All good from start to finish, good communication from them, good old fashioned customer service with the personal touch, even if they don't have what you are looking for just talk to the helpful salesman and he will try and find something to your taste, we will be returning to buy more furniture from here in 2020 as happy with the furniture and service

This particular store is in Otley, you really can't miss it, its on the junction of the main traffic lights, products sold vary from second hand, end of line to bespoke, prices to suit everyone, they will even buy good quality second hand goods, there selling furniture, wardrobes, dressors + many more household goods, we need more stores like this.

We have bought several pieces of furniture from here and are mostly happy with everything. The team were great at delivery and making sure everything was great. Their shop has a great selection of items to see. I have found some of the items purchased, cheaper at other places but have tried to support local businesses.

I would 100% recommend House of Furniture. We absolutely love our ottoman bed and customised Chesterfield headboard. Our mattress is a dream too! Their customer service has been fantastic - they even stored a bed for us when our house fell through. Thanks House of Furniture we shall be back …

Absolutely brilliant top class service. Ordered a complete bedroom set and bed. They were clean and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for the 3 lads. They worked around our changing of delivery dates. Even took there shoes off. Many thanks house of furniture
