while I was checking an item on a shelf, creating an uneasy atmosphere. The constant surveillance made me question my presence in the store. Additionally, the low quality of the products, which was evident, further added to my dissatisfaction with the overall experience at House of Fashions.

One place to buy most of your needs and wants. All kinds of cloths for both gender from kid to elder available. Good quality and unique. Prices are reasonable. Various home decoration items are are available and they are very beautiful and unique. Prices are reasonable too. Bedsheets and relates stuffs and kitchen electrical and plastic containers/ stuffs are available. Good service. Cafeteria area is available for a short eats. Car park is at the basement.

Good collection of dresses at economical price ranges. Five floors where you get almost everything ranging from clothing, electronics, toys, food etc... The place attracts a lot of tourists as well. Car parking available. Kids section is pretty interesting with lot of varieties to choose from. The place is good for a few visits, but the collection gets a bit stale afterwards. It would be good if the stocks/collections are refreshed more often.

House of Fashions has a decent collection of when it comes to casual wear, night wear, winter clothing, men's and kids apparel. But it no longer carries the branded A grading clothing it used to have. However you can get many clothes at good prices if you dig deep. It needs to have a more lively atmosphere ( music, food stalls, shoes, etc) and provide more changing rooms as I find that 3 changing rooms for a massive is not at all practical.

A good shopping experience in Colombo. A place where u will find anything to everything. From kids stuff to ladies stuff, gents clothing to infant clothing and toys. household to food court... u name it and they have it. Mix of both branded and unbranded stuff. Very good pricing. Nice location and a huge store. Washrooms were dirty though. Overall experience was good.. can do a good amount of shopping on a decent budget. Cheers !!!

It is spacious but as for the appearance of the building and the space the collections are not much attractive or organized. Go to go place to buy jerseys cardigans winter coats and etc. Prices are reasonable. However better check the garments before you buy as some rejected collections of brands are there. However they can improve the organization and the collections more. Parking is available.

The shopping mall is quite large and prices are affordable. It's one of the rare places in Sri Lanka to purchase winter clothing. The garments are if varying quality and has some European brands. The mall is easily accessible and there is sufficient parking. The quality of the garments is the only question and it's best to remember the maxim "buyer be aware"

Really a good place for shopping. Especially, if u are a loyalty customer u have so many privileges including special parking, reservation and exchange. Plus quite acceptable discounts. Downside is they have allowed to park a few cars right in FRONT of the main entrance. Looks not suitable. Anyways, clothing and fashion at the best right in town.

They have a gool looking and trending collection. If you are planning to visit a cold weather country house of fashion is the go to place for these items

Do not buy electrical items from this place really bad quality and after sales services were not provided as they promised to fix if there were defaults with the product within 3 months but did not keep to their word. Manager doesn’t seem to want to help customers with after sales services and has Avery bad attitude.

Very good winter Collection for both genders. Seperately located. But for ladies, clothes varieties are limited. But gents are is great with much varieties. But comparatively to modern clothing stores, house of fashion needs many improvements. Although great customer service.

House of Fashions have some lovely clothes and I love their new camera bags they have up there. It's a hugs store and has a variety of collection to choose from. We love what they have on the first floor. You get all the lovely bags for travel and more miscellaneous junk.

Quite a big store with a lot of options however, very unfriendly and unprofessional staff. Did not care about customers. We would have bought a lot more if we got some help and a smile. Very disappointed as there were plenty of staff around doing nothing.

House of Fashions is a Colombo institution. The department store is popular with locals and expats. Locals like it because it carries good quality items at reasonable prices. Expats favor it because it carries larger sizes.

They don’t remove the old clothes and there are some clothes that are hanging there for years, but you can find good clothes too if you are lucky. It’s good that now they have opened the fit on rooms for customers

DO NOT BUY ANY KIND OF WINTER CLOTHES FROM THIS PLACE. Their prices are super high but can use only a day or two fur inside the jacket are coming out of the stitches. LOW QUALITY PRODUCTS. AND SUPER EXPENSIVE.

Decent store. Mostly good for clothing. They have 5 floors with different options. Kids clothing is pretty decent. For adults you have good cheap options. Well located in the heart of the town.

Be careful when buying sarees. Most are damaged. The salesmen was very unhelpful. He was too worried about having to fold the sarees again rather than allowing us to check.
